1从工会角度构建民营企业和谐劳资关系研究——以苍南县为例I摘要随着我国经济体制改革的深入与社会主义市场经济的建立和完善,改革开放三十多年以来,非公有制经济已经成为我国经济的重要组成部分,其中民营经济在经济发展过程中所扮演的角色也愈加重要。中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制需要民营经济的快速发展,同样,对于民营企业而言也需要在这个良好的时机下有好的发展前景。对于民营企业而言,劳资关系是其需要着重解决的问题,完善民营企业和谐劳资关系成为了民营企业能否健康发展的关键所在。工会作为劳资关系处理的独特产物,对于民营企业而言,其并未发挥相应的效力。从工会视角来构建中国民营企业和谐劳资关系成为了解决民营企业劳资冲突的重要途径,因此,本文正式基于此而展开研究。本文总共六个章节,按照从研究思路而言,本文还是基于传统的“提出问题——分析问题—解决问题”这条路径出发,当然在每个层面上还进行了相应的细化。首先,对本研究的选题背景、选题意义、研究方法和目的、以及研究内容做介绍,这也是问题提出的重要基础。然后在此基础上构建本文研究的基础理论,通过国内外的文献研究,对工会理论、劳资关系理论进行理论汇总,以此来构建本文研究的基础理论体系。接下来则是分析的现实落脚点,通过对中国民营企业劳资关系的现状分析。对中国民营企业劳资关系的特点、存在的问题及其根源进行具体的分析。通过这些分析来寻找构建中国民营企业和谐劳资关系的现实突破口。进而引入苍南县民营企业和谐劳资关系的构建作为范例进行研究,通过苍南县民营企业劳资关系的现状,并结合现有的理论,基于工会视角下出发来寻求其构建和谐劳资关系的主要困境,进而为苍南县民营企业和谐劳资关系的构建提供突破口。并据此提出民营企业和谐劳资关系的对策建议。最后,结论和展望。对本文进行总结,并对本文的研究进行展望。关键词:民营企业;劳资关系;工会IIAbstractAlongwiththeestablishmentandimprovementofChina'seconomicsystemreformandthesocialistmarketeconomy,sincethethirtyyearsofreformandopeningup,thenon-publiceconomyhasbecomeanimportantcomponentofChina'seconomy,theprivateeconomyplaysintheprocessofeconomicdevelopmentismoreandmoreimportantrole.TheChinesecharacteristicsocialistmarketeconomicsystemneedsoftherapiddevelopmentofprivateeconomy,also,forprivateenterprisesalsoneedtohavegooddevelopmentprospectsinthisgoodopportunity.Forprivateenterprises,laborrelationsistheproblemneededtosolve,improvetheharmonyoflabor-capitalrelationsofprivateenterprisesbecomethekeytothehealthydevelopmentofprivateenterprises.Uniqueproductoftradeunionsaslaborrelations,forprivateenterprises,itdidnotplayarelevanteffect.ToconstructtheharmoniouslaborrelationsinChineseprivateenterprisesfromthetradeunionperspectivehasbecometheimportantwaytosolvetheconflictbetweenlaborandcapitalinprivateenterprises,therefore,thispaper,basedonthisresearch.Inthispaper,atotalofsixchapters,accordingtotheresearchideas,thispaperputforwardproblemsortraditional--AnalysisBasedontheproblem-tosolvetheproblemofthepath,ofcourse,ateverylevelofacorrespondingrefinement.Firstofall,introducetheresearchbackground,thesignificanceofthetopic,researchmethodsandpurpose,andtheresearchcontent,proposestheimportantproblemis.Thisisthetheoreticalconstructionandthenonthisbasis,throughtheliteratureresearchathomeandabroad,theoreticalsummaryonthetheoryoftradeunions,laborrelationstheory,basictheorysysteminordertobuildtheresearch.Nextistheanalysisoftherealitybasis,throughtheanalysisofpresentsituationoflabor-capitalrelationsofprivateenterprisesinchina.TheproblemsoflaborrelationsinChina,thecharacteristicsofIIIprivateenterprisesanditscausesareanalyzed.Throughtheanalysistofindtherealbreakthroughinconstructingharmoniouslaborrelationsofprivateenterprisesinchina.ConstructionandthenintroducetheharmoniouslaborrelationsofprivateenterprisesinCangnanCountyasanexampletostudy,throughthestatusoflabor-capitalrelationsofprivateenterprisesinCangnanCounty,andcombinedwiththeexistingtheory,basedontheperspectiveoftradeunionstoseekthemaindifficultiesofconstructingharmoniouslaborrelations,soastoprovideabreakthroughtobuildaharmoniouslaborrelationsinprivateenterprisesinCangnancounty.Andaccordinglythecountermeasuresandsuggestionsofharmoniouslaborrelationsinprivateenterprises.Finally,theconclusionandprospect.Thepapersummarized,andtheresearchprospects.Keywords:privateenterprise;laborrelations;laborunionIV目录摘要......................................................................................................................IAbstract..................................................................................................................II第1章绪论.........................................................................................................11.1选题背景和研究意义.............................................................................11.1.1选题背景......................................................................................11.1.2研究意义......................................................................................21.2研究目的和重要概念的界定................................................................31.2.1研究目的.....................................................................................31.2.2重要概念的界定.........................................................................31.3研究方法和研究思路............................................................................41.3.1研究方法......................................................................................41.3.2研究思路.....................................................................................51.4研究内容................................................................................................6第2章理论综述.................................................................................................12.1工会理论综述........................................................................................12.1.1工会的内涵..........................................................................................12.1.2工会的主要发展理论.................................................................32.1.3工会组织发展历程..........................................................
