江苏省工程建设标准DGJ现浇轻质泡沫混凝土应用技术规程Technicalspecificationforapplicationoflightweightfoamconcrete(征求意见稿)1前言根据江苏省住房和城乡建设厅《省住房城乡建设厅关于印发〈2016年度江苏省工程建设标准和标准设计编制、修订计划〉的通知》(苏建科[2016]313号)的要求,规程编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结国内外科研成果和大量实践经验,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,修订了本规程。本规程共6章,主要技术内容包括:1.总则;2术语;3.材料;4.设计;5.施工;6.验收;附录。本规程由江苏省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理,由江苏省建工集团有限公司、常州市武进东方人防实业有限公司负责具体技术内容的解释。各单位在执行过程中若有修改意见或建议,请寄送至江苏省工程建设标准站(地址:南京市江东北路287号银城广场B座4楼,邮政编码:210036)本规程主编单位、参编单位、主要起草人:主编单位:江苏省建工集团有限公司常州市武进东方人防实业有限公司参编单位:常州市鼎达建筑新技术有限公司东南大学江苏省国立建设发展有限公司常州市建筑科学研究院有限公司主要起草人:许平王先华周盘方高建明徐卫列汪永权黄海鲲陈迪安狄殿忠沙学政2韩俊杰顾长江马震宇曹俊曹旦戴小俊陈新吴南伟金波吴德敏3目次1总则······································································12术语、符号···································································22.1术语·································································22.2主要符号······························································33材料·········································································43.1原材料·································································43.2配合比·································································53.3性能要求······························································64设计·········································································74.1一般规定······························································74.2现浇轻质泡沫混凝土屋面保温层设计··························74.3现浇轻质泡沫混凝土地暖保温层设计··························85施工········································································115.1一般规定································································115.2现浇轻质泡沫混凝土屋面保温层施工························125.3现浇轻质泡沫混凝土地暖保温层施工························135.4现浇轻质泡沫混凝土地下车库保温层施工··················135.5养护··································································145.6季节性施工·························································146验收·······································································166.1一般规定····························································166.2主控项目····························································166.3一般项目····························································17附录A发泡剂性能检验方法·············································19本标准用词说明·······························································21引用标准名录··································································22条文说明····································································2311总则1.0.1为规范现浇轻质泡沫混凝土在保温、隔热方面的应用,正确、合理地选择相应的配合比与施工工艺,保证施工质量,特编制本技术规程。1.0.2本规程适用于新建、改建的工业与民用建筑屋面、楼地面保温、隔热工程的设计、施工及质量验收。1.0.3设计时应根据节能设计标准及有关规定和要求,经热工计算,确保保温材料的厚度及构造,以保证不同建筑节能保温隔热要求。1.0.4现浇轻质泡沫混凝土的设计、施工及质量验收,除应遵守本规程的规定外,尚应符合国家行业及我省现行有关标准、规范的规定。22术语、符号2.1术语2.1.1现浇轻质泡沫混凝土lightweightfoamconcrete现浇轻质泡沫混凝土是以水泥为主要胶凝材料,添加一定量的水、外加剂拌和成浆体,再与发泡剂、水、气混合发泡而成的泡沫进行机械混合后,现场浇筑或入模凝固形成具有良好保温隔热等特性的混凝土材料。2.1.2发泡倍数foammultiple泡沫体积大于发泡剂水溶液体积的倍数。2.1.3沉降距sedimentationdistance泡沫柱在单位时间内沉陷的距离。2.1.4泌水量secretionofwater单位体积的泡沫完全消失后所分泌出的水量。2.1.5保温层insulatinglayer用以阻挡热量传递,减少无效热耗的构造层。2.1.6填充层packedlayer在保温层上设置保护加热管并使地面温度均匀的构造层。32.2符号m——拟配制泡沫混凝土每立方米的质量;cm——拟配制泡沫混凝土每立方米的水泥用量;wm——拟配制泡沫混凝土每立方米的用水量;PV——拟配制泡沫混凝土泡沫体积;C——水泥的表观密度;w——水的密度。43材料3.1原材料3.1.1现浇轻质泡沫混凝土水泥应采用32.5级及以上强度等级的水泥,其性能应符合《通用硅酸盐水泥》GB175标准的要求。不同等级、厂家、品种、出厂日期的水泥不得混存、混用。3.1.2现浇轻质泡沫混凝土采用的发泡剂应质量可靠、性能良好,发泡剂的性能指标应符合表3.1.2的规定。严禁使用过期、变质的发泡剂,液体发泡剂目测应均匀无明显沉淀物。表3.1.2现浇轻质泡沫混凝土发泡剂的性能指标项目性能指标检验方法发泡倍数≥20附录A泡沫的沉降距(1h)≤10mm附录A泡沫的泌水量(lh)≤20mL附录ApH值6-8GB/T14518游离甲醛≤1.0g/kgGB/T185833.1.3发泡剂使用前应检查其出厂合格证,检验报告。3.1.4发泡剂稀释倍数应按产品说明书执行,发泡均匀,泡沫直径宜小于1.2mm,稳泡时间应大于30min。3.1.5采用过氧化氢作发泡剂的,其性能应符合《工业过氧化氢》GB1616的规定。3.1.6用水应符合《混凝土用水标准》JGJ63的规定。3.1.7现浇轻质泡沫混凝土中掺入早强剂、防冻剂、憎水剂等外加剂时,外加剂的使用应符合《混凝土外加剂应用技术规范》GB501195和《混凝土外加剂》GB8076的要求。3.1.8现浇轻质泡沫混凝土中掺入的粉煤灰应为Ⅰ级粉煤灰或Ⅱ级粉煤灰,其性能指标应符合《用于水泥和混凝土中的粉煤灰》GB/T1596的要求。3.1.9现浇轻质泡沫混凝土浆料各组分用量应根据配合比设计确定,并确保料浆和泡沫充分混合均匀,保证其流动性和浇筑高度。3.2配合比3.2.1生产现浇轻质泡沫混凝土时,应先配制水泥浆液,后计算所需泡沫体积,最后将水泥浆和泡沫混合均匀。3.2.2现浇轻质泡沫混凝土的配合比应按设计体积密度来配制。3.2.3现浇轻质泡沫混凝土的配合比设计步骤宜符合下列规定:1每立方米现浇轻质泡沫混凝土水泥用量应按式(3.2.3-1)计算确定:mm812.0c(3.2.3-1)式中m——拟配制泡沫混凝土每立方米的质量(㎏/m3);cm——拟配制泡沫混凝土每立方米的水泥用量(㎏/m3);2每立方米现浇轻质泡沫混凝土用水量按式(3.2.3-2)计算确定:cw227.0mm(3.2.3-2)式中wm——拟配制泡沫混凝土每立方米的用水量(㎏/m3);cm——拟配制泡沫混凝土每立方米的水泥用量(㎏/m3);3每立方米现浇轻质泡沫混凝土泡沫体积按式(3.2.3-3)计算确定:6wwCCP1mmV(3.2.3-3)式中PV——拟配制泡沫混凝土泡沫体积(m3);cm——拟配制泡沫混凝土每立方米的水泥用量(㎏/m3);wm——拟配制泡沫混凝土每立方米的用水量(㎏/m3);C——水泥的表观密度(㎏/m3);w——水的密度(㎏/m3)。4现场浇筑的轻质泡沫混凝土宜采用纯水泥浆制得。当掺入粉煤灰时,其最大掺量宜为水泥量的20%以下。5配制现浇轻质泡沫混凝土应选择三个不同的配合比,其中一个为基准配合比,另外两个配合比的发泡剂用量分别增减1%,每个配合比各取3组试件检测,经试验检测其性能后确定最终施工配合比。3.3性能要求3.3.1水泥的取样频率和试验方法应按照《通用硅酸盐水泥》GB175执行。3.3.2发泡剂的取样频率宜按500㎏为一批次,不足500㎏按一批次计,不同生产厂家、品种、批号的发泡剂不得混合取样。3.3.3发泡剂的性能指标检测每批不少于1组。3.3.4用于检测发泡剂性能指标的泡沫应根据发泡剂的使用说明书进行配制。3.3.5发泡剂的发泡倍数,1h的沉降距、泌水量,试验方法见附录A。74设计4.1一般规定4.1.1现浇轻质泡沫混凝土可现场拌制或进行预拌,其物理性能应符合表4.1.1要求。表4.1.1现浇轻质泡沫混凝土性能指标项目指标级别A03A04A05A06A07A08A09干密度(㎏/m3)<350350~450450~550550~650650~750750~850850~950抗压强度(MPa)≥0.5≥0.7≥1.0≥1.5≥2.5≥3.5≥4.5导热系数[W/(m•K)]≤0.070≤0.085≤0.100≤0.120≤0.140≤0.180≤0.220吸水率(%)≤23≤20燃烧性能不燃烧体注:1用于屋面、地面的现浇轻质泡沫混凝土的导热系数修正系数α=1.5;2用于楼面的现浇轻质泡沫混凝土的导热系数修正系数α=1.3。4.1.2现浇轻质泡沫混凝土为水泥基材料,适用现浇混凝土地面、楼面、屋面。对其他吸水率、渗透性较大的基面,则需作相应的处理。4.1.3施工现浇轻质泡沫混凝土保温层应保持干燥,封闭式保温层的含水率应小于该材料
