集中控制水电站群设备运行维护专业化管理及关键技术研究重庆大学硕士学位论文学生姓名:许延飞指导教师:刘英教授专业:机械制造及其自动化学科门类:工学重庆大学机械工程学院二O一一年四月ResearchonEquipmentOperationandMaintenanceProfessionalManagementandItsKeyTechnologyofCentralizedControlHydropowerStationsAThesisSubmittedtoChongqingUniversityinPartialFulfillmentoftheRequirementfortheDegreeofMasterofManagementByXuYanfeiSupervisedbyProf.LiuYingMajor:MechanicalManufactureandAutomationCollegeofMechanicalEngineeringofChongqingUniversity,Chongqing,China.April,2011中文摘要I摘要随着我国电力市场“厂网分开、竞价上网”政策的实施,以及计算机控制技术、设备自动化水平和水电管理技术的飞速发展,传统的单一水电站管理模式的弊端日益突出,流域水电站群集中控制的建设和应用已经成为水电企业发展的必然选择。现阶段,越来越多的水电站群已经采用或者正在规划采用远程集控中心对流域各水电站群进行远程集中控制和统一管理,这为水电站群集中控制生产管理模式的创新提供了强大的动力。由于长期受传统管理模式的影响,虽然集中控制水电站群的技术要求和硬件配置均满足集控要求,但是其管理方法,尤其是设备管理模式已不再适宜现代化水电站装备水平,不能满足集中控制水电群设备管理发展的需要,制约着水电企业的发展。本文正是在这种背景下,把流程管理、TPM、标准化管理等方法和水电站设备管理相结合,对集中控制水电站群设备运行维护专业化管理进行了理论研究和应用实践。论文的研究成果对于集中控制水电站群的设备管理具有重要的理论和应用价值。本文的主要研究内容有:①在分析国内外设备管理模式和水电站设备管理现状的基础上,分析了现有集中控制水电站群设备管理所存在的问题,并提出了解决思路。②提出了集中控制水电站群设备运行维护专业化管理设想,阐述了设备运行维护专业化管理的含义和特点。③规划了集中控制水电站群设备运行维护专业化管理的总体方案,详细论述了该管理方法的设计思想、内容体系、影响因素,并与传统管理方法进行了比较。④对设备运行维护专业化管理中的设备运行维护流程、设备运行维护专业化管理、备品备件专业化管理、设备文件规范化管理四个关键技术进行了详细的研究,并给出了相应的解决思路。⑤介绍了设备运行维护专业化管理在四川某水力发电总厂设备管理工作中的应用情况。应用结果表明该管理方法对提高该电厂设备管理水平,保证集中控制水电站群设备运行的安全性、可靠性和经济性有着显著效果,初步验证了本文研究的集中控制水电站群设备运行维护专业化管理的正确性和可行性。关键词:流程管理,TPM,标准化管理,设备运行维护专业化管理重庆大学硕士学位论文II英文摘要IIIABSTRACTWiththereformoftheelectricitymarket,andwiththerapiddevelopmentofcomputercontroltechnology,equipmentautomationlevelandhydropowermanagement,thedrawbacksoftraditionalsingle-stationmanagementhavebecomeincreasinglyprominent,andtheconstructionandapplicationofhydropowerstationswhichhavebeenincentralizedcontrolhasbecomeaninevitablechoiceforenterprisedevelopment.Currently,moreandmorehydropowerstationshavebeenadoptedorhavebeenplanningtoadoptaremotecentralizedcontrolcentertoimplementcentralizedcontrolandunifiedManagementforcascadehydropowerstations,whichprovidesapowerfulimpetusforhydropowerstationsproductionmanagementinnovation.Becauselong-termimpactofthetraditionalmanagementmodel,althoughthetechnicalrequirementsandhardwareconfigurationsofcentralizedcontrolhydropowerstationstomeetthecentralizedcontrolrequirements,itsmanagementmethod,especiallyequipmentmanagementmodearenolongersuitableforhydropowerequipmentmodernization,andcannotmeetthedevelopmentneedsofcentralizedcontrolhydropowerstationsequipmentmanagement,whichrestrictsthedevelopmentofhydropowerenterprises.Inthiscontext,thethesiswhichcombinesprocessmanagement,TPM,standardizedmanagementandothermanagementmethods,makesatheoreticalstudyandpracticalapplicationofcentralizedcontrolhydropowerstationsequipmentmanagement.Theresearchresultshaveimportanttheoreticalandpracticalvalueforcentralizedcontrolhydropowerstationequipmentmanagement.Themaincontentsofthethesisare:①Thethesisanalyzestheexistingproblemsofcentralizedcontrolhydropowerstationsequipmentmanagementandproposessolutionsonthestudybasisofequipmentmanagementmodesandhydropowerstationsequipmentmanagementhomeandabroad.②Thethesisproposesanassumptionthatiscentralizedcontrolhydropowerstationsequipmentoperationandmaintenanceprofessionalmanagement,anddescribesitsmeaningandcharacteristics.③Thethesisregulatestheoverallprogramofcentralizedcontrolhydropowerstationsequipmentoperationandmaintenanceprofessionalmanagement,anddiscussesdesignthought,contentsystemandinfluencingfactorsofmanagementmethodindetail,whicharecomparedwithtraditionalmanagementmethods.重庆大学硕士学位论文IV④Thethesismakesthedetailedresearchofseveralkeytechnologiesofoperationandmaintenanceprofessionalmanagementincludingequipmentoperationandmaintenanceprocedures,equipmentoperationandmaintenanceprofessionalmanagementsparepartsprofessionalmanagementanddevicefilesstandardizedmanagement,andeventuallythethesisgivesthecorrespondingsolutions.⑤ThethesisintroducesequipmentoperationandmaintenanceprofessionalmanagementapplicationsituationinahydroelectricplantinSichuan.Theapplicationresultsshowthatthemanagementmethodhasremarkableeffecttoimprovemanagementlevel,andtoensurethesafety,reliabilityandeconomyofequipmentoperation,andinitiallyverifythevalidityandfeasibilityofthethesis.Keywords:processmanagement,TPM,standardizedmanagement,equipmentoperationandmaintenanceprofessionalmanagement目录V目录中文摘要........................................................................................................................................I英文摘要......................................................................................................................................Ⅲ1绪论........................................................................................................................................11.1论文的选题背景及研究意义...............................................................................................11.2国内外设备管理模式研究与应用现状...............................................................................11.2.1国内外设备管理模式现状及发展趋势......................................................................11.2.2国内外水电站设备管理理论与应用研究现状.........................................................31.
