I[选取日期][调查大学生创业趋向及影响此趋势因素的调查报告]CHINA大学生创业之路怎么走？II大学生创业之路怎么走？——调查大学生创业趋向及影响此趋势因素的调查报告Howtogetstudentsentrepreneurialpath?——Surveyofuniversitystudentsandbusinesstrendsreportthistrendfactors类别:哲学社会科学类社会调查报告和学术论文指导教师:张成伟（讲师硕士）作者:程浩学院:政法学院1摘要近年来，我国高等教育不断进行改革，高等教育加快了从“精英化”向“大众化”转变的步伐，大学普遍扩招，高校大学生数量迅速增加，高级人才也不断增加，而大学生就业问题日益凸现。但是，由于社会生产力与社会需求的发展不平衡，大学生就业的问题一直是社会关注的一个热点，也是国家长期难以解决的一个难点。因此政府大力支持大学生自主创业，拓宽大学生创业面，缓解大学生就业难的问题。由于政府关于大学生创业的相关政策不完善，大学生创业思路和现实社会的不协调，大学生创业并没有很好的解决大学生创业难的问题。因此对于大学生创业趋向及问题研究显得非常必要和紧迫。通过对大学生创业趋向及问题的研究，我们可以更好的把握大学生创业趋向，了解大学生创业过程中出现的问题，并对其进行研究，从而帮助大学生更好的就业，创业。通过本次实践调查，我们进一步了解分析了大学生创业状况以及大学生为创业所需要提高的素质能力和创业工作指导，寻求缓解大学生就业、创业压力的途径。作品以大学生创业问题与我国政策实施的结合为切入点，通过对河南省郑州市和安阳市的200名大学生与若干个政府有关部门进行重点调查，并且结合网上调查、查阅资料等方式了解全国各地区的大学生创业情况和我国政府创业政策实施情况进行辅助调查，从五个部分对大学生创业及政策进行系统的剖析。2本课题以研究大学生创业趋向及问题为主要内容。研究报告共分为四个部分：第一部分阐述当前大学生进行创业的必要性和优势条件。据调查现在大学生创业率并不算高，这与逐年增加的大学生数量并不相称，大量的大学生不能正常创业，导致了人才的大量流失。因此大学生自主创业就成了一个解决大学生创业难题的必然选择。此外，政府为解决大学生创业的问题，大力支持大学生自主创业，并出台各种相关政策鼓励和保护大学生自主创业。第二部分分析当前大学生创业所表现出来的种种趋势及创业过程中面临的种种问题。第三部分探讨大学生创业趋向的形成原因，创业过程中出现的问题的原因。第四部分对先前的调查结果进行整理分析，找出当前大学生创业趋向，并分析其出现的原因，其对大学生创业发展前景的利弊影响。对大学生创业过程中出现的种种问题进行分析研究，找出解决的具体方法和措施，帮助大学生更好的创业。关键字：大学生创业政策实施研究报告解决问题AbstractInrecentyears,theongoingreformofhighereducation,HigherEducationandfromtheelitetopopularthepaceofchange,universityenrollmentingeneral,therapidincreaseinthenumberofcollegestudents,seniorpersonnelareincreasing,whiletheEmploymentofCollegeGraduatesbecomemoreapparent.However,thesocialproductiveforcesandsocialneedsofunevendevelopmenthasbeentheemployment3ofuniversitystudentsisahottopicofsocialconcern,italsohasadifficultlong-termdifficulttoresolve.Therefore,governmentsupportstudentsstarttheirownbusinesses,expandthebusinesscollegestudentsface,studentseasethedifficultemploymentissues.AstheGovernment'spoliciesoncollegestudentsventureimperfect,studentsstartthinkinganduncoordinatedsocialreality,collegestudentsandbusinessstudentsdidnotstartverygoodsolutiontodifficultproblems.Therefore,trendsandissuesforstudentsofentrepreneurshipisverynecessaryandurgent.Studentsstartontheresearchtrendsandissues,wecanbettergraspthetrendofcollegestudentsstarttounderstandthestudentsproblemsintheentrepreneurialprocess,anditsresearchtohelpstudentsbetteremployment,entrepreneurship.Throughthispracticeofinvestigation,wefurtherunderstandandanalyzethestatusofuniversitystudentsanduniversitystudentsfortheentrepreneurialventureoftheneedtoimprovethequalityandabilityandentrepreneurialworkguidance,foreasegraduateemployment,entrepreneurshippressureway.Businessissuesandworkswithstudentsacombinationofpolicyimplementationasthestartingpoint,throughandAnyangCity,HenanProvince,ZhengzhouCity,the200college4studentswithseveralgovernmentdepartmentstofocusoninvestigation,andwithonlinesurveys,accesstoinformationandotherwaystounderstandthecountryregionalsituationandthestudentsstarttheimplementationofgovernmentpoliciesforsupportingentrepreneurshipsurveyofcollegestudentsfromthefive-partsystemofbusinessandpolicyanalysis.Studentsstarttostudythisissueandtheproblemstendtomaincontent.Studyisdividedintofourparts:PartIdescribestheneedforcurrentcollegestudentsandbusinessadvantages.Accordingtothesurveythatstudentsarenothighbusinessrates,whichincreasedyearbyyearisnotcommensuratewiththenumberofcollegestudents,alargenumberofcollegestudentscannotnormallyventure,resultinginabraindrain.Therefore,studentsstarttheirownbusinessventurehasbecomeasolutiontotheproblemoftheinevitablechoiceforcollegestudents.Inaddition,studentsstarttosolvetheproblem,studentssupporttheirownbusinesses,andintroducedvariouspoliciestoencourageandprotectthestudentsstarttheirownbusinesses.Thesecondpartoftheanalysisofthecurrentstudentsshownbyallthebusinesstrendsandbusinessprocessissuesfaced.Thethirdpart5discussesthetendencyofcollegestudentsstartthecauses,theentrepreneurialprocesscausesproblems.Thefourthpartoftheprevioussurveyresultsandanalyzedtoidentifythecurrentbusinesstrendofcollegestudents,andanalyzethereasonsforitsemergence,itsprospectsforthedevelopmentofcollegestudentstheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofentrepreneurship.Studentsstartontheproblemsoccurredduringtheanalysisandstudy,findsolutionstothespecificmethodsandmeasurestohelpstudentsbetterbusiness.Keywords:Studententrepreneurspolicyimplementationresearchreportsproblem-solving6目录引言7第一部分9第二部分14第三部分22第四部分30第五部分48参考文献507引言受国际金融危机影响，加上国内本身的结构性问题，11年中国的就业形势将异常严峻。11年企业用人需求下降的趋势难有根本性转变；回流的农民工以及新增的需要转移的农村劳动力，将面临难以转移就业的问题，导致农村失业问题加重；城镇低学历青年以及规模不断增大的大学毕业生就业将更加困难。随着我国现阶段毕业生数量急剧增长，社会可提供的就业岗位增长缓慢，因而造成就业矛盾十分严峻。因此，创业之路成了大学毕业生走向成功之路的又一选择。但是灵儿遗憾的是，有调查显示，目前我国大学生创业比例较低，不到毕业生总数的1%。据统计，大学生毕业后有过创业冲动的不少，但真正创业的人不多。创业是个新名词，尤其是大学生创业。因为自主创业这个概念在家庭教育和学校教育中很少提及，所以多数大学生在谈及创业问题时，尚未涉及到项目、资金和可行性的阶段就选择了放弃。现在大学生在就业上的依赖性依然很强，大学生的自主创业素质不高，“怀才而喜欢被人赏识和使用”的心理太重。大学生应该努力改变这种心理。在就业方面要做两手准备：一是自主择业;二是自主创业。国家出台了很多以创业带动就业的优惠政策，各地也非常重视培养学生的创业意识，但很多学生不敢大胆尝试。在条件成熟的时候，大学生一定要勇敢迈出这一步，因为错过了二十几岁的大好时光，等到三四十岁时，“闯”的劲头就更小了。同时，毕业生就业市场化与毕业生滞后的就业观之间的冲突显得十分突出，毕业生到经济8欠发达地区和基层就业的态势尚未形成，人才供需结构性矛盾仍然存在，这些都影响着高校毕业生的就业。时下又将是毕业生就业的高峰期，为了更好的了解大学生的就业心态和对目前就业形势的认识，我们组织了此项调查，由此进一
