福利与假期政策PolicyforBenefitsandLeaves文件编号:Docu.No:人力资源管理制度/PolicyforHRManagement页码:Page1of8审核人/日期:批准人/日期:Checkedby:Approvedby:1修改记录/RevisionRecords:版本号/Rev.编制日期/Date修改说明/DescriptionofRevision编制人员/Writtenby-------------------------------------------------------------------------第一条国家规定的社会保险及基金Article1SocialInsuranceandFundsStipulatedbyGovernment1.1员工正式聘用之日起,公司将根据政府的有关规定,按月为其向当地社会保险中心缴纳公司部分的社会保险金,并按规定替员工代扣代缴个人部分。Accordingtogovernmentpolicy,theCompanypayssocialinsurancepremiumstolocalSocialInsuranceCenter(SIC)foremployeesfromthefirstmonthofemployment.TheCompanyisalsoentitledtowithholdpersonalpartofinsurancefromemployees’monthlysalaryandpaytoSIC.1.2公司按政府规定按月为员工缴纳住房公积金,并替员工代扣代缴同样比例的个人缴纳部分。Accordingtogovernmentpolicy,theCompanypaysHousingProvidentFundpremiumforemployees.Companyisalsoentitledtowithholdpersonalpartfromemployees’monthlysalaryandpaytotheappointedbank.1.3新入职员工的基本工资为社保和公积金基数,基数每年7月调整一次,调整基数为6月份的基本工资。Thenewemployees’basicsalaryisthebaseofsocialinsuranceandhousingfund.Annualbaseadjustsaccordingtolatestbasicsalaryasthenewbase.第二条公司提供的额外保险Article2ExtraInsurancePaidbyCompany公司将根据公司经营状况、员工需要及职位实际情况,为所有员工购买相关商业保险,有关保险费用由公司支付。Thecompanywillpaycommercialinsuranceforallemployeesaccordingtobusinesssituation,employeeneedsandtheactualrequirementsoftheposition.福利与假期政策PolicyforBenefitsandLeaves文件编号:Docu.No:人力资源管理制度/PolicyforHRManagement页码:Page2of8第三条公司内部福利Article3InternalBenefitsofCompany3.1交通、话费、住房补贴/Transport&cellphoneAllowance3.1.1公司将根据公司经营状况,员工需要及职位实际情况,为员工提供交通,话费,住房补贴。Thecompanywillpaytransport,cellphone,housingallowanceemployeeswhopassedprobationperiodaccordingtobusinesssituation,employeeneedsandtheactualrequirementsoftheposition.3.1.2每月提供100元交通补贴,凭当月交通发票(公交发票,汽油票)。Thecompanywillpaymonthlytransportallowance100RMB,withbusorgasolineinvoice.3.2工作餐/WorkingMeal3.2.1公司向员工提供免费工作午餐/晚餐。在公司无法提供工作餐的情况下,员工可报销不超过人民币10元/次的盒饭。如因工外出(不含出差)无法在公司用餐的,可报销人民币15元/次以下的餐费。TheCompanyoffersfreeworkinglunch/dinnertoemployeesonworkingday.Ifcompanycan’tprovideworkingmeal,boxmealnoexceedingRMB10canbereimbursedtotheemployee.EmployeecouldreimbursemealexpensesnoexceedingRMB15foreachdinner/lunchwhenhasoutbusiness(notincludingbusinesstrip).3.2.2公司向上深夜班的员工提供免费的早餐。TheCompanyoffersfreebreakfasttoemployeesonnightshiftwork.3.3国家规定的补贴/StatutorySubsidy3.3.1所有员工在本公司服务期间均可享受国家规定的各项补贴、津贴。为便于操作,公司将这些补贴、津贴计算在员工的工资总额之中。Allregularemployeesareentitledtovarioussubsidiesstipulatedbygovernment.Thesubsidiesareincludedinemployees’salary.3.3.2夏日高温补贴/HightemperaturesubsidiesA.所有员工每年6-9月,享有四个月的高温补贴AllregularemployeesareentitledtohightemperaturesubsidiesfromJunetoSeptembereveryyear.B.办公室人员每月130元,车间一线员工及保洁人员每月200元,仓库每月300元Officestaffsget130RMB/M,frontlineoperatorsget200RMB/M,andwarehouseworkersget300RMB/M3.4体检/AnnualPhysicalExamination公司每年五月份安排一次职业病健康检查。ThecompanyarrangesonetimephysicalexaminationforeveryemployeeinMay.3.5出差补贴/Businesstripsubsidies公司为员工因工出差,提供补贴。详情见《出差及招待费用管理制度》FIN-001。Thecompanyoffersbusinesstripsubsidies.Thedetailspleaseseetravelreimbursements.第四条各类假期Article4Leaves4.1请假手续/ApplicationProcedures4.1.1员工申请各类假期均需填写“假期申请表”HR-002-R1。福利与假期政策PolicyforBenefitsandLeaves文件编号:Docu.No:人力资源管理制度/PolicyforHRManagement页码:Page3of8“LeavingRequisitionForm”HR-002-R1isnecessaryforeveryleave.4.1.2除病假、丧假及工伤假外,所有假期都必须提前三天得到部门经理的批准。Theleaves,exceptsickleave,funeralleaveandwork-relatedinjuryleaveshouldbeapprovedbylineManager3daysinadvance.4.1.3四天及以上的假期,除非不可抗拒因素,必须提前一周申请由总经理申批同意后方可休假。1weekforehandapprovalbyGeneralManagerisnecessaryfortheleaveabove4days.4.1.4申请病假、丧假及工伤假的员工若未能依照上述手续事前请假,则应在当日上班两小时内亲自或委托人电话通知部门经理,说明请假事由,经批准后,方为有效。然后于上班后两日内补办请假手续。Employeewhoappliesforsickleave,funeralleaveandwork-relatedinjuryleaveshouldpersonallyorauthorizeotherpeopletocallDepartmentMangerwithin2hoursoftheleavingdayfortheapprovalandsubmitLeavingRequisitionFormafterreturntowork.4.1.5请假单应及时送至人事部审核存档。如证明材料不足,人事部有权视为事假或旷工处理。LeavingRequisitionFormshouldbesendtoHRdepartmentpromptlyforreviewingandfiling.IfHRfindsnoenoughcertificatestosupporttheleaves,HRareentitledtotreatleavesasnon-payleaveorleaveofabsence.4.1.6请假需附以下证明(证明可假后补交,但是必需的)/Certificatesasfollowing:A.病假:乡级以上医院出具的休假证明/SickLeave:hospitalcertificates;B.婚假:本人结婚证/MarriageLeave:Marriagecertificates;C.产检假:医院证明/MaternityCheckLeave:HospitalCertificates;D.产假:本人生育证/MaternityLeave:HospitalCertificates;E.护理假:本人结婚证、妻子的生育证及婴儿出生医学证明/ChildBearingLeave:Marriagecertificates,baby’sbirthcertificatesF.工伤假:工伤证明及医院的休假证明/WorkinjuryLeave:Government&hospitalcertificates.4.1.7部门经理接到下属的请假申请时,应迅速处理,并给予明确答复。Thelinemanagersoncegetleaveapplication,hastoreplyclearlyandpromptly.4.2国定假日,共计11.5天/StatutoryHolidays,alltogether11.5days公司所有员工均享有以下国定假日:Allemployeesareentitledtotheholidaysstipulatedbygovernmentasfollows:A.元旦:放假1天(1月1日)/NewYearDay1day(Jan1st);B.春节:放假3天(大年夜,农历正月初一,初二),SpringFestival3days(LunaCalendar:Dec31thJan1st2nd)C.妇女节:女职工放假半天(3月8日)/Womendayhalfday(March8th)D.清明节:放假1天(4月5日)/Tomb-sweepingFestival1day(April.5th)E.劳动节:放假1天(5月1日)/LaborDay1day(May1st);F.端午节:放假1天(农历5月初五)DragonBoatFestival1day(LunaCalendar:May5th)G.中秋节:放假1天(农历八月十五)Mid-AutumnFestival1dayH.国庆节:放假3天(10月1日,2日,3日)/Nation
