1XX花园隔热断桥铝合金门窗制作与安装工程施工方案编制单位:XXXX有限责任公司编制人:审核人:审批人:编制日期:2016年12月2目录一、工程概况···········································································3二、门窗制作、安装执行标准及依据·············································3三、主要材料···········································································31、门窗形式··········································································32、材料选用··········································································3四、主要设备及人员配置····························································4五、生产、安装方案··································································51、生产、安装流程·································································52、生产及安装进度计划···························································53、技术准备··········································································54、材料准备··········································································65、安装铝合金门窗的通病及防治···············································66、主要制作工序施工方法························································77、工程质量目标····································································88、门窗安装施工方案······························································8㈠、各分部分项工程的主要施工方法··········································8㈡、关键部位的施工技术方案·················································12㈢、确保工程质量的技术组织措施···········································13㈣、确保安全生产的技术组织措施···········································14㈤、确保文明施工环境保护的技术组织措施·······························15㈥、确保施工工期的技术组织措施···········································15六、工程验收·········································································161、工程验收准备工作····························································162、工程验收········································································16七、工程验收明细···································································181、一般规定········································································182、主控项目········································································193、一般项目········································································20八、与各单位之间的协调配合措施··············································203一、工程概况1、项目名称:XX花园隔热断桥铝合金门窗2、项目单位:湖北XX房地产开发有限公司3、项目地点:武汉市黄陂区4、工程量:隔热断桥铝合金门窗制作安装工程约3680平米。二、门窗制作、安装执行标准及依据1、GB-T5824-2008建筑门窗洞口尺寸系列2、GB/T7106-2008《建筑外窗抗风压性能分级及检测方法》3、GB/T7107-2008《建筑外窗气密性能分级及检测方法》4、GB/T7108-2008《建筑外窗水密性能分级及检测方法》5、GB/T8484-2008《建筑外窗保温性能分级及检测方法》6、GB/T8485-2008《建筑外窗空气声隔声性能分级及检测方法》7、GB/T11976-2002《建筑外窗采光性能分级及检测方法》8、GB50009-2012《建筑结构荷载规范》9、GB/T8478-2008《铝合金门窗》10、JGJ113-2009《建筑玻璃应用技术规程》11、JGJ214-2010《铝合金门窗工程技术规范》三、主要材料1、门窗形式:本工程断热铝合金门窗开启形式为:平开窗、平开门、推拉门。2、材料选用:2.1铝合金型材:“亚铝”55隔热铝合金断桥平开系列、85隔热铝合金断桥推拉系列。2.2玻璃:6+12A+6Low-e双银中空玻璃。2.3五金配件:主要五金配件选用“坚朗”。四、主要设备及人员配置4主要生产设备序号设备名称数量(台)属性1铝合金双角锯2生产设备2数控铝合金角码锯1生产设备3铝合金组角机2生产设备48126数控铣床1生产设备5立式台钻2生产设备6铝型材端面铣1生产设备7铝仿形铣2生产设备8铝型材压力机1生产设备主要人员配置序号岗位数量(人)1项目经理12车间主任13安装队长14技术员15质检员16安全员17资料员18生产工人159安装工人105五、生产、安装方案1、生产、安装流程生产、安装采用流水施工,施工生产程序为:其中,窗框与窗扇的组角拼装在车间生产完成,窗框的安装、外开扇以及外窗玻璃需在现场安装完成。2、生产及安装进度计划生产及安装进度在满足规定工期的同时,要符合土建施工的进度,相互配合,在洞口成型之后迅速组织人员生产,及时投入安装,根据土建施工进展,调整安排生产安装进度。3、技术准备3.1熟悉和审查门窗大样图,并将最终审定的大样图送交业主、监理,以备施工,验收。3.2根据最终认可的大样图,细化每个接点的细部尺寸与连接方式,作好工艺文件编制准备工作。3.3根据门窗表及平面图与监理、土建单位共同确定门窗制作尺寸,并三方会签,作为门窗制作、验收依据。3.4指定各部门工程技术措施,组织技术交底,重点强调外框安装质量。4、材料准备备料扇生产配件安装扇安装框安装框生产卫生清洁64.1根据铝合金型材采购周期较长的特点(一般采购周期为20~25天),提前与甲方就门窗样式与甲方沟通,并签字认可。然后根据签字大样图和施工图纸门窗表采购型材及五金配件。4.2按照工程进度准备资金,签订完善的定购合同。5、安装铝合金门窗的通病及防治5.1铝合金门窗不正防治措施:⑴在铝合金门窗安装前,应根据设计要求确定安装基准线。⑵在安装件与墙体固定前,检验框架是否水平、垂直,校正后才能正式与洞口固定。5.2成品、半成品保护差防治措施:⑴在施工过程中不得损坏半成品保护膜⑵如在安装框架表面沾污了水泥砂浆,应及时擦净,以免腐蚀。5.3铝合金门、窗扇推拉不灵活防治措施:⑴根据框扇规格尺寸,准确进行下料和精心的制作,使框扇尺寸配合良好。⑵在框的左、右、上方采用柔性连接,以防框变形。⑶选用符合设计规定厚度的铝型材,防止因型材壁厚过薄而产生变形。⑷在处理后塞口时需将框四周的木垫块取掉,以防外墙装修后木7垫块腐蚀,出现渗水现象。⑸选用质量好,且与扇配套的附件。5.5铝合金门窗渗水防治措施:⑴要使用质量好的密封材料,注胶要严密,均匀、平整、光滑。⑵土建或室内、外装修时,注意外窗台应比内窗台低,而且外窗台应有一定的向下的坡度。5.6玻璃裂纹防治措施:⑴裁割玻璃需尺寸准确,边沿整齐,一般应比槽口尺寸小5~10mm;⑵安装玻璃时应用弹性垫块,不得使硬质物等当垫块;⑶安装玻璃前应检查槽口,如发现有异物或螺钉露头,应经过处理至符合要求后再装玻璃。5.7胶条龟裂、脱落防治措施:`⑴窗扇的胶条应弹性好,耐老化的橡胶条;⑵上胶条时应将胶条切成四段,在窗扇四角打玻璃胶固定胶条。6、主要制作工序施工方法门窗制作主要工序为下料、冲工艺孔、安装五金配件、组装。主要制作工序下料组装安装胶毛条及五金件铣冲排水孔组装工艺槽孔86.1下料:铝合金型材采用LJZ-2B双头下料据,精度要求±1㎜,角度±10分。其中,平开窗角码,下料采用LJJA-500数码下料锯,精度要求±0.2㎜。6.2铣冲,排孔及组装工艺槽孔,采用仿形铣及专用电动联体模。要求:校对工艺图纸,位置准确,保证排水通畅,安装缝隙均匀。6.3安装胶毛条,要求预留胶条的收缩,不能有脱槽现象。6.4安装五金件,要求五金件规格、安装位置正确,使用灵活,平开门、窗的合页、摩擦铰链、传动器、内开内倒配件应在车间装配完毕。6.5组装,铝合金门窗应在工厂组装。当门窗较大,运输有困难时,应在工厂组装完毕后,拆散并做好记录,再运往工地。7、工程质量目标7.1我公司对本工程确立的质量目标是:质量必须达到一次性验收合格,精心施工,承诺一次达到质量合格标准。8、门窗安装施工方案㈠、各分部分项工程的主要施工方法1、准备工作1.1检查洞口尺寸。根据不同的材料品种和门窗框的宽、高尺寸,核实门窗洞口的尺寸能否满足安装的需要。安装铝合金门窗,要求洞口尺寸偏差不超过表1的规定。表1洞口宽度和高度的允许偏差墙体表面洞口宽度和高度(㎜)<24002400~4800>48009未粉刷墙面±10±15±20已粉刷墙面±5±10±151.2检查洞口位置。由安装人员会同土建人员按照设计图纸检查洞口的位置和标高,若发现洞口位置与设计图纸不符合或偏差过大,应及时上报甲方及监理方,并在设计更改联系单获得批准后访可施工。1.3检查核对所有门窗洞口的尺寸与铝合金门窗框的规格是否相适应。检查各项基准线(点)是否齐全。1.4按室内地面弹出的50线和垂直线,标出门窗框安装的基准线,作为门窗框安装时的标准。要求同一立面上门、窗的水平及垂直方向应做到整齐一致。如在弹线时发现预留沿口的位置、尺寸有较大偏差时,应及时调整、处理。1.5作业条件准备。主体工程已经验收合格、符合质量要求,门窗洞口的位置、尺寸已核对无误,或经过剔凿、整修合格;预留铁脚孔洞或预埋铁件的数量、尺寸已核对无误;管理人员已进行了技术、质量、安全交底;铝合金门窗及其配件、辅助材料已全部运到施工现场,数量、规格、质量完全符合设计要求,各项基准线(点)齐全。2、钢辅框框安装2.1摆放:将不同规格的门窗搬到相应的洞口旁竖放。2.2清扫:将门窗洞口内的浮灰清理干
