Helloeveryone,todayIwanttosaysomethingaboutChinesetraditionalculture.OurChinesenation,withitsindustriousnessandwisdom,hascreatedalongandover-lastinghistoryandarichandcolorfulculture.AsaChinese,wearesupposedtounderstandthetraditionalcultureandrealizeitsimportance.First,what’stheTraditionalChineseCulture.TraditionalChineseCultureincludesmaterialandmoralproductsofancientChinesepeople.ThemoralproductsinvolveConfucianism,Taoism,Legalism,Buddhismandsocialsystem.Materialonesincludehistoricandculturalrelics,ancientarchitecturesetc.NomatterhowbroadChinesecultureis,thecoreofitisthemoral.Therefore.wecangetananswertoanotherquestion.WhyshouldwelearnChinesetraditionalculture,orwecansaywhat’sthevalueofChinesetraditionalculture.AsthecoreofChinesetraditionalcultureisthemoral,itcanhelpussolvethreemajorproblemswearefacingnowadays:problemsofsurvivalbetweenmanandnature;crisisofconfidencebetweenManandsociety;Psychologicalproblemsexistinpeopleourselves.Forexample,ConfuciusbelievedthatPersuitoffortuneisageneraldesireofhuman,butitmostbelimitedbymorality.Peopleliveformoralitybutnotforfortune,andonlyinthiswaydoeslifehavevalue.IfAllthepeopleinthesocietycanrealizethis,horsestormwouldnotappear.Throughalonghistoryofwesternizationandwiththeimprovementofmaterialwealth,Chinesetraditionalcultureisneglectedatanyratebypeople.AtthisturningpointwhenChinafacestheculturalglobalization,ChinashouldexcavateitsTraditionalChineseCulturetostrengthenitscompetitiveability,especiallyitsessenceswhichcanservetheconstructionofmodernculture.
