RequirementsofUL484&CSAC22.2No.117-1970RoomAirConditioners结构外壳防护房间空调器壳体上开孔设计、定位应能减少与下述部件发生意外接触而可能发生危险:①未绝缘高压带电部件。②运动部件,如风扇叶和风机叶片。③壳体内温度超过下表允许值的部件。带电部件和运动部件的防护•①沿试验指的主轴方向施加2.5磅(11.1牛)的力,②在开口所允许的任何位置及任何深度施加。在插入穿过开口之前、之中和之后,都应旋转或者改变试验指的角度,以使试验指伸到任何可能的位置。如果有必要,在试验指穿过开口之后,还要改变其形状。漆包线的防护•短边尺寸应使用一个直径为1英寸(25.4毫米)的半球形顶端的试验指,以5磅(22.2牛)的力,不能穿过。Enclosures外壳•Amongthefactorswhicharetakenintoconsiderationwhenevaluatinganenclosureare:•a)Mechanicalstrength,•b)Resistancetoimpact,•c)Moisture-absorptiveproperties,•d)Flammability,•e)Resistancetodistortionattemperaturestowhichthematerialmaybesubjectedunder•conditionsofuse,and•f)Resistancetocorrosion.PolymericMaterials聚合材料聚合材料的防火等级的要求•Polymericpartswhicharedependeduponforthedirectsupportorisolationofelectricalcomponentsandpartswhichareexposedtoignitionsourceswithintheunitshallbea5Vmaterial.•Apolymericmaterialwhichdoesnotcomplywiththeflammabilityrequirementsfor5VmaterialsshallbeV-0,V-1,orV-2.Suchmaterialsshallnotbeusedfordirectsupportorisolationofwiringorelectricalcomponents.•AV-0orV-1materialmaybeusedifitisnotexposedtoignitionsources.AV-2materialmaybeusedif,inadditiontobeingisolatedfromignitionsourcesinthesamemannerasV-0andV-1materials,therearenoflammablematerials,openingsintheunitenclosure,orboth,belowtheV-2materialwithinavolumedefinedbySpaceAofFigure8.1.•HB,HBF,andHF-1materialsmaybeusedintheroomairhandlingsectionoftheunitonlyifallignitionsourcesinthissectionarecompletelyenclosedinorisolatedbymetalor5Vmaterial.•ignitionsources:Highvoltageuninsulatedterminals,Highvoltageprintedcircuitboardtraces,Highvoltageopencoils/windings,Highvoltageopencontacts,andHighvoltagewiringnotemployingVW-1insulation.Abarriershallbeformedofmetalorofa5Vmaterialandshallbemechanicallysecuredinplace.AmateriallocatedbelowtheignitionsourceandwithinSpaceAofFigure8.1maybeisolatedbymeansofahorizontalbarrier,extendingatleasttotheboundarysurfaceofthespace.AmateriallocatedabovetheignitionsourceandwithinSpaceBofFigure8.1maybeisolatedbymeansofabarrier,extendingatleasttotheboundarysurfaceofthespace,andsolocatedthattheminimumdistancebetweenthematerialandignitionsourceis2inches(50.8mm)forwiringand4inches(102mm)forelectricalcomponents.Amateriallocatedessentiallyintheverticalplaneandadjacenttoanignitionsourceisconsideredisolatedfromtheignitionsourceifitisseparatedfromwiringbyadistanceof2inches(50.8mm)andfromelectricalcomponentsbyadistanceof4inches(102mm).Abarriermaybeusedforisolationprovidedthesizeofthebarrierissuchthattheminimumstraight-linedistancebetweenthematerialandignitionsourceis2inches(50.8mm)forwiringand4(102mm)inchesforelectricalomponents.FieldSupplyConnections电源线连接•Acord-connectedsinglephaseroomairconditionershallbeprovidedwithafactoryinstalledLCDIorAFCIprotectiontoreducetheriskoffireduetoarcingfaultsinthepower-supplycord.TheLCDIorAFCIshallbeinstalledasanintegralpartoftheattachmentplugorlocatedinthesupplycordwithin300mm(12in.)oftheattachmentplug.Theratingoftheattachmentplugshallnotbelessthan125percentofthemarkedratingoftheroomairconditionerandnotlessthanthetotalcurrentmeasuredduringtheTemperatureandPressureTest,Section37,andtheTemperatureTest–ResistanceHeat,Section43.Thelengthofapowersupplycordshallbeasfollows:ELECTRICALSPACINGSREFRIGERATIONSYSTEMPERFORMANCE试验•测试电压LeakageCurrentTest泄漏电流测试•限值0.75mA.Themeteristohaveaninputimpedanceof1500ohmsresistiveshuntedbyacapacitanceof0.15microfarad.•Theleakagecurrenttestsequenceshallbeasdescribedin(a)–(d)below.IfthecompressorstallsduringsequenceBorCduetochangingthepositionofswitchS2,thesequenceistobeconductedinitsentiretyinonepositionofswitchS2andthenrepeatedinthesecondpositionofswitchS2.•a)WithswitchS1open,theunitistobeconnectedtothemeasuringcircuit.TheleakagecurrentistobemeasuredusingbothpositionsofswitchS2andwithmanually-operatedunitswitchingdevicessuccessivelyplacedineachmode(fanonly,cooling,heating,andthelike).•b)Withunitcontrolssetformaximumcoolingandmaximumfanspeed,switchS1istobeclosedtoenergizetheunit.Within5seconds,leakagecurrentistobemeasuredusingbothpositionsofswitchS2.FollowingthisandusingbothpositionsofswitchS2,manualswitchingdevicesaretobeoperatedasquicklyaspossiblethroughallcoolingmodes,butnotinthe²off²position,todeterminethemaximumleakagecurrentcondition.•c)Withswitchingdevicessetatthepositionwhichcausesthehighestleakagecurrent,theunitistobeoperatedcontinuouslyuntilthemeasuredleakagecurrentstabilizesordecreases.BothpositionsofswitchS2aretobeused.•d)Following(c),switchS1istobeopenedtode-energizetheunit.Measurementofleakagecurrentistocontinue,usingbothpositionsofswitchS2,untilvaluesstabilizeorbegintodecrease.LeakageCurrentTest泄漏电流测试TestConditionsforInputTestandTemperature-PressureTest试验条件CSATestConditions•Thefollowingloadingconditionsshallbeconsideredthemaximumnormalloadforroomairconditioners:•(a)Inletair,condenserside;35C(95F)drybulb,23.9C(75F)wetbulb;and•(b)Inletair,evaporatorside;26.7C(80F)drybulb,19.4C(67F)wetbulb.•Theairconditionershallremaininoperativeinthetestambientuntilitreachesambienttemperature.Itshallthenbestartedinoperationandruncontinuouslyuntilc
