广西师范大学硕士学位论文高职院校教师人力资源管理研究姓名:陈艺文申请学位级别:硕士专业:高等教育学指导教师:唐德海;荀建忠20080401I2005IIIIIStudyonHumanResourcesManagementofHigherVocationalCollegeTeachersName:ChenYiwenSpecialty:HigherEducationSupervisor:Prof.TangDehaiandXunJianzhongGrade:2005ResearchArea:HigherEducationManagementAbstractThehumanresourcesarethestrategicresourcesofthemodernsociety,whicharealsothekeyfactorofeconomic---socialdevelopment.Sincethehumansocietygotintothe21stcentury,knowledgeandtalentshaveplayedacrucialeffectinsocialprosperityandnationalpowerwiththedevelopmentofknowledgeeconomyandtheinternationalcompetitionconstantgrowing.Asthebaseofcultivationofhighervocationalappliedtalentsandturningsciencetechnologyintoproductiveforce,highervocationalcollegeshavenumerousoutstandingspecializedpersonnelandscientificfindings.Ifwewanttogivefullplaytoitssocialfunctionbetter,weshouldpayattentiontomanpowerresourcesmanagement,andactivatethetreasureofabundanthumanresourcesinhighervocationalcollegesfundamentally.Theglobaleconomyhaschangedthepracticeandmanagementphilosophyofeachfield.Thetraditionalmanagementmodefacesgreatchallenges.Nowadays,highervocationalcollegesareexertingtheireffortstoadvancethereformofeducationandmanagement,andtheyhavealreadysteppedintothemostimportantandmostdifficultstageofmanpowerresourcesmanagement.Thereforminvolvesthefinalcarriersoftheintelligenceresourcesofhighervocationalcollegesdirectly--Highervocationalteacher,sohowtoconstructthemechanismofhumanresourcesmanagementandstimulatetheteachers’enthusiasm,creativityandenormouslatentenergytothemaximumextenthasbecomethekeyofthewholeprofessorshipeducationalreform.Throughthesurveyofresearchbackgroundandcurrentsituationofhighervocationalteacher'shumanresources,wethinkthebottleneckofhumanresourcesmanagementatpresentliesinthemanagementtheoreticalfoundationinmanykindsofvaluestandardsthatlackthecharacteristicsofhighervocationalteacherscloselyIVandreflecteducationalmanagement,educationalethicsandthestrategicadministrationwayssetupfromthis.Throughsummingupthecharacteristicofthehighervocationalteacherhumanresources,theresearchaimsatexploringandstudyingmanpowerresourcesmanagementonthebasisofteacher'scareerdevelopmentandthestrategyimplementationofschool.Thethesismainlycontentisasfollows:Part1,Theresearchatfirstoverviewsdomesticandinternationalmanpowerresourcesmanagementandanalyzestheapplicabilityofspecialundertakingofhighervocationalteachers.Secondly,itreviewsdomestichighervocationalteacher'sbuildingofcontingentandteacher'smanpowerresourcesmanagementofuniversitiesandcolleges,summarizetheachievementandweakpointsatpresent,revealthedirectreasonfortheresearch.Part2,Theresearchdefineshumanresourcesandrelevantconcepts,andsummariestheprevioushumanresourcesofmanagementtheories,includingmodernmanpowercapitaltheory,peoplemanagementtheory,hypothesistheoryofhumannatureandmotivationaltheory,whichlaysthetheoreticalfoundationforconstructingthehumanresourcesmanagementsystem.Part3,Theresearchhascarriedoutanempiricalinvestigationonthecurrentsituationofhighervocationalteacher'shumanresources,groupcharactersfrompsychologicalcharacteristicandprofessionalismthroughtheanalysisofcensusdataandinterviewresults.Meanwhileithasdissectedtheproblemthatexistsinhighervocationalteacher'smanpowerresourcesmanagementatpresent,andithasofferedthefactforhighervocationalteacher'shumanresourcesmanagementstrategy.Part4,Theresearchputsforwardtheideaofmanpowerresourcesmanagementonthebasisoftheinvestigationonthecurrentsituationhighervocationalteacherhumanresources.Thepurposeofmanpowerresourcesmanagementistoraiseteacher'soverallqualitiesandrealizetheirmanpowercapitalappreciation,andmaketheteacher'smanpowercapitalgiveplaytoefficiencymaximizingduringtheprocessofimplementingeducation.Themainlycontentofhighervocationalteacher'smanpowerresourcesmanagementincludesmakingthehumanresourcesdevelopmentplanandsolvingvariousproblemsrelatedtopeoplewhichappearinthedevelopmentofschool,forexampleteachers’newrecruits,teacher'straininganddevelopment,performanceassessment,salarymanagementandwelfareplanetc.Basedonthis,itputsforwardbasicprinciplesofchoosingpeople,educatingpeopleandchoosingtheVrightpersonnearlyallforprofessorshipcolleges.Part5,Thethesisconstructsthestrategicmanagementsystemofhighervocationalteacherhumanresourcesfromtheangleofcombiningteacher'spersonaldevelopmentgoalwithstrategicdevelopmentgoaloftheschool.Itcomesupwiththedemandofcentralmanpowerplanningbythestrategyofschool,thestrategyofdisclosingandrecruitingcombinedtogetherfortalenttraining,andalsothestrategyofraisingteacher’soverallqualitiesbasedonteacher'scareerdevelopmentmanagement.Keywords:highervocationalteacherhumanresources,humanresourcesmanagement2008-4-152008-4-152008-4-15111.11.21.2.121.2.21.2.320059212010()164%(2)()25%(3)()311%[1]211.31.3.1[2]E.WightBarke[3]1972R.L.D.esatnik[4][5]1982TichyFombrumDevannaBairdMeshoulamDegiveBurackDyer[6]Beer1984[7]1.3.21.3.2.1412133[8]531.3.2.22012003[8]2002[9]2005[10]20066[11]2000[12]2002[13]2004[14]22002[15]2003[16]32003[17]419997[18]2003[19]1.3.2.31.3.31.3.3.112006[
