糖醋排骨Sweetandsourporkchops一、材料•Ingredients:(500grams)主料:小排(500克)•Seasoning:cookingwine(1tablespoon),soysauce(1tablespoon),soysauce(halftablespoon),vinegar(3tablespoonstwice),sugar(3tablespoons),salt(halfateaspoon),monosodiumglutamate(halfateaspoon),sesame(halfateaspoon)调料:料酒(一汤匙)、生抽(一汤匙)、老抽(半汤匙)、香醋(三汤匙分两次放)、糖(三汤匙)、盐(半茶匙)、味精(半茶匙)、芝麻(半茶匙)•Kitchenware:Pan厨具:炒锅二、步骤•1、500gramsofboiledwater,boilforthirtyminutes,thebrothcanbecookednoodles,don'tthrowaway.小排500克焯水后,煮三十分钟,肉汤可以煮面条,别倒掉了。•2、Withatablespoonofcookingwine,atablespoonofsoysauce,soysaucetwotablespoonhalfspoon,vinegar(notvinegarpickled20minutes).用一汤匙料酒,一汤匙生抽,半汤匙老抽,二汤匙香醋(不是白醋)腌渍20分钟。•3、removeandwashwatercontrolstandby,Zhazhigolden,don'tputtoomuchoil,canstandupaslongasthefuel,liketheground.捞出洗净控水备用,炸制金黄,油别放多,可以省油,只要翻身的勤就好了。4、potputpork,pickledporkwater,threetablespoonsofsugar(sugar,threetablespoons,bold,don'tbeafraidofmuch).Halfabowlofbrothboil,halfateaspoonofsalttotaste.锅内放排骨,腌排骨的水,三汤勺白糖(大胆的放糖吧,三汤匙,别怕多)。半碗肉汤大火烧开,调入半茶匙盐提味。•5、smallfirestewtenminutesthefirewiththejuice,thejuiceofthelasttimewithatablespoonofvinegar,thesweetandsourmouthout.小火焖十分钟大火收汁,收汁的时候最后加一汤匙香醋,那个酸甜口就出来了。•6、outofthepotalittlesesamesprinklechoppedgreenonion,monosodiumglutamate.临出锅撒葱花芝麻,少许味精。Thankyou!
