1目录编制说明······················································1第一章工程概况·············································2一、建筑工程概况·········································2二、结构工程概况·········································4第二章施工目标·············································7一、质量目标·············································7二、工期目标·············································7三、安全、文明目标·······································7四、施工现场管理目标·····································7五、环境管理目标·········································7六、施工形象·············································7第三章施工部署·············································8一、施工组织机构及现场管理人员配备······················8二、工程总体施工程序·····································8三、施工用水、用电部署··································8四、协调管理·············································9第四章施工准备············································10一、技术准备············································10二、现场准备············································10第五章施工现场平面布置····································112一、施工现场总体布置的原则·····························11二、施工现场总体布局····································11三、施工现场平面布置图·································11第六章施工进度计划········································12一、施工进度计划的编制说明·····························12二、施工进度计划表······································12第七章主要分部工程施工方案及技术措施·····················13一、测量工程············································13二、基础工程············································13三、主体工程············································14(一)模板工程··········································14(二)钢筋工程··········································15(三)砼工程············································16(四)砌体工程··········································16(五)脚手架工程········································16四、土建与安装工程的配合·······························17五、装修工程············································17六、沉降观测············································17第八章主要施工机械投入计划·······························19第九章劳动力安排计划······································20第十章确保工程质量的技术组织措施·························21一、确保工程质量的技术组织措施·························213二、保证工程质量的管理措施·····························22三、施工过程的质量控制措施·····························22四、技术复核与隐蔽工程验收制度·························23第十一章工期、质量保证系统·······························24一、工期保证系统········································24二、质量保证系统········································25第十二章确保安全生产及文明施工的技术组织措施············27一、确保安全生产的技术组织措施·························27二、确保文明施工的技术组织措施·························29第十三章附表、附图········································31附图一、施工现场平面布置图附图二、施工进度计划表施工组织设计1编制说明一、本施工组织设计编制的依据(一)、台州市城乡规划设计院的施工图纸(二)、《工程建设标准强制性条文》房屋建筑部份2002年版(三)、国家现行施工验收规范,质量检验评定标准及安全防护规定。(四)、浙江省的施工标准图集,台州市有关的施工规定及安全防护规定。(五)、本企业制定的施工管理文件(六)、施工合同二、本施工组织设计编制的指导思想为了建设好台州市开区发临时职工生活服务中心工程,更好地为台州经济开发区经济发展总公司服务,也为了贯彻我公司“规范管理、精心施工;信守合约,质量创优;预防为主,降低风险;安全卫生,保障健康;控制污染,改善环境;持续改进,提高绩效”的管理方针,体现我公司“承建一只工程,开拓一片市场,广交一地朋友,树立一块丰碑”的宗旨,经我公司研究决定:将我单位积极进取、诚恳服务的意愿,全部通过本资料客观、真实、具体地表达,并确保本工程的全部目标能圆满、顺利地实现。施工组织设计2第一章工程概况一、建筑工程概况本工程结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架结构,建筑物的结构安全等级为二级,合理使用年限为50年。本工程地基基础设计等级为丙级,结构重要性系数为1.0。1号楼建筑面积2720平方米,2号楼建筑面积1742平方米,3号楼建筑面积2720平方米,本工程为二层建筑,屋面防水等级为二级。墙体±0.000以下采用MU10实心砼砖,M7.5水泥砂浆砌筑。±0.000以上采用MU10砼实心砌块,M5水泥砂浆砌筑。1、屋面做法:40厚C30细石混凝土;1.5厚高分子防水卷材;10厚白灰砂浆隔离层;1:3水泥砂浆找平;40厚挤塑聚苯板保温层;1:8水泥陶粒找坡层;现浇钢筋混凝土屋面板。天沟做法:二度弹性涂料;20厚1:20水泥砂浆找平,掺15%防水剂;C10经石混凝土找坡,坡度为1%;现浇钢筋混凝土。2、楼地面做法(1)楼面做法水泥砂浆面层,根据2000浙J37第8页15号详图。(2)地面做法水泥砂浆面层,根据2000浙J37第8页15号详图。3、外墙做法施工组织设计3水泥砂浆涂料面层,根据浙85J801第8页Y7号详图。4、内墙做法水泥砂浆涂料,根据浙85J801第8页Y7号详图。5、顶棚做法纸筋灰抹面,根据浙85J801第12页T2号详图。6、防潮层做法防潮层采用20厚1:2水泥砂浆掺3%防水剂,做于-0.060m标高处。7、踢脚线做法水泥砂浆面层,根据2000浙J37第32页2号详图。8、门窗(1)所有内外门窗立框位置,除注明外,一般木门立框与开启方向墙面平,铝合金门窗均居墙中。(2)铝合金门窗均采用90系列,玻璃选用5mm厚。(3)玻璃外门窗气密性等级为4级,水密性等级不低于3级,抗风压为3级。9、油漆(1)硬木装修,胶合板门,淡栗色,醇酸调合漆一底三度,醇酸磁漆罩面。油漆色调与色度现场做样板后另定。(2)金属(栏杆、室外钢梯):防锈漆两面三刀道,醇酸调合漆一底三度,醇酸磁漆罩面。10、管井施工组织设计4(1)等管线安装完毕后,在每层楼板处用耐火极限不低于楼梯耐火极限的砼封闭。(2)管道井四周墙体下部做150高C25砼。11、套用图集(1)铝合金门窗采用浙江省标准图集99浙J7。(2)室外工程采用浙江省标准图集02J003。(3)楼梯采用浙江省标准图集2000浙J37。(4)平屋面采用浙江省标准图集99浙J14。12、其它其它有关非详事宜均按现行施工规范施工。二、结构工程概况工程结构安全等级为二级,楼面允许活荷载标准为2.5KN/m2,楼梯间3.5KN/m2,不上人屋面0.5KN/m2,基本风压0.70KN/㎡,基本雪压为0.30KN/㎡。1、材料(1)砼:基础垫层砼的强度等级为C10,其余为C25。(2)钢材及焊条:I级圆钢(以Φ表示),规格为Φ6~Φ10,fyk=235KN/mm2;Ⅱ级钢(以Φ表示),规格为Φ12~Φ25,fyk=335KN/mm2。E43型用HPB235级钢筋及钢板,E50型用于HRB35级钢筋。2、钢筋砼结构中主筋保护层厚度:基础为40㎜,卫生间、雨篷、天沟钢筋混凝土保护层梁为30㎜,板为20㎜,柱30mm。正常情况施工组织设计5下保护层为梁为25㎜,板为15㎜,柱30mm。3、梁、柱钢筋的搭接及锚固:本工程采用的Φ25钢筋接头必须采用焊接接头,梁内接头宜采用闪光接触对焊,柱内接头宜采用电渣压力焊,Φ22钢筋应优先采用焊接或搭接焊;直径小于Φ20时,可采用冷搭接接头。I级钢除注明处,砼强度等级为C25,钢筋的锚固和度La=27d。Ⅱ级钢除注明处,砼强度等级为C25,钢筋的锚固长度La=34d。4、框架柱(1)柱子与砌体间自基础顶面起垂直向上预埋2Φ6@500钢筋连接,每边钢筋伸入墙内长度不小于600,锚入柱内200。(2)在门头窗过梁处,在柱子相应位置预留插筋,插筋数量同过梁配筋,伸出柱边长度为250。5、框架梁(1)主次梁相交处,次梁的正负纵筋分别放在主梁之上,当主次梁梁底等高时,次梁底筋在端部稍加弯折放于主梁底筋之上,当次梁梁底比主梁底时,按图施工。(2)梁上集中荷载处附加箍筋的形状及肢数均与梁内相同,未注明时,在次梁每侧加三组箍筋。(3)梁中跨度范围内箍筋自离支边50处排起。(4)梁上开洞时,孔洞四周应设置附加钢筋。(5)梁跨底大于4.0M时,模板应按跨度2%起拱,悬臂构件均按跨度的5%起拱,且起拱高度不小于20。施工组织设计6(6)当支座两侧平面有错位时,梁主筋在支座内的锚固应按端跨节点考虑。6、楼板(1)现浇钢筋混凝土楼板,板内负筋锚入梁内长度应为La。(2)双向板底部短跨钢筋放置在底层,长跨钢筋放置在上层,顶部跨钢筋放在上层,长跨钢筋放在下层。(3)图中未注明分布筋均为Ф8@250,支座钢筋为Ф8@200,伸出支座长度为板短向净跨的1/4。(4)楼板上孔洞应预留,当孔尺寸小于300时,板钢筋沿洞边绕过,不得截断,当洞孔尺寸大于300时,应按设计要求设置附加钢
