本科毕业设计(论文)ANSYS轴承座建模及应力分析学院名称:汽车与交通工程学院专业:汽车服务工程班级:13汽服B学号:***********姓名:*******指导教师姓名:唐金花二〇一四年四月轴承座应力分析摘要:对工作的轴承座进行应力分布分析,可以验证轴承座的设计是否合理,从而指导设计人员设计轴承座,优化轴承座的结构。本节内容以有限元分析为基础,对轴承座进行模拟在现,以及施加相应的受力,得到模拟结果。从而对结果研究分析,改进轴承座的设计结构以及材料的使用,避免了在实际加工中,因材料与受力的缺陷,造成的损失。同时,也能模拟各种不同的受力情况,为实际应用中出现的不同应用环境造成的偏差,提供依据,达到最优设计。关键词:应力分析;模拟结果;提供依据;最优设计bearinganalysisAbstract:Bearingontheworkcarriedouttheanalysisofstressdistribution,canverifythedesignofthebearingseatisreasonable,soastoguidethedesignofbearingseat,optimizethestructureofthebearingseat.Thissectionisbasedonthefiniteelementanalysis,simulationsareperformedinthebearingseat,andacorrespondingforce,simulationresults.Theresultsofresearchandanalysis,structuredesignimprovementofbearingseatandtheuseofmaterials,toavoidintheactualprocessing,becauseofthematerialandthedefectstress,loss.Atthesametime,alsocansimulatevariousstressconditions,providethebasisforthedeviationcausedbydifferentapplicationenvironment,inpracticalapplication,theoptimumdesign.Keywords:stresssanalysis;simulationresultsprovidebasis;optimaldesign第1页共35页目录第一章轴承座一的应力分析................................21.1定义工作文件名和工作标题·········································21.2定义单元类型及材料属性··········································21.3建模····························································31.4网格划分························································71.5施加约束,载荷并求解············································81.6、浏览分析结果··················································121.7、对文件进行保存················································14第二章轴承座二的应力分析和模态分析.....................152.1定义工作文件名和工作标题······································152.2定义单元类型及材料属性········································152.3建模···························································172.4网格划分·······················································212.5施加约束,载荷并求解···········································222.6浏览分析结果···················································252.7进行模态分析·················································272.8进行结果后处理················································292.9进行保存······················································30参考文献·························································32致谢·························································33第2页共35页第一章轴承座一的应力分析1.1、定义工作文件名和工作标题(1)定义工作文件名,执行UtilityMenuFileChangeJobname,在对话框输入“**************”,选择【Newloganderrorfiles】中,单机ok按键。(2)定义工作标题,执行UtilityMenuFileChangeTitle命令,在弹出的对话框输入“*************”,单机ok。(3)关闭三角符号坐标,UtilityMenuPlotCtrlsWindowControlWindowOptions命令,在弹出的【WindowOptions】对话框,在【Loccationoftraid】下拉列表框中的“Notshown】,按ok。(4)重新显示:UtilityMenuPlotReplot命令。1.2定义单元类型及材料属性(1)设置单元类型:MainMenuPreprocessorelementtypeadd/edit/delete,弹出一个对话框,点击add,显示libraryofelementtype对话框如图:在libraryofelementtype下拉列表框中选择structuralsolide项,在其右侧下拉表框中选择brick8node45选项,单击OK.在点击close.如下图(2)设置材料属性:MainMenuPreprocessormaterialpropsmaterialmodels,弹出一个对话框,在materialmodelsavaiable下面的对话框中双击打开structurallinearelasticisotropic,又弹出linearisotropicpropertiesformaterialNumber1对话框,在EX后面输入3E7,在PRXY后面输入栏中输入0.3,然后单击materialexit,完成材料属性的设置。如下图第3页共35页1.3、建模(1)建一个矩形,执行MainMenuPreprocessorModelingCreateAreasRectangleby2conner,分别在width,hight输入6,3,得到下图第4页共35页(2)在矩形上建立四个圆孔,执行MainMenuPreprocessorModelingCreateAreasSolidcircle,得到如图,在x,y,Radius中分别输入0.75、0.75,、0.375,按apply,然后依次输入0.75、2.25、0.375,5.25、0.75、0.375,5.25、2.25、0.375,最后点ok。(3)使用布尔减,执行MainMenuPreprocessorModelingOperateBooleansSubtractArea.得到(4)使用拉伸命令,执行MainMenuPreprocessorModelingOperateExtrudeArea,点击面,点ok,在弹出的对话框第二行输入1,点击ok。得到如图。第5页共35页(5)为了方面作图可以移动坐标,选择合适的位置,按照以上的方法,先建面,在拉伸,使用布尔减,减去多余的部分,可以得到如下图形。第6页共35页第7页共35页1.4、网格划分(1)首先执行布尔加,将建立好的图形成为一个整体。执行MainMenuPreprocessorModelingOperateBooleansAddVolumes,在弹出的对话框中,选择PickAll。(2)执行MainMenuPreprocessormeshingmeshtool,在弹出的对话框中点击globle后的set,在弹出的对话框中输入0.1点击ok后,进行网格划分,点击mesh,在弹出的对话框中选择PickAll。网格划分完成,得到如图第8页共35页1.5、施加约束,载荷并求解。(1)MainMenusolutiondefineloadsapplystructuraldisplacementonareas.拾取轴承座底部,如图:然后单击OK.又出来一个对话框,选择UY,单击OK。第9页共35页(2)MainMenusolutiondefineloadsapplystructuraldisplacementsemmetryB.COnArea,对底座的四个孔进行约束,得到如图。(3)施加载荷,执行如下操作MainMenusolutiondefineloadsapplystructuralpressureonAreas.出现拾取框,拾取沉孔径向内柱面的外推压力,如图的第一个图面,然后单击OK。出现一个对话框,在valueloadpresValus后面输入1009,单击OK。MainMenusolutiondefineloadsapplystructuralpressureonAreas.出现拾取框,拾取轴承孔柱面受到的压力如第二个图面:然后单击OK。出现一个对话框,第10页共35页在valueloadpresValus后面输入5409,单击OK。第11页共35页(4)求解MainMenusolutionsolvecurentlsLS一个信息提示框和对话框,浏览完毕后单击fileclose,单击对话框上的OK按钮,开始求解运算,当出现一个solutionisdone的信息提示框时,单击close按钮,完成求解运算。得到的如下图形。第12页共35页1.6、浏览分析结果(1)执行MainMenuGeneralPostprocPlotResultDeformedShape命令,弹出的对话框选择“Def+undeformed”,单机ok,得到如下图形。第13页共35页(2)显示节点位移云图:MainMenugeneralpostprocplotresultscontourplotnodalsolu,出现如图对话框:在contournodalsolutiondata对话框中选择itemtobecontourednodalsolutiondofsolutiondisplacementvectorsum.然后单击OK。(3)显示节点的VonMises的应力:MainMenugeneralpostprocplotresultscontourplotnodalsolu,出现如图对话框:在contournodalsolutiondata第14页共35页对话框中选择itemtobecontourednodalsolution
