湖州师范学院学士学位论文均匀沉淀法制备超细氧化铁03091102童君琴(湖州师范学院生命科学院,湖州313000)摘要:本文简略地总结了超细氧化铁的种类、性质,以及在国民经济中的应用情况,同时对超细氧化铁的制备方法(尤其是均匀沉淀法制备超细氧化铁)进行了重点概述。本论文以尿素为沉淀剂、氯化铁为原料,采用均匀沉淀法进行了超细氧化铁的制备实验,并初步探讨了反应物配比、反应温度及时间、煅烧温度及时间、干燥温度及时间、超声波处理以及表面活性剂等因素对超细氧化铁制备的影响。实验结果表明均匀沉淀法制备超细氧化铁的最佳反应条件是:Fe3+浓度为1mol/L,按与尿素物质的量比1﹕3投料,在80℃超声波振荡下反应4h,反应所得物质经过离心洗涤、超声波处理,可制备出超细氧化铁的前驱物FeOOH,该前驱物先后在红外烘箱110℃下陈化2h,500℃下煅烧2h,就可得到粒度小、分散性较好的超细氧化铁产品。关键字:超细氧化铁,均匀沉淀法,超声波处理PreparationofUltrafineIronOxidebytheHomogeneousPrecipitationMethod03091102TONGJunqin(SchoolofLifeScience,HuzhouTeachersCollege,Huzhou313000)Abstract:Thespecies,propertiesandtheapplicationofultrafineironoxidehavebeensummarizedinthepaper.Besides,allthepreparationmethodsoftheultrafineironoxidehavebeenalsointroducedrespectively,especiallyintermsofthehomogeneousprecipitationmethod.Intheexperiments,usingureaasprecipitantagentandironchloridesolutionasanotherreactant,goodultrafineironoxideshavebeenpreparedbythemethodofhomogeneousprecipitation.Intheaddition,sometechnicalfactors,suchastheratioofreactants,thehydrolyzationtemperatureandtime,thedryingtemperatureandtime,thecalcinationtemperatureandtime,aswellasultrasonictreatmentandthesurface-activeagentetc,havebeensystematicallyinvestigatedanddiscussedinthispaper.Theresultsshowthat:whenthemolarrationof1mol/LFe3+toureais1:3,andthehydrolyzingconditionisat80℃for4hwiththehelpofultrasonictreatment,bestprecursorsofFeOOHcanbegot,usingsodiumdodecylbenzenesulfonateassurface-activeagents.Subsequently,theprecursorswillbedriedat110℃for2hrsandsinteredat500℃for2hrsinturn,theultrafineironoxidewithexcellentpropertiescanbepreparedeventually.Keywords:UltrafineOxideIron,HomogenousPrecipitationMethod,UltrasonicTreatment
