工程实践结题报告课题名称：银行视频联网管理平台姓名：组别：学号：专业方向：所属院系：指导老师：教授实践起止时间：2016年月至2016年月摘要视频监控系统应用广泛，在银行业务中，视频监控系统更是必不可少。某商业银行改制成立于2005年10月19日，是国务院批准组建的省级股份制商业银行，该商业银行拥有694家网点，是唯一一家金融服务覆盖该市所有182个乡镇的金融机构。但是长期以来，该商业银行的信息化发展水平较低，视频监控设备落后，视频设备管理效率低下。因此，为了便于银行功能完善，数字网络监控系统的操作，先进的技术是非常重要的。银行视频联网网络平台采用B/S模式开发，不仅可达到简单的对现场视频的采集、储存、预览、回放等，这些不仅能够达到日常视频监控的标准，还能对设备资源进行统一掌控，并且可以由用户根据设备情况自行制定浏览、下载等策略。本文对运用软件工程的相关理论知识银行视频联网网络平台进行了研究，按系统需求分析、系统设计、系统测试、系统实施的步骤进行了研究，主要研究成果如下：(1)本系统整体方案涉及系统管理、实时画面分割、设备管理、报警处理、录像查找和回放功能等功能方面。操作简单易行，为用户提供了方便实用的功能体验。经过计算机专业人员反复的测试，本系统已成功部署并得到了用户的一致好评。(2)该系统通过联网，将支行本地监控信息通过网络向上级管理部门拓展，很好地解决了目前银行支行监控信息仅仅局限于本地的“信息孤岛”问题，在市行和省行监控中心都能随时监看各支行前端摄像机的实时视频图像，对前端监控设备都能进行统一管理和控制。通过实施银行视频监控子系统，可24小时对银行营业网点、自助设备、自助银行、金库等各类高风险、高案发场所进行实时视频监控，提升了安全防范等级，从源头上有效防范化解了各类案件和事故。(3)系统数据库设计方面，在设计过程中分成了三个模块，三个模块相互关联，且不会产生冲突。在表项的设计过程中能够灵活运用数据类型，不仅满足了用户的需求同时节省了存储空间，防止冗余的产生。数据存储的过程中利用了文件存储最基本的就是xml文件存储，在配置类文件中xml文件具有相当的优势，将xml文件的索引项存入至数据表中，不仅快捷而且方便。关键词：银行；视频监控；系统设计；联网AbstractVideosurveillancesystemsarewidelyusedinthebankingbusiness,thevideosurveillancesystemisessential.RestructuringofacommercialbankestablishedinOctober19,2005,theStateCouncilapprovedtheestablishmentofprovincialjoint-stockcommercialbank,thecommercialbankhas694outlets,istheonlyfinancialservicescoverallofthecity's182townshipsfinancialinstitutions.Butforalong,lowlevelofinformationtechnologydevelopmentinthecommercialbanks,videosurveillanceequipmentbehind,poorvideoequipmentmanagementefficiency.Therefore,inordertofacilitatethebankfullyfunctional,operatingadigitalnetworkmonitoringsystem,advancedtechnologyitisveryimportant.BankNetworkvideonetworkingplatformadoptsB/Smodeldevelopment,notonlytoachieveasimpleon-sitevideocapture,storage,preview,playback,whichcannotonlymeetthestandardsofdailyvideosurveillance,butalsoforunifiedcontrolofdeviceresources,andcandevelopbrowse,downloadandotherpoliciesbytheuserequipmentaccordingtotheirowncircumstances.Inthispaper,theoreticalknowledgebanknetworkvideonetworkingplatformusingsoftwareengineeringresearch,accordingtothesystemrequirementsanalysis,systemdesign,systemtesting,systemimplementationstepsweremainresearchresultsareasfollows:(1)Theoverallprogramrelatestosystemsmanagement,real-timesplitscreen,devicemanagement,alarmprocessing,videosearchandplaybackfunctionsfunctions.Operationissimple,toprovideuserswithaconvenientandpracticalfunctionalexperience.Afterrepeatedtestingcomputerprofessionals,thissystemhasbeensuccessfullydeployedandhasbeenunanimouslypraisedbyusers.(2)Thesystemisnetworked,thelocalbranchtoexpandthemonitoringinformationtouppermanagementoverthenetwork,agoodsolutiontothecurrentbankbranchmonitoringinformationconfinedtothelocalinformationislandproblem,inthecityandprovincerowlinemonitoringcenteratanytimecanmonitorreal-timevideoimageofeachbranchfrontofthecamera,front-endmonitoringequipmentcanbemanagedandcontrolled.Throughtheimplementationofbankvideomonitoringsubsystem,24-hourallkindsofhigh-riskbankoutlets,self-serviceequipment,self-servicebanking,treasuryandotherhigh-crimeplacesforreal-timevideomonitoringenhancethesecuritylevel,fromthesourcetoeffectivelypreventinganddefusingallkindsofcasesandaccidents.(3)Systemdatabasedesign,processdesigncarvedintothreemodules,threemodulesinterconnected,withoutconflict.Inthedesignprocesstheentrydatatypescanutilizenotonlymeettheneedsofuserswhilesavingstoragespace,topreventredundantgeneration.Datastoredintheprocessutilizesbasicfilestorageisxmlfilesarestoredintheclassfilexmlconfigurationfilehasaconsiderableadvantage,theindexentryisstoredinthexmlfiletothedatainthetable,isnotonlyfastandeasy.Keywords:Bank;Videosurveillance;Systemdesign;Networking目录第一章绪论.............................................................11.1课题背景及意义..............................................................................................................................11.1.1课题背景...............................................................................................................................11.1.2研究意义...............................................................................................................................11.2目标及研究内容..............................................................................................................................21.3研究现状.........................................................................................................................................31.3.1国外现状...............................................................................................................................31.3.2国内现状...............................................................................................................................41.4章节安排.........................................................................................................................................6第二章需求分析.........................................................72.1企业现状.........................................................................................................................................72.2业务现状.........
