2013 1 TheCo-evolutionofOrganizationalCultureTransformationandAmbidextrousAbilityfromtheStrategicOrientationPerspective——ACaseStudyoniFLYTEKLIUZhiyingYURenzhiHEJiefangHEJing Abstract:Organizationalcultureistheimportantfactorsinfluencingtheenterprisetechnologyinnovation, atthesametimeitalsohasevolvedinresponsetodifferentstagesofdevelopmentintheenterprisedevelopment. However,academiaforwhatkindoforganizationalculturemoreconducivetotechnologicalinnovationisnowinconclusive.Onthebasisofpreviousstudies,thisarticleconstructstheinteractiveevolutionframeworkbetweenorganizationalculturetransformationandtechnologicalinnovationability. Drawingthefollowingconclusions:thereexistscouplingrelationshipbetweentheorganizationalcultureandthemodeoftechnologicalinnovation,adhocracycultureisbeneficialforexploratoryinnovation, clancultureisbeneficialforexploitativeinnovation,marketcultureisbeneficialforcoexistdevelopmentbetweenexploratoryandexploitativeinnovation.
