学校代码：10254密级：论文编号：上海海事大学SHANGHAIMARITIMEUNIVERSITY硕士学位论文MASTERDISSERTATION绿色港口对港口效率的影响研究——以上海港为例学科专业：产业经济学作者姓名：张媛指导教师：陈雪玫完成日期：二○一一年六月论文独创性声明本文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。论文中除了特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，不包含其他人或其他机构已经发表或撰写过的研究成果。其他同志对本研究的启发和所做的贡献均已在论文中作了明确的声明并表示了感谢。作者签名：_______日期：_______论文使用授权声明本人同意上海海事大学有关保留、使用学位论文的规定，即：学校有权保留送交论文复印件，允许论文被查阅和借阅；学校可以网上公布论文的全部和部分内容，可以采用影印、缩印或者其它复制手段保存论文。保密的论文在解密后遵守此规定。作者签名：__________导师签名：__________日期：_________上海海事大学硕士学位绿色港口对港口效率的影响研究——以上海港为例I摘要当前，全球正面临着能源危机和环境恶化的双重威胁，可持续发展已成为全世界共同追求的目标。作为一种高能耗、高污染的行业，港口业为实现可持续发展战略而提出了绿色港口的发展方向。他们在港口建设中采用环境保护措施，推广新技术，希望在城市生活质量和经济发展动力之间寻找新的平衡点。建设绿色港口是我国港口发展的前进方向，是港口与社会协调发展的必由之路。与国外建设绿色港口相比，中国起步晚、进展缓慢、成效不明显。因此，积极有效地、稳健地推行我国绿色港口建设尤为重要。在以往的建设绿色港口的理论研究及实践分析中，多数人关注于如何降低港口污染，走低碳环保路线，却忽视了对港口效率的影响，而绿色港口旨在确保发展速度的同时，注重发展效益和发展质量，走环境污染少、资源消耗低、增长方式优、规模效应强的可持续发展道路。本文首先分析了建设绿色港口的背景及意义，回顾了国内外学者对绿色港口和港口效率的研究成果，阐释了本文的研究内容，基本思路以及研究意义；然后分析了绿色港口产生的历程，阐述了绿色港口和港口效率的内涵，并介绍了本文用到的效率评价方法DEA和超效率DEA方法；其次，结合国际上成熟的绿色建筑评价体系和国际上绿色港口实践活动，运用对比研究的方法构建了绿色港口影响因素的体系，并通过参考国内外对港口效率的评价研究分析了港口效率的影响因素，结合前面的分析进而综合得出绿色港口的港口效率的影响因素，为后面对绿色港口进行效率评价的指标选取提供了依据；然后通过选取上海港2005年至2010年的数据，选取固定资产净额、流动资产、主营业务成本、管理费用和员工人数五个备选投入变量，主营业务收入、营业利润、利润总额和港口吞吐量四个备选产出变量，以及分析计算得出了氮氧化合物（NOX）总排放量和固体废弃物总产生量作为环境投入变量，建立超效率DEA模型进行分析，最后得出了各年度上海港的考虑绿色因素的港口效率得分以及排名。结合上海港建设绿色港口的程度，分析了建设绿色港口对港口效率的影响。最后经过定性和实证分析，对建设绿色港口并兼顾港口效率提出了几点建议和对策。在研究过程中，本文运用绿色港口理论和港口效率理论，采用对比分析，归纳演绎相结合的方法，以及主成分分析法，超效率DEA分析方法，运用SPSS软件和EMS软件，注重理论演绎与经验分析相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合、静态分析与动态分析相结合、实证研究与对策研究相结合。在研究过程中，运用了较多的数据资料，增强了文章的客观性、严谨性和说服力。关键词：绿色港口，港口效率，超效率DEA上海海事大学硕士学位绿色港口对港口效率的影响研究——以上海港为例IIABSTRACTCurrently,humansocietyisfacingdoublethreats--energycrisisandenvironmentdeterioration.Inthissituation,sustainabledevelopmentisthecommonpurposeofpeopleallovertheworld.Asakindofinfrastructurewhichconsumeaboundantenergyandpollutetheenvironment,portsnowusethegreenportdevelopmentstrategytorealizethesustainabledevelopment.Inportconstruction,theytakemeasurestoprotecttheenvironmentandpromotetechnologiessoastofindanewbalancebetweenlifequalityandeconomicdevelopmentpower.Buildinggreenportistheforwarddirectionofportdevelopmentandtheonlywayoftheportandsocialdevelopment.ComparedwithforeignGreenports,westartlateandhaveaslowdevelopmentprocessaswellastangibleresults.Therefore,thepositive,effectiveandsteadyimplementationofthegreenportconstructioninChinaisparticularlyimportant.Inthepastpracticeandresearchonbuildinggreenport,mostpeoplefocusonhowtoreduceportpollutionandtakethelow-carbongreenline,buttheyignoretheimpactonportefficiency.Greenportaimsatkeepingdevelopmentspeed,meantime,concerningondevelopmenteffectivenessanddevelopmentquality,whichtakelessenvironmentalpollution,lowresourceconsumption,excellentgrowth,strongscaleandstrongsustainabledevelopment.Atfirst,thispaperanalyzesthebackgroundandsignificanceofbuildinggreenportandreviewsresearchesongreenportandportefficiencyofdomesticandforeignscholars.Itexplainsthecontents,theideaslineandresearchsignificance.Then,itanalyzesgreenportsbirthcourseanddescribesthecontentofgreenportandportefficiency;italsodescribestheefficiencyevaluationmethod—DEAandMDEAmethods.Secondly,Thepaperusesthecomparativemethodtoconstructgreenportfactorsystembasedonmatureinternationalgreenbuildingratingsystemandinternationalpracticeonthegreenport,andbyreferencetothedomesticandforeignevaluationresearchofportefficiencyinfluencingfactorsandcombineswiththeanalysisbefore,thepapercomestothegreenportintegratedportefficiencyfactorswhichprovidethebasisforthefollowinggreenportsefficiencyevaluationindexselection;ThenitselectsdataofShanghaiPortfrom2005to2010andselectsthefixedassets,liquidassets,mainbusinesscost,managementcostandthenumberofemployeesasalternativeinputvariables,meantime,themainbusinessrevenue,operatingprofit,上海海事大学硕士学位绿色港口对港口效率的影响研究——以上海港为例IIItotalprofitandportthruputasalternativeoutputvariables.Throughtheanalysis,itobtainsthenitrogenoxides(NOX)emissionsandthetotalgenerationofsolidwasteastheenvironmentalinputvariablesandbuildsultra-efficiencyDEAmodelandcametoShanghaiportefficiencyscoresandrankingseachyearconsideringgreenfactors.CombinedwiththeextentofShanghaiportbuildinggreenport,itanalyzestheimpactonportefficiencybuildinggreenport.Finally,thepapergivessomesuggestionsandcountermeasuresontheconstructionofgreenportafteraqualitativeandempiricalanalysis.Inthecourseoftheresearch,thepaperusesgreenporttheoryandportefficiencytheory,includingcomparativeanalysis,thecombinationofinductionanddeductionmethod,principalcomponentanalysis,MDEAmethod,SPSSandEMSsoftwareandfocusesonthemethodsofthecombinationofinterpretationandexperience,qualitativeanalysiswithquantitativeanalysis,staticanalysisanddynamicanalysis,empiricalresearchwithacombinationofcountermeasures.Inthispaper,Iusealotofdata,andenhancetheobjectivity,stringencyandconvincingofthearticle.ZhangYuan(IndustrialEconomics)DirectedbyChenXuemeiKEYWORDS：greenport,portefficiency,MDEA上海海事大学硕士学位绿色港口对港口效率的影响研究——以上海港为例IV目录摘要..................................................................IABSTRACT............................................................
