I厦门罗宾森广场二期总承包工程基坑工程施工方案目录1工程概况···································································································11.1工程建设概况·····················································································11.2人工挖孔桩概况··················································································11.3自然条件···························································································12施工准备···································································································22.1作业条件···························································································22.2材料要求···························································································32.3施工机具···························································································33施工部署···································································································43.1工期目标···························································································43.2质量目标···························································································43.3施工区(段)划分··············································································43.4施工综述···························································································43.5主要资源需用计划··············································································54主要施工工艺及技术措施··············································································64.1施工工艺流程·····················································································64.2人工挖孔施工·····················································································64.3桩身钢筋笼安装··················································································94.4桩身砼浇灌························································································94.5多水量孔桩桩芯混凝土施工································································104.6检测·······························································································105质量保证措施···························································································105.1质量管理目标···················································································105.2质量管理体系····················································································115.3质量要求··························································································115.4质量保证措施···················································································125.5成品保护措施···················································································136安全生产保证措施·····················································································131厦门罗宾森广场二期总承包工程基坑工程施工方案人工挖孔桩专项施工方案1工程概况1.1工程建设概况本工程由厦门顶峰房地产开发有限公司投资兴建,位于厦门市厦禾路与湖滨东路交叉路口西北角。工程占地面积14406㎡,总建筑面积155578㎡,其中地上总建筑面积134353㎡,地下室建筑面积21225㎡。本工程地下室整体二层,上部共分6栋单体。1#~2#楼为三十三层,建筑高度99.9米;3#~5#楼为49层,建筑高度147.7米;幼儿园地上3层,建筑高度11.25米。地下室二层为停车库(战时人防工程),地下一层为设备用房及停车库;1#楼一层为商铺及居委会,二层以上为单身公寓;2#~5#楼一层布置少数店铺,二层以上均为住宅。本工程合同同期拟于07年7月6日开工,并于11年12月22日完成包括桩基础工程、土建、室内装饰、外装饰及机电工程和室外工程等所有工程的竣工交付。1.2人工挖孔桩概况本工程基坑围护桩采用人工挖孔桩,桩径为900,间距1500,共228根,桩长12.5~14.3m。引用规范:1)《建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50202-2002);2)《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ9-2008);3)《厦门市地区人工挖孔桩混凝土灌注桩技术管理规定》厦建监安(2000)51号。1.3自然条件1.3.1工程地质条件本工程场地进行平整后,场地地貌基本平整,除基坑西北角分布一临时活动板房外,场地大面标高约为-3.10m。根据中冶长天国际工程有限责任公司提供的《厦门罗宾森广场二期工程岩土工程勘察报告》,场地内岩土体自上而下分布特征如下表所述:层次土层名称厚度(m)描述①素填土1.1~10.5土质不均,粘性土为主,局部含碎石、碎砖②中砂2.0土质不均,中粗石英砂为主,含少量泥质2厦门罗宾森广场二期总承包工程基坑工程施工方案层次土层名称厚度(m)描述③淤泥1.1~2.9土质尚匀,软-流塑,粘、粉粒为主,含腐殖质,局部混砂④中砂1.3~6.2土质尚匀,石英砂为主,泥质少,局部粗砂⑤灰黄、灰白色粉质粘土1.6~9.5土质尚匀,可-硬塑,粘、粉粒杂少量石英砂6a残积砾质粘性土2.3~21.4土质不均,高岭土、石英、云母为主,局部有孤石等风化不均体6b脉岩残积粘性土14.4~22.4土质尚匀,可-硬塑,粘粉粒为主7a全风化花岗岩1.4~9.5土质不均,高岭土、石英及云母为主,局部有孤石等风化不均体7b全风化脉岩2.4~7.7土质尚匀,斜长石风化的粉、粘粒为主8a砂砾状强风化花岗岩1.95~11.0土质不均,含少量石英,局部有孤石8b土状强风化脉岩1.6~8.5土质尚匀,呈脉状穿插于强风化花岗岩中9a碎块状强风化花岗岩0.5~15.3土质不均,长石、石英及暗色矿物为主,局部有孤石9b碎块状强风化脉岩1.7~11.9土质不均,斜长石为主,含少量暗色矿物,局部有孤石10a中风化花岗岩4.9~13.3土质尚匀,长石、石英为主,含少量云母10b中风化脉岩6.7~8.5土质尚匀,斜长石及少量暗色矿物为主1.3.2水文地质条件结合地层情况和基坑围护施工图,人工挖孔桩开挖深度内主要土层为素填土①、中砂②、淤泥③、中砂④、粉质粘土⑤、残积砾质粘性土6a等。地下水主要赋存和运移于素填土①、中砂②、④的孔隙、残积土⑥、全风岩⑦的孔隙、网状裂隙及下部强~微风化花岗岩(⑧~⑩)的裂隙中。地下水类型除素填土①为上层滞水及局部地段的中砂④及局部基岩裂隙水受上覆土层弱透水层或相对隔水层作用为承压或微承压水外,大多为潜水。2施工准备2.1作业条件3厦门罗宾森广场二期总承包工程基坑工程施工方案1)开挖前场地完成三通一平。地上、地下的电缆、管线、旧建筑物、设备基础等障碍物均已排除处理完毕。各项临时设施,如照明、动力、通风、安全设施准备就绪。2)熟悉施工图纸及场地的地下土质、水文地质资料,做到心中有数。3)按围护桩平面布置图,设置桩位轴线、定位点;桩孔四周洒灰线,测定高程水准点。放线工序完成后,办理验收手续。4)严格按设计要求制作钢筋笼,各项允许误差符合规范的规定。5)全面开挖之前,有选择地先挖两个试验桩孔,分析土质、水文等有关情况,确定人工挖孔桩施工的可行性,并确定基坑开挖是否需要进行降水。6)人工挖孔操作的安全至关重要,开挖前对施工人员进行全面的安全技术交底;操作前对吊具进行安全可靠的检查和试验,确保施工安全。2.2材料要求1)混凝土:桩身混凝土强度等级为C30,混凝土的用料及配合比按现行规范和规程处理。2)水泥:采用32.5级以上普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥,有产品合格证,出厂检验报告和进场复验报告。3)砂:中砂或粗砂,有进场复验报告。4)石子:粒径为0.5~3.2cm的卵石或碎石,有进场复验报告。5)水:自来水或不含有害物质的洁净水。6)钢筋:钢筋的品种、级别或规格必须符合设计要求,有产品合格证,出厂检验报告和进场复验报告,表面清洁无老锈和油污。7)垫块:用1:3水泥砂浆埋22#火烧丝提前预制或用塑料卡。8)火烧丝:规格18~20#铁丝烧成。9)外加剂、掺合料:根据施工需要通过试验确定,有出厂质量证明、检测报告、复试报告。2.3施工机具三木搭、卷扬机组或电动葫芦、手推车或翻斗车、镐、锹、手铲、钎、线坠、定滑轮组、导向滑轮组、混凝土搅拌机、吊桶、溜槽、导管、振捣棒、插钎、粗麻绳、钢丝绳、安全活动盖板、防水照明灯(低压36Ⅴ、100W)、电焊机、通风及供氧设备、扬程水泵、木辘轳、活动爬梯、安全带等。模板:组合式钢模、弧
