1,BackgroundSince2015,Ihavebeenengagedindataminingresearch.Aftertwoyearsofhardstudyinmypostgraduateperiod,Ihaveachievedagoodtheoreticalbasisandexperimentalskills.Specifically,duringthisperiod,IparticipatedinaprojectofresearchanddevelopmentaCrowdsourcingplatformformedicaldatamining.Throughseveralprofessionalalgorithms,likeApriori,wewillfindthelargestandmostreliableannotationbyanalyzingannotationsofmedicalimages,thenwecanalsouseontologytopointoutthenewknowledgeandexpandtheknowledgebase.Thesestudieshaveimprovedmyabilitytoresearchandmakememoreinterestedinmedicaldataprocessing.Iwanttoimprovemyskillsinthisfield.Therefore,IamhonoredthatIcanstudyinthisfieldattheUniversityofLyon,underthesupervisionofDr.OUZROUT.2,MychoiceofstudyinginFranceUniversityofLyonislocatedinthethirdlargestcityinFrance,thefamoushistoricalandculturalcity-Lyon,wherehasmanychinesestudents,goodsecurityandclimatesuitableforustolive.TheDISPLabisthelargestlaboratoryinthefieldofinformaticsatLyonUniversityandisalsoatthetopofworldindecision-makingandsysteminformationdesign.UniversityofLyonisoneoftheSuperUniversityinFrance,isalsomemberofEuropeantopuniversityalliance-CoimbraGroup.Thisuniversityhas11collegesandtheFrenchNationalResearchCenterand17doctoralschools,theseinstitutionsassumetheUniversityofLyon'smainteaching,andresearchtasks.Inaddition,throughthecooperationwiththeChinaScholarshipCouncil,UniversityofLyonmanyreceivedmanychinesedoctorsinrecentyears,becauseofitsrichscientificatmosphereandadvancedteachingideas.Theaboveinformationshowsthatsuchatopworldfamousschoolisthebestchoiceforstudyingabroad.3,Myoveralleducationalgoal3.1,LearningpurposeThroughthedevelopmentofdatamininginthemedicalfieldofapplication,toenhancemytechnicallevel；tonarrowthegapbetweenChinaandtheworld'smostadvancedresearchunitsinthisfiled.Atthesametime,Ihopetohelpthehospitaltohaveabettermanagementofbeds,andthusprovideabettermedicalserviceforpatients.Iwillpublishmorethanthreearticlesininternationallyrenownedjournalsduringthedoctoralperiod.ThefinancialsupportfromtheChinaScholarshipCouncilwillbealsomentionedinallpublications.3.2,PlanThisprojectwillfocusondataextractionanddatamining.Thespecificresearchisdividedintothreesteps:-Proposealarge-scaledynamicfeatureextractionmodelforfuzzyattributeextractionandfuzzydimensionalityreduction.-Reducefuzzyerrorandinconsistenciesoffuzzytransmissionerrorbyestablishingfuzzymembershipfunctionandprobabilitydensityfunction.-Implementtherelatedalgorithmstoperformmodelanalysis.Toachievethese3steps,Iplantofinishin3years.-0-4months:Familiarwiththenewenvironmentassoonaspossible,readtheliterature,understandthenewresearchtopics,sortoutresearchideasandunderthesupervisionofDr.OUZROUTtocompletetheopeningreport.-5-10months:Proposealarge-scaledynamicfeatureextractionmodelforfuzzyattributeextractionandfuzzydimensionalityreduction.-11-18months:Reducefuzzyerrorandinconsistenciesoffuzzytransmissionerrorbyestablishingfuzzymembershipfunctionandprobabilitydensityfunction;-19-25months:Implementtherelatedalgorithmstoperformmodelanalysis.-26-36months：Edittheresearchresults,thenpublishininternationalacademicjournals；finishthethesisandparticipateindoctoralthesisdefenseontime.4,CareerObjectiveAftergraduation,IintendtoreturntoChinaandbeginmyworktowardscontributingtothedevelopmentindataminingonmedicalinmycountry.Althoughtherearenumerouseffortstowardsaddressingthisissue,thenumberofspecialistsinthisfieldofexpertiseisstillsparseinChina.Thisraisesthenecessityforanewbreedofsuccessfulandskilledprofessionalstoleadinthecreationofthissystem.Asapassionateandcreativeindividual,IbelieveIamwell-suitedtocontributetooveralleffortsmeanttofillthisvoidinthejobmarket.IaimtobecomeaprofessionalwhocanfulfillthepositionsucharelationshipnecessitatesinmyhomelandandmakegooduseofadvancedtechnologiesIlearned.
