21ACDBC.通勤服务性道路/CommuterandServiceAddressD.滨水道路/WaterfrontAddress指引图/KeyPlan22主入口MainEntrance通勤及服务性出入口CommuterandServiceEntry管道及其他出入口UtilityandHeavyServiceAccess地块出入口及车行出入口/AccessandEntries到达及出入口AccessandEntriesParcelAccessandVehicularEntriesEntriesforbuildingsshouldbedifferentiatedforthenumeroususergroups,sothatincompatibletrafficiskeptseparate;forinstance,servicevehiclesshouldbekeptawayfrompublicpedestrianentries.ThisisaccomplishedbytheMasterplanviastrategiccharacterizationofroads,sothatprimary“address”roadsareusedforlobbiesandceremonialentries,whilesideaddressesareusedforservicevehiclesandparkingaccess.Bycreatingthishierarchyofaddress,themixingofincompatibleentriesiseasilyavoidedthroughoutthesite.地块入口及车行出入口建筑入口应当与其他功能所区分开,不相容的交通应当各自独立设置。服务性道路与公共步行系统应当分离。而如此的系统是通过总体规划中的道路等级所区分,使主要大道连接到大堂和纪念性空间,而次要道路提供给服务性车辆和停车空间。通过一系列的道路等级层级,也避免了各种车流和人流的混淆。0200m23PotentialConnectiontolinksreachingbeyondsite地下连接系统/UndergroundConnectionsControlParameters-UndergroundLinksVerticalIntegrationUnliketheoriginalControlPlan,thisapproachkeepspeopleabovegroundexcepttoconnecttothesubway.Thisreducesinconvenientlevelchangesfortravelerswithluggage,creatingaconvenientandorientatingPedestrianSkyPlanethatmatchesexistingterminalarrivalandconcourselevelsalreadyreachingthroughthetransporthub.WherethereisconnectiontotheundergroundsystemattheAll-SeasonsGarden,thebasementlevelisopeneduptobringasenseofspaciousness,ventilationanddaylighttothecirculationspacebelow.Thisenhancesthetravelersfeelingofloftinessandconnectiontotheoutsideworld.Undergroundlinksareenvisionedaspartofthesubwayconcourses,linkingtolowerlevelretailonbothsidesoftheAllSeasonsGarden,andinthesouthedgeoftheHongqiaoPlaza.TheHongqiaoPlazaisenvisionedtoalsohaveopeningstobelow,bringingadynamic,multi-levelterracefeelingtothePlazaandenhancingacoolingambienttemperature.Parkingandservicingoccupiesmostundergroundspacesintheotherparcels,withsuggestedreservesinparcelcenterstoallowfornaturalrootsforbettervegetationandlandscaping.规划控制-地下空间连结竖向空间的整合区别于之前的控规,本次规划鼓励公共活动在地面进行,而保持地下与地铁的连接。这样的处理有利于旅客的通行,创造步行的适宜空间,并且在竖向上与机场大厅同层,与交通枢纽结合成一个整体空间。在四季花园与地下系统的连接处,地下空间与下沉空间相结合,使地上与地下形成一个连续的整体,并巧妙的处理了通风及采光的问题。增强了旅客同室外空间的接触。地下交通是地铁站台的一部分,连接四季花园两边下层的商业空间和虹桥广场的南部区域。虹桥广场同样有下沉空间来丰富公共活动广场的竖向特色,把多层次的台地景观带入地下空间,同时创造一个舒适而多彩的空间。停车及服务空间占据其他地块的大部分地下空间,而上方通过植载起到降温造景的双重作用。公共交通核心区PublicTransportSpaceConcourse地下商业BelowGradeRetail地下会议BelowGradeConferencing停车及服务CarparkingandServicing景观植载及地热降温区域LandscapeSoilReserveandGeothermalCoolingPockets地下电网管线走向BelowGradePowerUtilities0200m地下连接UndergroundConnections地下行人连接UndergroundPedestrianLink向四季花园开放的下沉空间OpentoAllSeason’sGarden竖向交通VerticalCirculation2499997333443319987999887952233799999997997777799977777888831010101010877建筑高度及容积率BuildingHeightsandDensityControlParameters-BlockDevelopmentBuildingDensitiesHongqiaoAirportCitywillbeanurbanenvironment,butonethatisrelievedbyalargeCentralPark,plazas,acanalsidepromenadeandinternalcourtyards.Thedensitiesachievedaccommodateenoughprogramtocreateacriticalmassofactivity,sothattheAirportCityisnotjustacity,butaregionaldrawthathasthepotentialtoattractvisitorsfromthroughoutChina.Buildingheightsarelimitedbytheaviationusesanddifferentiateenoughtoallowavaryingsilhouetteandvisualinterest.规划控制-地块开发建筑密度虹桥空港城是一个由中央公园,广场,运河大道及内部庭院组成的都市区域。建筑达到的容积率足以支撑一个活力的公共活动中心,因此空港城不仅仅是一个城区,更是一个区域性的聚集地,吸引来个中国各地的人。建筑高度受航空限高控制,但仍然拥有一个协调而多变的天际轮廓线。容积率1.0FAR1.01.0≤容积率2.01.0≤FAR2.02.0≤容积率3.02.0≤FAR3.03楼层数BuildingHeightsinnumberofStories建筑高度及容积率/BuildingHeightsandDensity0200m3.0≤容积率4.03.0≤FAR4.0容积率≥4.0FAR≥4.025AB基地断面及立面图SiteSectionandElevations行人可以从机场大厅直接进到空港城而不需要进行竖向的交通转换。Pedestrianscanconnectonasinglecontinuouselevationbetweenterminalsandairportcitydevelopmentwithoutinconvenientverticalcirculation.BB沿街立面BBSiteElevationAA基地断面AASiteSection天际线从中间下降,以虹桥广场为中心的开放空间串联起标志性办公楼和四季花园。AbreakindevelopmentskylineattheHongqiaoPlazacreatesawelcominggatewayandcelebratesthesignatureofficetowerandAll-SeasonsGarden.26可持续性发展策略SustainableStrategies步行倡导公共空间围绕中央主轴设置以达到:•降低区域内对车行的日使用率•在控制车行量的前提下增加交通人流运输量•降低交通堵塞•提倡健康生活方式建筑朝向地块的设置使日照朝向的利用最大化,尤其对酒店及标志性办公楼的耗能有重要作用日照控制四季花园设计为气候控制的可变环境,并具有以下特点:•高侧窗的设置在冬季引入日照,夏季遮挡阳光•太阳能板可收集能源的同时透过部分阳光•雨水收集系统为整个区域的植被提供灌溉水源•自然通风系统利用蒸腾作用和低碳排放达到内部降温作用遮阳的步行连接系统及景观元素使步行空间达到舒适的环境地热加热及降温步行系统同样与液体温度置换系统相连接,形成一个贯穿整个基地的热能系统进行温度置换WalkabilityPublicusesareclusteredaroundthecentralspinetoachievethefollowing:•reducedependenceonvehiclesfordailyroutineswithinthedistrict,•capturemoretransitpassengersanddayvisitorswithoutrequiringvehicularconnections,•reducecongestionandemissions,improvingairquality,•promotehealthierliving.OrientationBlocksaredesignedforminimumeast-westsolarorientations,especiallyforthehotels,whichareresourceintensiveand“envelopedominated”–theythereforedemandcarefulorientationtooptimizeperformanceandenergyefficiency.SolarMitigationTheAllSeasonsGardenisdesignedtotakeadvantageofpassiveheating/coolingsystems,withthefollowingfeatures:•clerestorywindowsthatallowsolarheatinginthecoldwintersandshadingthesummers,•asolarcollectorroofthatpermitssubtledaylighting,•rainwatercollectionforsit
