第1页专项施工方案报审表工程名称:丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程编号:致:长江工程监理咨询有限公司(湖北)、丹江口市交通投资有限公司我方已完成临时用电专项方案的编制,并按规定完成了我方相关审批手续,请予以审批。附件:临时用电专项方案1份。施工单位(盖章):项目负责人(签字):日期:项目监理机构审核意见:总监理工程师(签字):日期:建设单位审批意见:建设单位代表(签字):日期:注:本表一式三份,建设、监理、施工单位各一份。第2页丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程临时用电专项方案编制:审核:审批:编制单位:福建路港(集团)有限公司丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程项目部编制时间:二零一年十一月第3页目录第一章工程概况·······························································································21.1编制依据·····································································································21.2编制原则·····································································································21.3工程概况·····································································································21.4临水临电设计概况·····················································································31.5自然条件·····································································································4第二章施工部署·······························································································52.1施工组织机构·····························································································52.2工程施工目标·····························································································52.3施工进度计划·····························································································52.4施工准备及资源配置措施·········································································6第三章施工临时用电量计算·············································································8第四章施工临时用水量计算···········································································14第五章临水临电总平面布置···········································································17第六章施工方案·····························································································20第七章临时用电安全技术措施与电气防火措施·············································21第八章安全用电和电气防火管理制度····························································32第九章临时用水技术措施··············································································34第十章质量保证措施······················································································35第十章安全保证措施·······················································································35第十章文明施工措施······················································································37附表一:拟投入本工程的主要施工设备表···························································39附表二:劳动力计划表···························································································39附图一……附图四临水临电施工平面布置图第4页第一章工程概况1.1编制依据1.1.1、《丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程施工图设计》。1.1.2、采用的标准、规范、图集:(1)、《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》(JGJ46—2005);(2)、《供配电系统设计规范》(GB50052-2009)(3)、《低压配电设计规范》(GB50054-2011)(4)、《通用用电设备配电设计规范》(GB50055-2011)(5)、《建筑施工安全检查标准》(JGJ59—2011);(6)、《建筑给排水及采暖工程施工质量验收规范》(GBJ50242-2002)(7)、《建筑设计防火规范》(GB50016-2014)1.1.3、本单位拥有的科技成果、管理水平、技术设备力量,多年积累的港口码头、民用建筑施工经验以及对施工现场及周围环境的调查所掌握有关资料。1.1.4、丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程招投标文件及答疑。1.1.5、丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程施工组织设计。1.1.6、丹江口市交通局港航局提供用地规法红线坐标及坐标、水准控制点。1.1.7、《建筑施工手册》(第二版);1.2编制原则1.2.1、施工临时用电、用水系统设计应合理,便于安装、架设、操作、检查、维修、搬迁、拆除等,同时变压器布置于红线范围内(但在永久性围墙外,避免占用施工位置)。1.2.2、按照建设部《建筑施工安全检查标准》(JGJ59-2011),《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》(JGJ46-2005)实施,采用新技术、新材料,以提高施工现场临时用电的安全性及规范性。1.2.3、考虑项目经济成本,在满足施工生产需要的前提下,本着经济节约、安全可靠的原则,编制本方案。1.2.4、本方案遵守现行交通部、建设部施工标准化手册内用电标准、规范和规程的规定。第5页1.3工程概况丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程位于汉江中游左岸、丹江口市内付家寨河段,紧邻丹江口城区南部,朔江而上7km可达丹江口大坝,顺江而下642km可抵达武汉市汇入长江。新建500T级杂货泊位和散货泊位各一个(水工结构兼靠1000t级),年设计吞吐量55万t,其中杂货15万t,散货40万t。陆域纵深198.3~236.8m,陆域宽度175.0m。港区占地总面积3.9万㎡。陆域按照生产作业区、办公区和辅助生产区分区布置。码头前沿线距离后方江堤约60m,2个泊位总长175m。码头前沿线根据水流方向和水下地形条件顺岸式布置,杂货泊位布置在上游侧,散货泊位布置在下游侧。杂货库场作业区布置在上游侧,对应杂货泊位后方,共布置一个杂货堆场和一个杂货仓库。散货堆场布置在下游侧,对应散货泊位后方,布置一个散货进口堆场。港区的东北侧场地上布置了综合办公楼、食堂、职工活动中心,港区东南侧场地上布置候工房、工具库、机修间、蓄水池等生产辅助建筑物。港区道路呈网状布置,主干道宽度均为12m,次干道宽度9m。港区大门设置在港区后方东北角,通过疏港公路与302省道连通。1.4临水临电设计概况本工程临时用电、临时用水开工前进行统一规划,然后实施,并在使用过程中进行优化。根据业主提供的临水临电接驳点所在项目的具体地点,进行临水临电的布设。设计原则:经济合理,科学可行、安全可靠,就近接入,不占用施工工作面。临电、临水接驳点预计在场地西面、现有预制场角部附近。1.4.1临时用电在预制场围墙边上建一临时配电房,用砖砌筑,配电房尺寸规格:3.0m×2.5m×3.0m。在码头施工部位设置一个二级配电箱,给桩基、码头结构施工提供电力。在钢筋加工场部位设置一个二级配电箱,给钢筋加工场、木工加工场及部分桩机提供电力。待码头部位施工完后,将码头部位的二级配电箱移动到钢结构加工与堆场,为钢结构焊接及照明提供电力。办公区配置一个二级配电箱,为办公区和砂石堆场提供电力。每个二级配电箱提供动力电源和照明电源。主电缆(配电房到二级配电箱之间的电缆)采用沿围墙走线架设,在穿过临时道路时,采用穿镀锌套管埋地通过。支线离地架设,不得拖地。回路一主电缆采用YC3*120+2*95,接至钢筋加工场;回路二主电缆采用YC3*150+2*120,接至码头桩机位置;回路三主电缆采用YC3*35+2*25,接至办公区。其中,回路三二级箱接出一条YC3*16+2*10电缆至工人食堂区。第6页办公区照明线路采用1.5mm²规格铜芯线,各间办公室共用一条铜芯线路;插座线路采用2.5mm²规格铜芯线,每间办公室单独用一条铜芯线路;空调线路采用4mm²规格铜芯线,每间办公室空调单独用一条铜芯线路;每间办公室设置两个五孔插座、一个三孔插座、一个一开三孔开关。业主为本项目提供变压器采用额定功率800KVA的箱式变压器。具体线路走向见临时用电用水施工平面布置图。1.4.2临时用水临时用水接驳点在办公区西南角的预制场角部。该部位设置消防水池,水池用砖砌筑,规格:2.5m×2.5m×1.5m,水池内部用防水砂浆抹灰处理,外面用水泥砂浆抹灰处理。该处设置增压泵,供消防使用。一条主管通道绿化带,南、北方向分两条主支管,向北方向一条主支管通向办公区西面围墙外,陆续接两个三通接头,第一个三通接一条支管到工人食堂;第二个三通接一条支管到工人卫生间,作为卫生间冲洗用水,另一条支管通向办公区,提供办公区用水与砂石堆场及场地东半部分施工用水或消防用水。向南方向一条主支管沿绿化带向南延伸,提供场地西半部分施工用水。在场地东西两侧绿化带里沿末端给水管走向间隔大约50m设置一个三通接头,提供施工用水或消防用水。具体布置图见临水临电平面布置图。给水主管管径采用PEФ75,给水主支管管径采用Ф50㎜PE管,接入厕所、食堂区、洗车位置与洗手台的支管采用管径Ф25㎜的PE管。码头部位设置一个潜水泵配增压泵。码头部位养护用水、冲洗用水、消防用水用水采用汉江水,汉江水很清洁,杂质少,可以作为养护用水。堆场道路施工、临建施工采用自来水。钢结构厂房基础、配电房、工具房施工采用自来水。办公区与工人食堂
