ThermalecProducts–72PHRInstructionManual(rev2)Page1of9InstructionManualforPoolHeater特么烈池水及温泉水加热器安装使用说明书72PHR系列(48kW至72kW各型号)MeddingsThermalecLtd.@thermalec.co.ukKingsleyClose,EastWay,LeeMillIndustrialEstate,Ivybridge,Devon,PL219LL,UnitedKingdomTel:+441752313343Fax:+441752313353中国唯一经销商:北京科瑞朗科技发展有限公司地址:北京市朝阳区望京南湖西园银领国际121号楼1601室,100102电话:01064751882-806,808传真:01064751882-801网址:–72PHRInstructionManual(rev2)Page2of91)INTRODUCTION产品介绍TheThermalecPHRheaterisdesignedforusewithswimmingpools,spasandothersimilarinstallations.Topreventdamagetotheheateritmustnotbeoperatedunlessitisfullyfloodedwithasufficientflowofpoolwater.Aninterlockisfitted,ensuringthattheheatercannotbeoperatedunlessthefilterpumpisrunning.特么烈PHR系列加热器是专为游泳池,温泉池设计的电加热器,同时也适用于及其它有类似功用的场合。为了防止加热器被损坏,在加热器工作之前一定要保证加热器内充满水并有满足流量要求的水流持续流过加热器。Atemperaturecontrollerisfittedtoallowcontrolofthewatertemperatureintherange15to45°C.Themaximumwatertemperatureislimitedto52°Cbyasafetythermostat.AthermometerdisplaysthepoolwatertemperaturewhentheheaterisOFF.WhentheheaterisONthereadingmaybeslightlyhigher,dependingontheflowratethroughtheheater.加热器内安装了池水温度控制器及水温安全温控器(水温超温保护器),以保证对被加热水温的控制及安全水温的控制。池水温控器的正常设置范围是15ºC~45ºC。安全温控器的最高温度限值是52ºC。严禁自行更改安全温控器的设置。当加热器停止工作时,加热器上安装的温度计将显示池水的温度。当加热器工作时,此温度计上显示的温度,根据流过加热器的水流量的情况,可能会比实际的池水温度略高。Theheaterisdesignedtohaveamaximumoperatingpressureof2bar(30psi).Exceedingthislimitwilloperatethepressurereliefvalveslocatedontheheatervessel.加热器的过水容器的最大工作压力为2巴(30磅/平方英寸)。当容器内的水压超过此限值时,容器上的泄压阀将打开,水将从泄压阀流出。TheIPratingoftheheaterisIP21anditshouldbeinstalledinaweatherproofenclosurewithgooddrainage加热器的防护等级为IP21。加热器应安装在干燥防雨,并有良好排水设施的室内。Thepooltemperaturewillgraduallyriseiftheheaterhasbeensizedaccordingtoourpublishedsizingcharts.Theactualtimetakentoreachtemperatureisdeterminedbytheambientairandwatertemperaturesandbytheoverallheatlossesfromthepool.依据我们选型表对加热器选型,在正确使用的情况下,被加热的池水的温度将会逐渐上升。水温上升的实际时间将由环境温度,初始水温(未加热前的水温)以及池水流失的热量决定。2)INSTALLATION安装Regulations&CodesofPractice.Theheatershouldbeinstalledbyacompetentpersoninaccordancewiththerelevantstandardsforthecountryofuse.IntheUKthesestandardsareBS7671(IEERegulations,16thEdition)andtheSPATAstandards.ElectricalinstallationsforswimmingpoolsintheUKareclassifiedas‘Notifiable’underPartPoftheBuildingRegulations2005.Thismeansthataqualifiedelectrician,registeredwithaself-certificationscheme,mustcarryoutthework.Alternatively,anotherpersonmaycarryoutthework,butitmustbenotifiedtothelocalauthoritywhowillarrangeforinspection&testingtobecarriedout.加热器的安装:加热器的安装必须由专业人员严格按照所在国家的相应的行业标准完成。加热器的电气安装必须由专业人员(经过注册能出具证书的合格电工),严格按照所在国家相关电气安装施工规范进行安装。非专业安装人员不得对设备进行任何拆装作业。PlantLayout.ThermalecProducts–72PHRInstructionManual(rev2)Page3of9Chemicaldosingsystemsshouldnotbeinstalledadjacenttotheheater.Ifinstalledupstreamoftheheateritmustbebeforethefilter.Ifinstalleddownstream,acheckvalvemustbefittedtopreventbackflowofchemicalswhenthefilterpumpisnotoperating.Thereshouldbeadropinlevelbetweenthepipeleavingtheheaterandenteringthedosingsystem.化学药剂供给装置的安装位置:化学药剂供给系统不应该安装在接近于加热器的位置。如果安装在加热器的上游,应安装在过滤器之前;如果安装在加热器的下游,必须安装一个单向阀以防止在过滤器的泵没有工作时,化学药剂回流。化学药剂供给装置入水管道的高度应低于加热器出水管道的高度。Thepipesystemshouldhavevalvestoisolatetheheater.Ashutoffvalveshouldbeincludedinthebypasstostoptheflowaroundtheheaterwhennotrequired.Theflowratethroughtheheatershouldbechosenwithregardtothetablebelow:旁路系统:在管路系统中应设置阀使得加热器可以被隔离。在旁路上应安置一个断流阀,以在需要时阻止旁路内的水流绕流过加热器。流经加热器的水流量应按照下表中的数据选定:加热器的额定功率水质流量48kW60kW72kW最大流量300升/分钟(4000加仑/小时)300升/分钟(4000加仑/小时)300升/分钟(4000加仑/小时)硬水最小流量4800升/小时(960加仑/小时)6000升/小时(1200加仑/小时)7200升/小时(1440加仑/小时)最大流量150升/分钟(2000加仑/小时)150升/分钟(2000加仑/小时)150升/分钟(2000加仑/小时)软水最小流量4800升/小时(960加仑/小时)6000升/小时(1200加仑/小时)7200升/小时(1440加仑/小时)Tocalculatetheexactflowrateallowthepumptorunwithouttheheateronforafewminutesandthentakeareadingofthethermometer.Thenswitchtheheateronandallowaboutfiveminutesforthetemperaturetostabilisebeforetakingasecondreading.Thedifferencebetweenthetworeadingsgivestheexacttemperatureriseforthatflowrate.Usethefollowingformulaetoestablishtherate:可依据以下方法计算流经加热器确切的流量。首先,在加热器不工作的状态下,先使泵运行几分钟,读取一下加热器出水口处的水温。然后开启加热器,使其运行5分钟,待出水口处的水温稳定后,再读取一下水温。两次水温的差值即为在当前流量下水的温升。利用以下公式计算流量:HeaterkWratingx190加热器的额定功率x190Flow(Gallons/hour)流量(加仑/小时)=---------------------------------------------------------------------TemperatureriseindegreesC温升(摄氏度)HeaterkWratingx14.4加热器的额定功率x14.4Flow(Litres/min.)流量(升/分钟)=--------------------------------------------------------------------TemperatureriseindegreesC温升(摄氏度)Plumbing.Toenablethesupplycabletobeinsertedthroughthebackpanel,allowspacebehindtheheaterequaltoatleastthedepthoftheheatercasing.Theminimumclearanceabovetheheatershouldbe400mm.请管道工人注意:为了能使大量的电缆能够从加热设备背面的面板进入到加热设备内,在安放加热器时须在其后面留下大于或等于与加热器壳体厚度相同的空间。加热器上部空间的高度须大于400毫米。ThermalecProducts–72PHRInstructionManual(rev2)Page4of9Flowdirectionthroughtheheaterislefttoright,allowingthetemperaturecontrollertosensethetemperaturecomingfromthepool.Thedirectionmaybechangedbyreversingtheprobesofthecontrolthermostatandthesafetythermostat,asfollows:流经加热器的水流方向是
