Q/SY中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽河油田公司企业标准Q/SYLHCYXXXX—2008永久性封井工程设计编写标准PermanencyCloseupawellengineeringdesigncompilingandcomposingastandard2008-XX-XX发布2008-XX-XX实施中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽河油田公司发布QS/YLHCY××××—2008001前言为了推进中国石油天然气集团公司HSE管理体系的实施,规范《永久性封井工程设计》格式,根据《Q/SY06—2007井下作业设计规范》及有关大修的法律、法规、规定、规程,结合原设计版本的基本格式,编写出《永久性封井工程设计编写标准》及《永久性封井工程设计》模板。有了《永久性封井工程设计编写标准》及《永久性封井工程设计》模板,编写大修设计就有了标准依据。本标准规范了大修设计的文本格式;完善了原有大修设计;增补了HSE管理内容;纠正了以往的错误。编辑本标准依据国家和石油企业标准,符合有关修井的法律、法规、标准、规定及规程。本标准由中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽河油田公司标准化技术委员会提出。本标准由中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽河油田公司质量安全环保处归口。本标准由中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽河油田公司钻采工艺研究院工具所大修设计室起草。编写人:武兴汉008QS/YLHCY××××—20082目录1范围·····························································································12设计原则·······················································································13设计书幅面····················································································14封面的编写····················································································25审批页··························································································26设计依据及执行标准········································································27施工目的·······················································································28基本数据·······················································································39待修井存在问题及原因分析·······························································510以往作业的详细情况分步骤详细叙述···················································511井筒内管柱及落物现状详细描述·························································512施工准备·······················································································513施工步骤·······················································································614施工要求及注意事项········································································715井控设计·······················································································716压井液设计····················································································817HSE要求·······················································································818资料录取及上交··············································································919施工验收·······················································································920井身结构图的简易画法及标注····························································921井位部署图的修订及布置·······························································1022井控装置图的选择········································································1023大修设计编写的基本原则·······························································1024有关专业术语的统一和错误的纠正···················································1125编号的应用·················································································1226快速浏览文件的方法·····································································1228附录··························································································12QS/YLHCY××××—20081《永久性封井工程设计》编写标准1范围1.1本标准是《永久性封井工程设计》的编导书,规定了《永久性封井工程设计》编写的内容及方法。1.2本标准适用于辽河油田《永久性封井工程设计》方案的编写。2设计原则2.1对《永久性封井地质设计》方案进行充分研究和解读。2.2具备较高的专业水平和较强的技术水准及实用性,符合现代化管理模式。3设计书幅面3.1纸张大小:采用210mm×297mm(A4)的纸张。3.2页边距:上30mm,下30mm,左25mm,右25mm,页眉15mm,页脚20mm。3.3字体为中文宋体,英文和数字为Arial体。3.4单面打印:3.5首页不同3.6分三节:3.6.1第一节:首页+目录页+审批页3.6.2第二节:设计正文3.6.3第三节:附图:井身结构图+井位部署图+井控装置图3.7编号的设置编号编号样式对齐位置编号字号对齐位置cm制表位置cm缩进量cm备注1级1.左对齐小三000字体加粗2级1.1左对齐四号01.203级1.1.1左对齐小四01.204级无编号左对齐小四0.80.90.95级a.左对齐小四0.80.90.86级01.左对齐小四0.80.90.83.8封面:上部中间空1行,第2行字体为4号字体标明“编号”,下一行用一号宋体加粗字居中标明“辽河油田XXX井”,下一行用加粗小初号字体标明“永久性封井工程设计”,中间用二号宋体加粗标明“作业内容”和“井别”,用小二号宋体加粗标明“设计单位”和“设计人”,下部用三号宋体加粗居中标明“中国石油辽河油田公司”和“设计日期:年月日”,“设计日期:年月日”统一用阿拉伯数字来表示。3.9审批页:表格中的左边标题行,用四号字体。3.10目录页:“目录”两字用三号字体,目录标题用四号字体。3.11正文部分:字号:一级标题:加粗小三号,二级标题:四号,表格内文字:五号。其余文字:小四号,需要特别提示、强调的内容可以用加粗字体表示。008QS/YLHCY××××—200823.12有一级标题,无需二级标题直接进入正文的,可以从一级标题直接进入三级标题(大修施工目的、压井液设计)。3.13设计书构成:3.13.1封面3.13.2审批页3.13.3目录3.13.4设计内容。4封面的编写4.1编号不需设计人填写,是在归档过程中自动生成。4.2井别:采油井(又称油井)、采气井(又称气井)、注水井、注汽井、水源井,采油井又包括观察井和实验井。4.3作业内容填:永久性封井。4.4设计单位填:中油辽河油田公司钻采工程设计中心4.5设计人姓名要填在封面。4.6设计日期:填完成设计的日期,不填开始设计的日期。5审批页5.1审批程序及审批权限由辽河油田公司下文确定,审批页要在网上审批会签。5.2审批页流程由钻采院设计中心根据辽河油田公司文件要求设置,由各会签单位申报审批人和签字图片,经局主管单位领导按文件审核同意后,报钻采院设计中心设置,配给审批人钥匙及打开密码;5.3大修作业修井设计和封井设计使用同一个审批流程。5.4审批页中的审核及审批人是油田公司文件所规定的有关单位的技术主管领导。5.5设计人签字在封面上。5.6审核人在签字前要认真审查设计的编写是否符合设计编写标准,收集的数据是否齐全、准确、无误,有无编造的假数据,若发现错误的数据,标明错误内容,6设计依据及执行标准6.1依据各采油厂编写的《永久性封井地质设计》提供参数及要求,按辽河油田《永久性封井标准》和《永久性封井工程设计编写标准》,按《永久性封井工程设计》模板的格式及样式编写。6.2总公司“油井报废审批文件”文号及批号。6.3执行《中华人民共和国石油天然气行业标准》6.4执行辽河油田《永久性封井标准》、总公司《报废井永久性封井标准》。6.5如果有特殊的、需要强调的必须执行有关文件或标准,要编写进去。7施工目的7.1油井是国家资产和设备,其报废审批权限归属总公司,辽河油田公司无权审批,故没有总公司的批文一律不予做报废设计,施工目的一定写清,总公司批文中报废的主要原因。QS/YLHCY××××—200837.2清理井筒:为解决已经射孔层位之间和套管外固井质量不合格造成层间相干扰进行封堵做准备,对井筒内以前作业施工遗留的工具、落物、水泥塞等,从井口到人工井底清理干净。7.3进行声幅/变密度检测固井质量,对已经射开的层位和井段之间的固井质量差的夹层段进行封窜或封堵。7.4从井底至水泥返深位置注整体水泥塞。7.5切割并取出表层套管内的油层套管和技术套管。7.6表层套管下深以上注30~40m水泥塞。7.7套铣割断取出30m表层套管。7.8填井完成封井施工.8基本数据8.1根据《永久性封井地质设计》中收集的钻井、作业、投产、生产有关的参数,在《永久性封井工程设计》模板中填齐、填准各表中的数据。8.2井身结构图是基本数据最直观的体现,是设计和施工者最直观、明了、实用的图,《永久性封井工程设计》和大修现场施工使用最方便和简捷,设计者要重视它
