目录一、编制说明及依据····················································-1-1编制说明·································································-1-2编制依据·································································-1-二、工程概况·····························································-1-1高大模板工程特点·····················································-1-2施工平面布置及立面布置············································-2-3施工要求和技术保证条件············································-2-4详细情况说明···························································-3-三、施工进度计划·······················································-3-1施工进度计划···························································-3-2材料与设备计划························································-3-四、施工工艺·····························································-4-1高大模板支撑系统的基础处理······································-4-2主要搭设方法···························································-4-3材料的力学性能指标··················································-6-4构造设置·································································-7-5检查验收要求···························································-7-五、施工安全保证措施·················································-8-1模板支撑体系搭设管理人员组织机构·····························-8-2混凝土浇筑管理人员组织机构······································-8-3施工技术措施···························································-8-4模板安装及拆除的安全技术措施···································-8-5施工应急救援预案····················································-11-六、劳动力计划·························································-14-1专职安全管理人员配备情况········································-14-2特种作业人员的配置情况···········································-14-七、计算书·······························································-14-1相关参数的取值·······················································-14-2模板支架地基承载力计算···········································-16-3梁模板支架计算·······················································-16-4厚度250mm板模板支架计算······································-23-八、模板支架搭设施工图·············································-31-1施工图绘制的依据及原则···········································-31-2模板支架搭设施工要求··············································-31-3施工图纸································································-32--1-一、编制说明及依据1编制说明本施工方案是针对青岛华世基精密模具有限公司精密模具与注塑制造项目生产车间(1#、2#)厂房及科研综合办公楼工程中1#生产车间一层模板支撑系统而编制的专项施工方案。2编制依据2.1关于印发《建筑工程高大模板支撑系统施工安全监督管理导则》的通知(建质【2009】254号);2.2青岛市建筑工程管理局关于印发《建筑工程脚手架及模板支撑系统安全管理暂行规定》的通知(青建管质字【2008】53号);2.3《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》JGJ130-2011;2.4《建筑施工扣件式钢管模板支架技术规程》(DB33/1035-2006);2.5《建筑施工模板安全技术规范》JGJ162-2008;2.6《直缝电焊钢管》GB/T13793;2.7《低压流体输送甲焊接钢管》GB/T3092;2.8《碳素结构钢》GB/T700;2.9《建筑施工碗扣式脚手架安全技术规范》JGJ166-2008;2.10《钢管脚手架扣件》GB15831-2006;2.11《钢结构设计规范》GBJ17-88;2.12《木结构设计规范》GB50005-2003;2.13《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009-2006;2.14《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50204-2011;2.15《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50205-2002;2.16施工图纸及地质勘察报告等。二、工程概况1高大模板工程特点该工程一层定顶板为模壳结构,模壳尺寸为980mm×980mm设计板厚100mm,模壳四周密肋梁底部宽度为120mm,上部宽度-2-为240mm,高度为400mm,根据工程实际情况,现将密肋梁折合成板厚计算公式为:{[(240+120)×400/2]×980×4}/2000000=141.12mm,综合考虑计算时按照250mm厚板进行计算。模板支撑系统搭设高度为8米,按照青建管质字【2008】53号文的相关规定,该工程现浇混凝土板支撑系统属于高大模板支撑系统。2施工平面布置及立面布置该模板支撑系统的平面及立面布置均根据计算书的计算结果,并结合施工现场的实际情况进行布置。具体布置情况为①第一道水平剪刀撑在第一步纵、横水平杆上0.2m的位置连续布设,第二道水平剪刀撑在竖向剪刀撑顶部交点平面处连续布设;②竖向剪刀撑在架体外侧周边及内部纵横向间隔5.6m,由底至顶连续设置,剪刀撑宽度为5.6m。3施工要求和技术保证条件3.1施工要求本工程模板支撑体系搭设时必须严格按照设计图纸及构造要求进行搭设。3.2技术保证3.2.1管理措施模板支撑体系搭设前,对木工班组全体成员进行技术培训,对与支撑体系搭设相关的内容进行全面的技术交底。搭设过程中安排项目部技术负责人及专职安全员随时对架体的搭设情况,依据专项施工方案、施工图纸及相关文件、规范的要求进行现场检查,发现问题立即通知木工班组进行整改,并对整改情况及时进行落实。模板支撑体系搭设完成后,由公司技术负责人组织技术、安全、质量、设备等处室、项目经理部相关人员以及总监理工程师进行联合验收,验收不合格不得进行混凝土的浇筑。3.2.2组织措施-3-选择具有丰富类似模板支架体系搭设施工经验的技术员、安全员进行施工管理,优选具有丰富类似模板支撑体系搭设施工的架子工、木工施工队伍进行实际搭设操作,从而确保能够严格按照图纸及构造要求进行搭设,确保安全施工全过程的安全。3.2.3技术措施严格按照《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》JGJ130-2011、《建筑施工模板安全技术规范》JGJ162-2008中的相关要求进行本工程模板支架的计算、验算,从而确保模板支撑体系搭设的每一个数据都有据可依,从技术上保证模板支撑体系的安全性。4详细情况说明4.1具体支模区域该模板支撑体系支模区域为1#厂房一层顶板模板支撑系统。4.2支模标高及高度该模板支撑体系支模总高为8米。4.3支模范围内的梁截面尺寸、跨度及板厚支模范围内梁截面尺寸为底部宽120mm,顶部宽度240mm,高度400mm,轴线跨度为8.1米,密肋梁两侧板厚均为100mm。4.4支撑的地基情况根据该工程地质勘察报告,模板支架搭设在回填土上,回填土经夯击处理后承载力必须达到115KN/㎡。三、施工进度计划1施工进度计划综合考虑该工程施工所处的周边的环境及冬期施工等因素,确定本工程一层混凝土浇筑完成的时间为2012年3月10日以前。2材料与设备计划2.1主要材料计划主要材料计划表-4-序号材料名称规格数量1钢管Φ48.3按搭设进度进场2直角扣件≥1.35kg按搭设进度进场3对接扣件≥1.88kg按搭设进度进场4旋转扣件≥1.49kg按搭设进度进场5木方75mm×45mm按搭设进度进场6模板厚度11mm按搭设进度进场7垫板厚度50mm宽度>300mm按搭设进度进场8底托底板直径>150mm按搭设进度进场9顶托托板壁厚5mm,螺杆直径36mm,螺杆长度500mm按搭设进度进场2.2主要设备计划主要设备计划表序号工具及设备名称型号数量1塔吊QTZ4006台2力矩扳手1把/人3电锯6台4羊角锤1把/人四、施工工艺1高大模板支撑系统的基础处理该工程模板支撑系统直接支撑在已浇筑完成的地下室筏板之上,无需进行处理。2主要搭设方法2.1搭设流程施工放线→垫板铺设→纵横扫地杆及立杆搭设→第一步纵横杆搭设→第二步纵横杆搭设→第三步纵横杆搭设→水平及竖向剪刀撑搭设→梁底小横杆搭设→梁底模安装→梁侧模安装→顶托安装→托梁钢管安装→板底模安装→梁侧模对拉螺栓安装及加固。-5-2.2搭设方法2.2.1施工放线按照模板支撑体系施工图,采用全站仪及钢尺进行放线。2.2.2垫板铺设按照所放施工线位置将垫板铺设到位,并在垫板上画出立杆的位置。2.2.3纵横扫地杆及立杆搭设2.2.3.1搭设方法在第一个单元纵横扫地杆及立杆搭设时需要六个工人协作进行,搭设时每两个人一组,一人扶立杆,一人安装纵横向扫地杆,当第一个单元纵横扫地杆及立杆搭设完成后,从该单元各边两人一组向四周扩展进行纵横杆及立杆的搭设,搭设完成12m×12m后,边及时加设上第一步纵横连接杆。2.2.3.2注意事项(1)纵横向扫地杆单根杆件长度不得小于4跨。(2)纵横向扫地杆接长必须采用对接扣件进行连接,并符合下列规定:①两根相邻纵向或横向或竖向扫地杆的接头不得设置在同步或同跨内;②不同步或不同跨两个相邻接头在水平方向错开的距离不小于500mm;③各接头中心距最近主节点的距离不大于纵距或横距的1/3。2.2.4纵横干搭设2.2.4.1搭设方法两人一组,按照施工图内的标注的步距进行搭设,螺栓采用力矩扳手扭紧,扣件拧紧扭力矩为
