河北大学硕士学位论文大学生自信水平、时间管理倾向与学习成绩的关系研究姓名：张娟申请学位级别：硕士专业：发展与教育心理学指导教师：宋耀武2011-05摘  要 I摘要时间管理倾向是与人格相联系的一种心理特质，但是它也与学生的学习成绩有关系。国外的研究者认为时间管理倾向对学生在时间管理方面的态度以及一些有关时间先后轻重缓急的计划安排上都有相当大的影响从而在一定程度上会影响学生的学习成绩，我国的一些研究者则认为个体在对自身时间上的监控观对学生的学习成绩有显著的影响。但时间管理倾向因素是否会与其他的心理因素一起共同作用来影响学生的学习成绩呢？目前与这方面有关的研究成果还很少，还有的研究表明,自信的个体差异不同程度地影响着竞赛、成就、归因、就业等多个领域内个体的心理和行为。此外,自信对个体的心理健康和健全人格的形成与发展的影响也是非常大的。黄希庭认为,自信与时间管理倾向可能有一定的关系,善于驾驭时间的人有正面的自我观念,自立意识较强,自信心和自尊心也会更强。古玉等曾对大学生的时间管理倾向与自信心的关系进行过研究,结果表明时间管理倾向与自信各维度之间存在一定程度的相关。不同的自信水平对学生的学习成绩的影响也是有差异的。因此我们认为大学生的自信水平不同，在对待时间安排的态度上也会有很大的差异，从而在学习成绩上出现差异。本研究的目的是探索影响学生学习成绩的影响因素，从而对大学生的心理教育提供参考，以此提高教育的针对性。本研究主要采用采用Shrauger编制的PEI问卷(个人评价问卷)测量自信程度，黄希庭、张志杰（2001）编制的青少年时间管理倾向量表测量时间管理倾向，本研究主要采用整群抽样的方法选取河北大学在校二年级的本科生为被试，共选择9个班级286名学生，调查采用的是问卷的方式，所得数据用spss18.0软进行统计处理。结论如下：（1）在人口统计学变量方面，英语成绩在性别、文理科维度上都存在着差异，且差异显著，是否为独生子女在时间监控观维度上存在着显著差异，生源地也是影响大学生时间管理倾向的一个因素，它在时间监控观上存在显著差异，大学生的家庭经济状况在自信总分上存在着显著的差异。（2）在对大学生的自信水平测试中，学习成绩与自信水平呈正相关的关系， 摘  要 II自信水平高的大学生，学业成绩也属于中上水平的，但是这与大学生的父母教育水平，家庭所在地之间的相关不是很明显。（3）自信总分在文理科与是否为独生子女的交互作用上的主效应是显著的，在性别与是否为独生子女的交互作用上的主效应也是显著的。（4）大学生的时间管理倾向在时间监控观上的得分明显高于时间价值感和时间效能感；大学生的时间管理倾向及其各个维度之间不存在显著的性别差异。（5）大学生的自信水平与时间管理倾向的三个子维度都是呈显著相关的，但我们所做的多元回归分析的结果显示进入到回归方程中的因素只有时间管理倾向中的时间监控观。所以，本研究建议应培养学生在时间管理方面的技能，同时培养学生把提高自己的成绩和能力定为自己的学习目标，同时也不能忽视学生自身的自信程度对他们自己成绩的影响，让这些共同因素来帮助学生改善他们的学习成绩。关键词：自信水平时间管理倾向学习成绩Abstract  IIIAbstractTimemanagementtendtobeassociatedwiththepersonalityofakindofpsychologicalqualities,butitalsoandstudents'gradeshaverelations.ItisanimportantfactorofresearchonhowTMDinfluencesstudentscore，andManyforeignresearcherssuggestthatTMDinfluencesstudentsontheirattitude,andsomerelevanttimesuccessivelyprioritiesplanhasconsiderableinfluenceinsomeextenttoinfluencestudents'academicperformance.Domesticresearchersfindthatthetimecontrolhassignificantinfluenceonstudents’academicachievement.Thereissomeotherpsychologicalfactorthatinfluencesstudents’academicachievement.Andstudiesshowthatconfidenceinindividualdifferencesofdifferentdegreeaffectingcompetition,achievements,attribution,employmentinmanyfieldssuchaspsychologyandthebehavioroftheindividual.Inaddition,self-confidencehasaprofoundimpactonmentalhealthandhealthypersonalityformationanddevelopment.Xiting.Huangthink,maybegoodatmanagingtime,timemanagementandself-confidencetendtohaveacertainrelationship,peoplehaveself-confidence,positiveself-concept,self-esteemandself-consciousarestronger.Jadetoldthestudentstimemanagementandothertendenciesandtherelationshipbetweenself-confidence,theresultsshowthatthetendencyoftimemanagementandself-confidenceamongthevariousdimensionsofadegreeofcorrelation.Sowethinkthatcollegestudentsindifferentlevelsofself-confidence,treattimearrangementattitudealsocanhavegreatdifferencesinlearningachievement,whichappearonthedifference.Thestudyisverifytheaboveconclusionsaretobecomeusefulforstudentstopersonalizepsychologicaleducationforreference,toimprovetherelevanceofeducation.ThisstudypreparedbyPEIusingShraugerquestionnaire(PersonalEvaluationInventory)tomeasureself-confidencelevelandtheTime Abstract IVManagementDispositionScaledevelopedbyHuangandZhang(2001),weconductastratifiedrandomclustersamplinginvestigationon286second-yearcollegestudentsfromHebeiUniversityThewayisquestionnairesurvey.TherawdataofquestionnaireusesSPSS18.0analyzing,wehavethefollowingconclusions:(1)Indemographyvariables,Englishscoresaredifferentinthegender，artsanddimension,andtherearedifferencessignificantly,Whetherforone-childintimemonitoringviewdimensions,therealsoafactorexistsignificantdifferencesfromaffectingtheuniversitystudents'timemanagement,itstendencyintimemonitoringviewsignificantdifferences,collegestudents'familyfinancesinconfidence,thereexistsignificanttotaldifference.(2)Inthetestsoftheuniversitystudents'confidencelevels,gradesandconfidencelevelswerepositivelycorrelatedrelationship,confident,highlevelofcollegestudents'academicperformancealsoisabovetheaverage,butitisnotobviousoftherelationwiththeuniversitystudents’parentseducationlevelanddomesticseat.(3)Themaineffectoftheconfidenceintheartsandtotalforthesingletonfemaleinteractionisremarkable,themaineffectingenderandwhetherforthesingletonfemaleinteractionissignificantly.(4)Theuniversitystudents'timemanagementtendencyinthescoreontimemonitoringviewobviouslyhigherthantimevaluefeelingandtimeself-efficacy;Collegestudents'timemanagementdispositionandbetweendimensionshavenosignificantgenderdifferences.(5)Collegestudents'confidencelevelandtimemanagementtendencyisthethreesonscorrelateddimensions,butwhatwedomultipleregressionanalysisresultsshowthatthefactorsintoregressionequationistheonlytimemanagementtendencyspectacle.Abstract  VTherefore,thisresearchsuggeststhatstudentsshoulddevelopintimemanagementskills,andcultivatestudentstoimprovetheirresultsandabilityasalearninggoals,alsocannotignorestudents'levelofconfidenceintheirownresultinfluence,letthesecommonfactorstohelpstudentsimprovetheirstudyresults.Keywords:Confidencelevel；TimeManagementDisposition;AcademicAchievement序  言 1序言个体的自信水平是一个很好的研究因子，有很多的研究者在很多的领域都对自信水平进行过研究。自信，顾名思义，就是个体对自己的信任
