TheChineseversionofstandardshasprecedencetotheirEnglishtranslationswhichareonlyforinternalreference.本英文版为内部资料,仅供参考,以中文版为准。MaintenanceandServiceProcedureforPetrochemicalEquipment–GeneralEquipmentMaintenanceandServiceProcedureforValves阀门维护检修规程SHS01030-92(ForTrialImplementation)PromulgatedbySINOPECSINOPECPublishingHouse12Contents1.General2.PeriodandContentofMaintenance3.MaintenanceandQualityStandard4.TestingandAcceptance5.ServiceandTroubleshootingAppendixAOptionofMaterialsforAbrasiveTools(ForReference)AppendixBCodesandApplicationRangesofAbrasiveMaterialsAppendixCSizeRangesofAbrasiveMaterials(ForReference)AppendixDOptionofFlanges,BoltsandGaskets(ForReference)AppendixEOptionofCommonPackings31.General1.1SubjectMatterandApplicationRange1.1.1InthisProceduretheperiodandcontentofthemaintenance,maintenanceandqualitystandard,testingandacceptance,serviceandtroubleshootingofgeneral-purposevalvesaredefinedordescribed.1.1.2ThisProcedureisapplicabletosuchgatevalves,stopvalves,ballvalves,butterflyvalves,checkvaluesandsafetyvalvesthatareusedinthePetrochemicalindustrywiththemax.workingpressurebeing98.1MPa(gaugepressure)andtheworkingtemperaturerangingfrom-196to+850C.1.2ReferenceforPreparationSY-21019-73MaintenanceandServiceProcedureforValvesofRefineriesGB12241-12243-89SafetyValvesZBJ16-006-89TestsandChecksofValves.2.PeriodandContentofMaintenance2.1MaintenancePeriodThemaintenanceperiodofvalvesshallbedeterminedbyallenterprisesthemselvesinaccordancewiththefeaturesoftheproductionplant,performancesofthemedium,corrosionspeedandoperatingcycle.2.2MaintenanceContent2.2.1Cleanandcheckthevalvebodyandpartialvalveparts.2.2.2Replaceorrepairpartialvalveparts.2.2.3Lapthesealsurface.2.2.4Repairthesurfacesofthespacerflangeandendflange.2.2.5Replaceoraddthepacking,replacethegasket.3.MaintenanceandQualityStandard3.1PreparatoryWorkforMaintenance.3.1.1Getreadyallrelatedtechnicaldocuments.3.1.2Getreadyallnecessarymachinesandtools,measuringtoolsandmaterials.3.1.3Thoroughlyremovethevalvemediumaspertherelatedregulationsonsafety.3.2GeneralRequirements.3.2.1Thereshallbealabelhungonthevalve,indicatingthemaintenanceno.working4pressure,workingtemperatureandmedium.3.2.2Forremovedpartswhichhavespecialrequirementsforthedirectionandposition,suchdirectionandlocationshallbecheckedforcorrectnessormarkedout.3.2.3Cleanallthevalveparts,removingallcontaminantsfromthem.3.2.4Replaceallthenon-metallicsealsurfacesthataredamaged.3.2.5Forcorrectselectionanduseofthematerialsforabrasivetoolsandabrasivematerials,refertoAppendicesA(ForReference),B(ForReference)andC(ForReference)respectively.3.2.6Forboltsandgasketstheworkingtemperatureofwhichisabove250C,appropriateanti-seizureagentshallbeappliedonthem.3.2.7Coppergasketsshallbeannealedbeforeinstallation.3.2.8Allboltsshallbeinstalledneatly.Forgatevalvesandstopvalves,theboltsofthespacerflangesshallbetightenedwhenthevalvesareintheopenstate.3.3QualitystandardofMaintenance3.3.1Thevalvenameplateshallremainintactandtheleadsealofthesafetyvalveshallkeepsoundandperfect.3.3.2Thevalvecastingshallhavenosuchdefectsascracks,seriousshrinkagecavitiesandslaginclusion.3.3.3Thesurfaceofthevalveforgingtobemachinedshallhavenosuchdefectsassandwiching,double-skin,crackingandblackspots.3.3.4Theweldjointofvalveweldmentshallhavenosuchdefectsascracks,sluginclusion,gasholes,andpoorformation.3.3.5Theboltofthevalveshallnotbeloosenedandtheendoftheboltshallbe2-3threadsoutofthenut.Thepartsoftheactuatingsystemshallbecompleteandoperable.3.3.6SealSurface3.3.6.1Thesealsurfaceshallbecheckedforproperimprintofthecontactsurfacewiththedeveloper.a.Forgatevalves,stopvalvesandcheckvalves,theimprintlinesshallbecontinuouswiththewidthbeingnotlessthan1mmandtheimprintbeinguniform.Theextremepositionoftheimprintlineofthegatevalvedisconthesealsurfaceshallbenolessthan3mmfromtheexcircle(includingthewidthoftheimprintline).b.Theimprintlineoftheballvalveshallbecontinuouswiththewidthbeingnotlessthanthatoftheouterdiameterofthesealringofvalvebodyandtheimprintbeinguniform.3.3.6.2Thecumulativedecreaseinthicknessofthesealsurfaceofthesafetyvalveafterlappingshallbenotmorethan2mm.3.3.6.3Thethicknessofthebuild-upweldinglayerofthesafetyvalve’ssealsurfaceshallnotbelessthan2mm.53.3.6.4Theroughnessofthesealsurfaceafterlappingshallnotbelowerthan1.6andnotbelowerthan0.4forsafetyvalves.3.3.7ValveBody,ValveBonnetandGaskets3.3.7.1Theconnectionbetweenthevalveseatandvalvebodyshallbefirm,tightandfreeofleakage.3.3.7.2Thevalvediskfitstheguideperfectlyandthereshallbenojammingandderailingatanyposition.3.3.7.3Themax.out-and-infitclearanceofthespacerflangeofthevalveshallmeettherequirementssetoutinTable1.Table1mmSpacerFlangeDia.42~8590-125130-180185-250255-315320-400405-500Max.Clearance0.400.450.500.550.650.750.803.3.7.4Thesealsurfaceoftheflangeshallbecleanandfreeofscraps.3.3.7.5Dyeinginspectionshallbemadeforthecontactsurfaceofthesteelgasketandsealboxandtheimprintlineshallbecontinuous.3.3.7.6TheflangesshallbeparallelandtheinstallationdistanceshallbeincompliancewiththerequirementsofTable2.Table2mmNominalDiameterDN1001
