1浅析未来我国新兴建筑材料发展的新方向中英文AnalysesthenewdirectionofthefuturedevelopmentofChina'snewbuildingmaterials目前,我国对新兴建筑材料的研发处于一个快速增长期。随着近些年来我国国民经济的逐步兴起,在各种因素的推动之下。各地不断涌现出各类科技含量较高的新兴建筑材料。因为原有的一些建筑材料的各类性能已经不能适应目前社会的建筑发展的未来综合发展方向。所以说,新型建材的兴起是必然的;对新型建材的开发也是十分有必要的。平均每年新开工的工程项目有许多,新兴建筑材料的应用也就会越来越多。人们在现有条件之下,对建筑材料的选择条件同过去有了很大的不同。不再像过去一样,片面地只追求对成本的控制和一些其他重要经济因素。还更多地考虑到了与自然环境的和谐共融、高性能、直至节能环保、功能多样化和智能化等种种和未来相关行业发展密切息息相关的因素。但是一些总体的原则是变化不大的,主要有以下三点:安全性、经济性和节能环保性。所以,总体上新兴建材的发展应该从实际角度出发。以建筑的具体需求和其他各类因素相结合,完成从老旧建材到新型建材的完美转变;跟上未来相关行业的发展趋势,满足工程实际建设的需要。Atpresent,ourcountryofnewbuildingmaterialsresearchanddevelopmentinarapidgrowth.Withthegraduallyriseofthenationaleconomyinrecentyears,undertheimpetusofthevariousfactors.Acrossvariouskeepsemergingtechnologycontenthighofnewbuildingmaterials.Becausesomeoftheoriginalbuildingmaterialsofallkindsofperformancehasalreadycannotadapttotheconstructiondevelopmentofthesocietyofthecomprehensivedevelopmentdirectioninthefuture.So,theriseofnewbuildingmaterialsisinevitable;Isalsoverynecessaryforthedevelopmentofnewbuildingmaterials.Thereweremanynewconstructionprojectsperyearonaverage,emergingapplicationofbuildingmaterialsalsowillbemoreandmore.Peopleundertheexistingconditions,theselectioncriteriaofbuildingmaterialsisquiteadeparturefromthepast.Nolongerasinthepast,one-sidedpursuitofcostcontrolandsomeotherimportanteconomicfactor.Alsoconsideredmoreharmoniouscommunionwiththenaturalenvironment,highperformance,andenergyconservation,environmentalprotection,functionaldiversification,andintelligentandrelatedindustrydevelopment://:safety,efficiency,energyconservationandenvironmentalprotection.So,onthewhole,thedevelopmentofnewbuildingmaterialsshouldbefromapracticalperspective.Tospecificneedsofconstructionandothervariousfactors,thecombinationofcompleteperfecttransitionfromoldtonewbuildingmaterialsbuildingmaterials;Keepupwiththefuturetrendofthedevelopmentofrelatedindustries,meettheneedsofpracticalengineeringconstruction.新材料产业是我国发展新兴战略性产业的重要组成部分。它具有技术密集度高,研究与开发投入高、产品附加值高等种种特点,建材行业的新材料主要涉及新型建筑材料。未来将向多功能、智能化、节能环保方向发展。Newmaterialsindustryisanimportantpartofthedevelopmentofemergingstrategicindustriesinourcountry.Ithashightechnologyintensity,researchanddevelopvariouscharacteristicsofhighinput,highvalue-addedproducts,newbuildingmaterialsbuildingmaterialsindustrynewmaterialsmainlyinvolved.Thefuturewillbetodevelopinthedirectionofmulti-function,intelligent,energyconservationandenvironmentalprotection.(一)功能玻璃(a)functionalglassLow-E镀膜玻璃是世界公认的迄今最节能的玻璃。目前西欧国家这种玻璃的使用率在百分之八十以上,而我国的使用率不足百分之十。预计我国新增及改造建筑年需外门窗及幕墙玻璃三点三亿平方米,如果有百分之三十使用Low-E中空镀膜玻璃,每年将会有近1亿平方米Low-E中空镀膜玻璃的市场需求。薄膜晶体管液晶显T器(TFT-LCD)是目前国际上液晶显T器的主导产品,同时也是支撑中国未来20年电子信息产业发展的关键。玻璃基板是薄膜晶体管液晶显示器最为关键的材料之一,2008年我国年进口近1000万平方米,而且还会以每年百分之四十的速度增加。TCO导电玻璃用于薄膜涂层电池基板,薄膜涂层电池今后将会有巨大的市场空间,根据权威人士预测,2010年将达到4000万平方米的用量。目前Low-E镀膜玻璃、TFT-LCD用玻璃基板和TCO导电玻璃的核心技://术基本被国外垄断,这些玻璃产品我国均需依赖进口。因此要研究以Low-E中空镀膜玻璃、TCO导电玻璃和TFT-LCD用玻璃基板为代表的新型玻璃,突破关键技术,开发规模化生产装备,降低生产成本,替代进口,扩大应用范围。Low-ecoatedglassisoneoftheworldthemostenergy-efficientglassacceptedsofar.AtpresentwesternEuropeancountriestheglasstheutilizationrateofovereightypercent,andtheutilizationrateoflessthantenpercentofourcountry.IsnewinourcountryandoutsideaconstructionindoorsandWindowsandcurtainwallglass3threehundredmillionsquaremeters,ifthirtypercentuseoflow-einsulatingcoatingglass,everyyeartherewillbenearly100millionsquaremetersoflow-einsulatingcoatingglassmarketdemand.ThinfilmtransistorliquidcrystaldisplayT(TFT-LCD)isatpresenttheLCDdisplayontheinternationalTofleadingproducts,aswellassupportingthekeytothedevelopmentofChina'selectronicinformationindustryoverthenext20years.Glassisoneofthemostcriticalmaterialsforthinfilmtransistorliquidcrystaldisplay,theyearof2008,China'simportsnearly1,0millionsquaremeters,butalsowillincreaseatanannualrateoffortypercent.TCObatterysubstrateconductiveglassisusedforthinfilmcoating,filmcoatingbatteriesinthefuturetherewillbeahugemarketspace,accordingtoauthoritiesforecastthattheamountof2010willreach0millionsquaremeters.Currentlylow-ecoatedglass,TFT-LCDglasssubstrateandTCOcoretechnologybasicallymonopolizedbyforeignconductiveglass,theglassproductsinourcountrymustrelyonimports.Sotostudyoflow-einsulatingcoatingglassandTCOconductiveglassandTFT-LCDglasssubstrateasrepresentative'snewglass,breakthroughkeytechnology,thedevelopmentoflarge-scaleproductionequipment,reducetheproductioncost,replacetheimported,expandapplicationscope.(二)高效难燃保温材料(2)efficientflameretardantinsulationmaterial建筑物的热量损耗有近百分之三十是通过墙体散失的,外墙使用保温材料是建筑物节能的重要措施之一。目前,国内大规模使用的节能保温材料主要有EPS(聚苯乙烯泡沫)、XPS(挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫)和PU(聚氨酯泡沫)等3种,它们致命的://缺陷是防火安全性差,燃烧时烟雾大、毒性大。因此,要通过对有机、无机保温材料的改性和有机、无机保温材料的复合等技术途径,形成导热系数接近聚苯乙烯保温板、燃烧性能达到B级的新型保温材料。我国现已规定了不同区域建筑的保温要求,如果该方面的技术有所突破,市场前景非常广阔。Nearlythirtypercentofheatlossofbuildingsisdissipatedthroughthewall,usethewallthermali
