16仓位立体仓库模拟装置及控制 I 摘要近年来,随着企业生产与管理的不断提高,越来越多的企业认识到物流系统的改善与合理性对企业的发展非常重要。堆垛机是自动化立体仓库中最重要的设备之一,它能够在自动化立体的巷道中来回穿梭运行,将位于巷道口的货物存入货格;或者相反取出货格内的货物运送到巷道口。本文详细论述了在现代大型企业中普遍使用的自动化立体仓库的设计方案,文章的重点为:堆垛机的3个运动机构(升降机构、行走机构、货叉伸缩机构)和自动化控制的设计上。本次毕业设计中主要由16仓位的立体仓库,单巷道堆垛机和自动化控制系统组成。首先,从立柱设计以及几个主要重点机构的结构设计着手,分析了堆垛机的运行机理。论文首先从堆垛机的特点及组成形式开始,接着分析立柱的受力情况及推导出立柱的弯矩及挠度关系式,再设计出数据进行校核,最终设计出了满足承受重载,高而细的立柱;详细重点设计了货叉伸缩机构的结构设计,首先分析货叉的受力图,并推导出弯矩挠度公式,设计出货叉的外部结构尺寸,接着又设计校核了货叉内部零件的尺寸,最终设计出了满足条件、灵活、适用、简捷、方便的货叉结构,并选取出适宜的电机、减速器;介绍了堆垛机的升降机构和行走机构的设计计算,并确定了尺寸及电机、减速器的选取;最后,设计出了一种体积小、灵敏度高、动作可靠、带柔性装置的堆垛机安全机构的设计方案,并给出详细尺寸。关键词:单立柱有轨巷道式堆垛机,总体结构设计,强度校核,设备选择16仓位立体仓库模拟装置及控制 II ABSTRACT In recent years, with production and management of continuous improvement, more and more enterprises recognize that the improvement of logistics systemand the rationality of the development of enterprises is very important.Stacker cranes is one of the most important automation threedimensional storehouse equipment, it can in the tunnel of automation cube in the shuttle operation of round trip, will locate in tunnel the goods of mouth stock goods shelf; or opposite take out the goods transit in goods shelf go to tunnel mouth.
