SERIES1000-05MAINTENANCETRAINING1000－05系列钻机的维护培训VALLEYLONGWALLDRILLINGSECTION1INTRODUCTION第一部分简介OBJECTIVES教学目的TogivethetraineeatheoreticalandpracticalunderstandingofthemaintenanceandrepairofthehydrauliccircuitsoftheVLDSERIES1000-05DirectionalDrillRig.在VLD1000－05系列定向钻机的液压循环回路方面给学员一个理论和实践上的维护和修理的理解SCOPE范围•Theoryanddemonstration.理论和演示•Oralexamination.口头测试•Practicalexamination.实践测试•Managersauthorisation管理者的权威OUTCOME成果Atthecompletionofthistrainingsessionthetraineewillhaveaworkingknowledgeofthehydrauliccircuitry,inordertoproperlymaintainandrepair,theVLDSERIES1000DirectionalDrillRigsafely.完成这段培训后，学员将具备液压循环系统工作的知识，能够合理的进行VLD1000系列定向钻机的培训和维护Thetraineewillbeabletodemonstratehisunderstandingthroughapracticaldemonstration.学员能够通过实践演示来反映他的知识的掌握5EXPO1展示1TheSERIES1000DirectionalDrillRigisanelectric/hydraulictrackmounteddrillrig,usedfordirectionalandrotationaldrillinginundergroundmines这1000系列定向钻机是电液的轨道钻机，用于地下煤矿开采的定向和旋转钻进PersonalProtectionEquipment个人防护器具–Hearingprotection听力保护–EyeProtection视力保护–CapLamp矿灯帽–SelfRescuer自救器–HardHat安全帽–Reflectiveclothingand/orvests护胸背心–SteelCapBoots矿靴–Longhairtiedbackorinhairnet头发整理–Gloves手套DANGER危险WARNINGSIGNAGE危险警示MAJORCOMPONENTS:主要组成元器件Thefollowingcoversthefollowingcomponents下面的元件：FILTRATION过滤器ROTATIONUNIT旋转单位RODCLAMP钻杆夹持器FEEDFRAME给进装置STABILIZATION稳定性TRACTION牵引WATERPUMP水泵HYDRAULICPUMPS液压泵ELECTRICMOTOR电动马达Filtration-HIGHPRESSUREHYDRAULICOILFILTERS.过滤－高液压油过滤器HighPressureFiltersarelocatedonthefollowingcircuits:高压过滤器位于下列油路位置•MainPump主泵•WaterHydraulicPump水液压泵•AuxiliaryPump辅助泵•RodClamp钻杆夹持器•RotationUnit回转装置•NOTE:Cloggingindicatorsonlyoperatewhenfluidpassesthroughthem.注意：当流体通过他们时，堵塞指示器工作Changefiltersevery3Monthsorsoonerifindicatedbycloggingindicators每3个月更换一次过滤器，或如堵塞指示器显示就马上更换Filtration-HIGHPRESSUREHYDRAULICOILFILTERS.Componentsconsistof:由下类组成•Filtercloggingindicator堵塞指示器•Filterhead过滤头•Filterelement过滤单元•Screwinbowl螺丝刀拧进缸筒•Bypassvalve旁通阀IMPORTANT:EnsureO-ringiscorrectlyseatedbeforetighteningbowl要点：在上紧压槽之前，保证O型正确密封Filtration-HIGHPRESSUREHYDRAULICOILFILTERS.ChangingtheElement更换过滤单元1.!Switchoffhydraulicsystem,isolatemachine.关掉液压系统，隔离机器1.RemoveDrainPlug拔开排液塞2.UnscrewBowl拧开压槽3.RemoveElement&examine打开过滤单元并检查4.ExchangeElement更换单元5.CleanBowl清洗压槽6.Examinefilter–SealingSurfacesandThread检查过滤器－密封表面和螺纹7.CheckO-rings&Backuprings检查O型圈和垫圈8.Lightlylubricatethreadsealingsurfacesandtheo-ringandelementwithcleanoil.用干净油轻轻润滑螺纹密封表面和O型密封圈和过滤单元7.Placefiltercarefullyontospigot小心将过滤器放入套管8.Screwinfilterbowlfully,tillfirm.拧上过滤槽，拧紧9.Screwinoildrainplug.拧上排油塞10.Unscrewfilterbowlby¼turn.打开过滤槽转动1/4圈11.Starthydraulicsystemandcheckforleaks启动液压系统，检查渗漏情况Filtration-LOWPRESSUREHYDRAULICOILFILTERS.过滤－低压过滤油器LowPressureFiltersarelocatedonthehydraulictankandfilter:低压过滤器位于液压缸内•MainReturn主回路•CaseDrainReturns•排油路NOTE:Cloggingindicatorsonlyoperatewhenfluidpassesthroughthem.注意：当液压油通过时，堵塞指示器才工作Changefiltersevery3Monthsorsoonerifindicatedbycloggingindicators每3个月更换，或遇到堵塞报警，立即更换Filtration-LOWPRESSUREHYDRAULICOILFILTERS.•Cloggingindicator.堵塞指示器•Lid.盖子•Element.过滤网•Filterbody.过滤体Filtration-LOWPRESSUREHYDRAULICOILFILTERS.ChangingtheElement–Lowpressurefilter.更换过滤网－低压过滤器1.!Switchoffhydraulicsystem,isolatemachine.关掉液压系统，切断机器电源1.Loosenfourretainingboltsontopoffilter在过滤器顶部松开固定螺栓2.Removelid挪开盖子3.Extracttheelement抽出过滤网4.Retainforexamination固定检查5.Placenewelementintobody体内放进新过滤网6.ReplacetheO-Ring.更换O型密封圈7.Replacelid,retainingboltsandtighten.更换压盖，固定螺栓，上紧8.Examineoldelementforexcessiveparticlecontent.Takeactionifexcessive.检查旧的过滤网是否过多的微颗粒，如果过多，采取办法ROTATIONUNIT旋转动力头OILANDLUBRICATION油和润滑•Changetheoilintherotationunitgearboxafter150hoursofuseonanewlypurchasedmachine.新购设备使用150小时后更改旋转头变速箱内的机油•Drainwhilsttheoiliswarm当油热时排油•Keepsampleoftheoilforanalysis.保留油作分析•Replacethedrainplugandrefill(refertomanualforrecommendedoil).替换排油塞，再注油（参考手册推荐的的油）•Removethebreatherplug挪开通气塞•Fillthegearboxuntiltheoilbeginstorunoutofthelevelplughole变速箱内注油直到油过插孔水平•Replacethelevelplugandtightenandreplacethebreatherplug.更换插孔杆，上紧通气塞•Thegreasepointsontherotationunitshouldbegreasedatthebeginningofeachshift(referdaily/weekly103servicesheets).•在每个班运行开始时，旋转头上注油孔要充足油脂（每台、每周103个服务单）DrainPlug排油塞GearBoxLevelPlug齿轮象水平塞Rotationunitgreasepoints(2of3shown)旋转头注油孔ROTATIONUNIT旋转头FillerBreatherCap过滤通气帽ROTATIONUNIT/RODCLAMP旋转头/钻杆夹持器Jawsetreplacement/卡瓦爪更换Removethetopcapholderbyremovingthreeboltslocatedonthefrontoftherotationunit通过拧旋转头前面的三个螺栓卸开顶盖NOTE:Thejawsetcanonlybereplacedwiththechuckintheopenposition.注意：卡盘在打开位置情况下瓦爪才能被替换ROTATIONUNIT/RODCLAMPJawsetreplacementRemovethethreebolts.拧开三个螺栓ROTATIONUNIT/RODCLAMPJawsetreplacementRemovethecapholder卸开顶盖ROTATIONUNIT/RODCLAMPJawsetreplacementRemovethejawset.卸开卡瓦Cleanthejawsetwithawirebrushtoremovegrit.用刷子清洗卡瓦ROTATIONUNIT/RODCLAMPJawsetreplacementCleantherotationjawbowl.清洗旋转卡瓦套Checkforwearinthebowlbeforere-installingthejawset在安装卡瓦之前检查瓦套的磨损ROTATIONUNIT/RODCLAMPBowlandSpringreplacement瓦套和弹簧更换SpringReplacement18Springs(notshownforclarity)ROTATIONUNIT/RODCLAMPBowlandSpringreplacementSpringReplacement18Springs(notshownforclarity)Thesprings(item3.33)canonlybereplacedwiththechuckintheclosed
