目录一、编制依据·····································································································11、规范规程·········································································错误!未定义书签。2、图纸依据·········································································错误!未定义书签。二、工程概况·····································································································11、挡土墙规模······························································································12、挡土墙各分项工程的做法特点及要求·····························································2三、施工部署·····································································································21、项目组织机构··························································································22、岗位职责分工···························································································23、流水段划分······························································································3四、施工进度计划·············································································································3五、分项工程施工方法·························································································31、混凝土挡土墙地基开挖···············································································32、模板工程·································································································33、混凝土工程······························································································54、施工缝与泄水孔的留置和处理······································································65、土方回填·································································································6六、质量保证措施·······························································································71、质量目标·········································································错误!未定义书签。2、质量管理体系···························································································73、质量保证措施········································································································7七、安全保证措施·······························································································81、安全目标·································································································82、安全管理体系···························································································83、安全保证措施················································································错误!未定义书签。1衡重式挡土墙施工方案一、编制依据1、《建筑结构工程施工工艺标准》QCJJT-JS02-20042、《混凝土模板用胶合板》GB/T17656-19993、《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50204-2002;4、《建筑施工钢管脚手架安全技术规程》;5、《建筑工程质量统一验收标准》GB50300-20016、《国家建筑标准设计图集》04J0087、设计变更单,编号2007第CQ08-G-1138、现场实际情况二、工程概况1、挡土墙形式本工程为阳光100城市广场四期R7裙楼车道桥台挡土墙,采用C20毛石混凝土大体积挡土墙,设计选用《国家建筑标准设计图集》04J008第74页HJB11,地面到顶面高度为11.00米,基础埋深1.5米,外侧为1:0.05斜面,内侧呈1:0.25斜坡形,顶宽600㎜,挡墙底宽度6600㎜,基本形式见下面附图:衡重式毛石混凝土挡土墙基本断面形式22、挡土墙各分项工程的做法特点及要求挡土墙地基开挖及处理:中风化或强风化地基,开挖过程出现局部风化而造成基础不平整,设计采用砂卵石换填至设计标高(由设计根据开挖后现场的实际地质条件进行决定后再作处理)。模板工程:由于该断面上部呈梯形,基础呈不规则形状,而且施工工期短,采用普通钢模板,即钢模板板与φ48×3.5钢管扣件支撑的体系结构。毛石混凝土工程:挡土墙要求为C20毛石混凝土,毛石强度等级不得低于MU30,毛石掺入量不大于总体积的30%。毛石混凝土挡墙要求每隔10~20m一道变形缝,变形缝宽度20~30mm,缝内沿墙的内、外、顶三边填塞涂沥青木板,塞入深度不小于200mm。挡墙设置泄水孔,孔眼尺寸为100mm左右,孔眼间距2~3m米,上下左右交错设置,泄水孔向外坡度为5%,最低一排泄水孔的出水口应高出地面200mm。3、主要特点与施工难点毛石混凝土挡土墙基础开挖场地狭窄,且紧邻已有R5栋高层建筑的基础及高架桥的基础,开挖深度超过10m,需要放坡较大。挡墙背开挖普坚石施工困难,且需要进行地基处理。毛石混凝土挡土墙部分墙体较高,施工操作难度较大,施工工期短。三、施工部署1、项目组织机构1.1本工程将全面实行项目部管理施工,工程项目管理是以高效率地实现项目目标为目的,以项目经理负责制为核心,以项目合同和成本核算制为主要内容,并对工程项目进行全过程、全方位的计划、组织、协调、控制的管理制度。1.2项目经理部将依据建设单位要求和公司对项目的规划和决策,具体制定和实施总体方针目标,包括工期、质量、安全等。项目经理部将受公司的方针目标考核,同时项目经理部还将接受建设单位和社会各方的监督和检查,最终为项目实现目标管理提供保障。1.3按照公司项目管理组织条例,本项目经理部将在公司总部的控制和协调下进行本工程的施工管理。1.4充分发挥我单位的优势,积极为用户服好务,保证干出一个重合同守信用,让业主满意的工程。2、岗位职责分工项目经理部主要管理人员配备如下:3序号姓名职务职责范围1王泽军项目经理项目负责人2魏志强项目技术负责人现场施工负责人3唐茂安全员现场施工安全负责人4王仁中施工员现场施工技术质量管理5唐茂质检员现场施工技术质量管理6黎清材料员工程材料管理控制7夏泽琼预算员工程预(结)算3、流水段划分:该毛石混凝土挡土墙根据施工缝设置要求位置留设,挡土墙施工流水段划分为2个流水段。四、施工进度计划本工程从2012年5月31日开始施工,到2012年6月30日完工。五、主要施工方法1、挡土墙地基开挖挡土墙基础开挖:开挖时因场地狭窄且开挖深度较深,采用挖掘机进行开挖,自卸汽车运土,装载机进行推土平整,开挖的土石方堆放至业主工程师指定的弃土场。开挖边坡严格按照设计及规范要求进行放坡,不允许偏陡,防止塌方或滑坡,保证施工边坡稳定。根据实际开挖情况,如遇不良地质情况,立即请设计、业主、监理等现场确定开挖边坡是否采取支护措施。基坑开挖完成后,及时进行地基验槽,然后进行毛石混凝土挡墙的扩展基础施工。2、模板工程2.1、组成材料毛石混凝土挡土墙模板采用普通钢模板,竖向背楞选用φ48×3.5钢管扣件支撑,间距300mm;横向背楞采用选用φ48×3.5mm双钢管间距600mm,采用M14的对拉螺栓(两头焊接对拉片)间距600×600进行拉结;两侧采用双排脚手操作架,操作架立杆纵横向间距均为1200,大小横杆步距为1200,架体外侧设置水平杆支撑于桥台的钢筋混凝土柱子上,水平撑杆间距水平间距为1500,步距为1.2米,每隔三排立杆设一剪刀撑,保证架体稳定。42.2、斜率控制方法模板支设时采用上下定位的方式确定斜率,测量人员在垫层上弹出每段模板下口线,上口采用锤球吊点进行定位,为模板定位提供依据。2.3、模板拼接节点模板拼缝处要求贴双面密封条以避免漏浆,端头保持平齐,拼缝处用U型卡固定,钢管扣件加固牢固。2.4、对拉螺栓布置本工程螺栓采用M14对拉螺栓,最下一排距地面高度根据现场实际情况调整(距水平施工缝不大于150),每排水平间距600,竖向间距600,两端焊接对拉片与钢模板进行拉接,保证模板的牢固。2.5、模板的安装模板及支撑应具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性;固定在模板上的预留孔不得遗漏,安装必须牢固且位置准确。所有模板的轴线位置、截面尺寸、平整度、垂直度通过自检、互检、交接检严格检查,确认无误后,进入下一道工序施工。每次模板安装高度为1.5m左右,并根据挡墙的断面尺寸进行调整。安装顺序为:搭设模板操作架(包括安装水平拉杆和剪力撑)→立墙体两侧模板→用对拉螺栓拉结横向背楞→紧固检查→调垂直度→验收2.6、模板的拆除模板拆除以不掉棱角为准,经技术负责人核实后,下达拆模通知单,否则不得拆模。拆模应按“先松拉螺栓,后拆横向与竖向背楞,最后拆模板”;拆模时不得硬撬模板接缝处,以防损坏模板。拆除的模板、背楞及钢管等材料运输至指定位置并码放整齐。模板拆除后,应立即清理干净并刷上脱模剂。拆下的扣件、模板、钢管应及时清运,不5得在架体上集中堆放。拆模时严禁模板直接从高处往下扔,以防模板变形和损坏
