ASMEPTC4培训及技术交流活动page1of5ResponsediscussionissuesRepliesinTrackChanges,2019-06-03,BrianVitalis1、ASMEPTC4-2013与旧版ASMEPTC4.1998的损失、测量及不确定度计算上是否差别很大?主要差别在哪些方面?DosetheASMEPTC4-2013makeobviousdifferenceforthecomputationoflosses,measurementsanduncertaintieswithASMEPTC4-1998?Whatarethemainaspectsthathavedifference?2019-06-03BPV:Therehaveactuallybeentworevisionssince1998.Revisionswereissuedin2008and2013.Ineachcase,theprimarychangessincethepriorrevisionaresummarizedinthe“Foreword”sectionoftheCode,followingthetableofcontents.Thefollowingexplanationofbothrevisionsisprovidedinthe2013revision:2008:ThemainpurposeofthisrevisionwastoincludeageneralupdateoftheCodetobringitintocompliancewiththedefinitionsandterminologyusedintherevisedPTC19.1,TestUncertainty.Themajorissueinthisregardwastochangeallreferencesto“bias”and“precision”to“systematic”and“random,”respectively.Also,“precisionindex”waschangedto“standarddeviation.”InconformancewithPTC19.1,avalueof2wasstipulatedforthe“Student’st”parameter,whichsimplifiestheuncertaintycalculations.Thisrevisionalsoincludedtheadditionofsubsection4-16andpara.5-18.14.Subsection4-16providesproceduresforthemeasurementofsurfaceradiationandconvectionloss.Paragraph5-18.14containsproceduresforcalculatingtheuncertaintyofcorrectedresults.Also,theproceduresfordeterminingtheaveragevalueofspatiallynonuniformparametersweresimplified.Inadditiontothesechanges,the2008revisionincludedcorrectionsofminorerrorsandomissions,anupdateofreferences,andtextrevisionsforbetterclarity.2013:ThemainpurposeofthiseditionistoincluderevisionsoccasionedbyTechnicalInquiry09-01,CodeCaseP-2,andtheerratapostedonFebruary8,2012.AsaresultofTechnicalInquiry09-01,changestothetextofpara.5-19.5,“EnthalpyofSteam/Waterat1psiaBtu/lbm,”andNonmandatoryAppendixD,subsectionD-4,“EfficiencyonaLowerHeatingValue,LHV,Basis,”weremadeforimprovedclarity.CodeCaseP-2,concerningamassbalance/efficiencyerroronunitsutilizingsorbent,resultedinrevisionstotext,equations,andacronymsinSection5andchangestocalculationformsinNonmandatoryAppendixA.TheerratarequiredchangesinsubsectionsA-3,A-4,andA-5ofNonmandatoryAppendixAandsubsectionsD-3,D-4,andD-5ofASMEPTC4培训及技术交流活动page2of5NonmandatoryAppendixD.Inadditiontothesechanges,alltheCodeSectionswerereviewedtocorrectminorerrorsandomissions,toupdatereferences,andtorevisetextforbetterclarity.ThefollowingisasummaryofmajorchangestoeachSection:•InSection1,referencestocodesandstandardswereupdated.Figures1-4-2through1-4-5wererevised.Theserevisionsandcorrectionsincludedaddingmissingflowstreams,revisingtextforimprovedclarity,andcorrectingspelling.•InSection3,referencestocodesandstandardswereupdated.Figure3-1.1-1(formerlydesignatedasFig.3-1-1)waseditedtocorrecttheequationforNOxformationloss.•InSection4,Table4-2-1wassplitintotwotables,oneforenergylosses[Table4-2-1(a)]andoneforenergycredits[Table4-2-1(b)].Tables4-3.6-1and4-3.6-4(formerlydesignatedasTables4-3-1and4-3-4,respectively)wereeditedtocorrecterrors,andreferencestocodesandstandardswereupdated.•InSection5,revisionsoccasionedbyTechnicalInquiry09-01andCodeCaseP-2weremadetotext,equations,andacronyms.ChangesrequiredbytheerratapostedonFebruary8,2012,weremade.Otherchangesandcorrectionsweremadetoformulasandacronyms.Also,textwasrevisedtoimproveclarity,andreferenceswerecorrectedandupdated.•InNonmandatoryAppendixA,manyoftheformswererevisedinaccordancewithCodeCaseP-2andtheerratapostedonFebruary8,2012.Minorchangesweremadetothetextandformstoimproveclarity.•InNonmandatoryAppendixB,manyoftheformswererevisedinaccordancewithCodeCaseP-2andtheerratapostedonFebruary8,2012.ParagraphB-5.1,includingtextandtables,wasaddedtoprovideasamplesteamgeneratorefficiencycalculationforacirculatingfluidizedbed(CFB)steamgenerator.Minorchangesweremadetothetextandtablestoimproveclarity.•InNonmandatoryAppendixD,thetextandequationsinsubsectionD-4concerningLHVwererevisedforclarity.2、以往中国国内ASMEPTC4.1998使用较为广泛,采用ASMEPTC4-2013对测量设备和测量数据的要求会不会上升?性能考核试验工作量是否会有较大程度的增加?Inthepast,ASMEPTC4-1998isusedwidelyinChina,iftheadoptionofnewversionASMEPTC4-2013willimprovetherequirementsfortheinstrumentsanddataofmeasurements?Andalsoincreasetheworkingloadfortheperformanceacceptancetest?ASMEPTC4培训及技术交流活动page3of5Asdescribedinitem1,themainchangessincethe1998revisionareconcerningprovidingadditionalclarity,conformingwithchangestouncertaintynomenclature,andcorrectingerrors.Minorchangesweremadeinthe2008revisionregardingtherecommendedfuelsamplingprocess,andthediscussionsontriplemidpointandcompositemidpointruleswereeliminated(statisticalanalysisofductgriddata)forsimplification.Insummary,changessincethe1998revisiondonotsubstantiallychangetherequirementsforinstruments,data,ortestingeffort.3、ASMEPTC4-2013推荐使用燃料效率作为锅炉性能考核试验热效率,在锅炉热平衡试验的理论逻辑方面、试验成本方面有何积极作用?当输入系统边界的热量只计算入炉燃料收到基发热量,忽略外来热量(包括燃料物理显热、燃烧用空气物理显热、系统内辅助设备带入的热量、燃油雾化蒸汽带入系统的热量、脱硫剂的物理显热)时,对锅炉热效率会产生多大的影响?FuelefficiencyisthepreferredmethodinASMEPTC-42013astheboileracceptancetestefficiency,Doesithaveanypositiveeffectsontheoreticallogicandtestcosts?Howdoesthecalculationsonlyrelyontheinputfuelreceivedbasisval
