1BayerTDITrainHCL-OXPlant拜耳异氰酸酯和聚醚项目TDI联合装置盐酸氧化装置HTSContainerLiftPlanHTS集装箱吊装施工方案Approvedby/批准:Checkedby/审核:Preparedby/编制:中国南海工程有限公司Mar22th,20112Content目录一.General概况二.Reference编制依据三.Liftprocedure吊装施工程序四.Safetymeasures安全措施五.Laborforcearrangement劳动力组织六.Listofconstructionmachinesandtools施工机具一览表七.Calculationofcablewire钢丝绳计算八.RiskEvaluation风险评估九.Propertiesofcrane吊车性能表3一、General概况:ThisprojectisliftingconstructionforcontainerofHTSsaltforBayerTDITrainHCL-OXPlantwiththepurposeofunloadingcontainerandfillingtheHTScollectiondrumwithHTSsalt.WorkingareaoftheprojectlocatesonthesideofHTScollectiondruminUnitC521closingtothepiperack.Theworkscopeincludesliftingandunloadingof10containers,eachofwhichisaround20tandwhichshallbearrangedin2groupsaswellastransportinganother2containers,eachofwhichisaround9t,tothedesignatedarea.Safetyshallbehighlightedconsideringthefactthatlarge-scaleliftingworkinsideplantareainvolved.Necessaryriskassessmentshallbewelldone.Duringlifting,anypossibledamagetoexistentequipmentsandinstrumentsshallbeavoided.Andbeforeliftingcommences,access,powersupply,firefightingfacilities,mainmaterials,toolsandlaborforceshallbefullypreparedandarranged.本工程为拜耳TDI联合装置盐酸氧化装置HTS收集罐导热盐集装箱运输吊装工程,其目的是为HTS收集罐充装导热盐卸载集装箱,本工程作业区域在C521单元HTS收集罐CA31BA001靠近管廊一侧。本项目吊装卸车共10台分两批次每个约20吨的满载导热盐集装箱另加2个约9吨空集装箱到指定区域。由于本项目是属于装置区内的大型吊装作业,出于安全考虑,必须做好必要的吊装风险评估,吊装时注意避免原有设备和仪器遭到损坏。在进行吊装前对运输通道、电源、消防设施、主要材料和机具及劳动力应有充分准备和安排。Basedonthesiteinvestigation,herebyweNHCCproposewith2flexibleoptionsforcontainerlifting.1.ExecuteliftingwithcraneontheaccesseasttotheHTScollectiondruminC521Indexanalysis:itisunnecessarytoremovetheironbalustradeundersuchcondition.However,theworkarearadiusisratherbig,andthustherequiredcranetonnageisbig,andthecostincreasesconsequently.Parkingpositionoftransportingvehiclesshouldbeadjustedflexiblyaccordingtothatofthecrane.2.ExecuteliftingwithcraneinsidetheironbalustradeeasttotheHTScollectiondruminC521.Indexanalysis:itisnecessarytoremovepartoftheironbalustrade.Theworkarearadiusissmall,andthecostislowconsequently.Anditiseasierforthetransportingvehiclestobeguidedinposition.现根据现场勘查,我公司准备两套可行性集装箱吊装方案:1、采用吊车在置C521区域HTS收集罐东面的道路上进行吊装指标分析:不需要拆除铁围栏,但吊装半径大,使用要求的吊车吨位也就较大,费用相对较高,运输车辆必须根据吊车站位灵活地进行调整到位。42、采用吊车进入C521区域的HTS收集罐东面铁围栏内进行吊装指标分析:必须拆除部分铁围栏让吊车进入铁围栏内,吊装半径较小,使用吊车要求的吨位也较小,费用相对较低,运输车辆容易依次到位。二、Compilationreference编制依据Theliftingworkshallexecutethefollowingcodes,specificationsandrequirements:本吊装工程执行以下规范、规程和要求:①CodeforConstructionofLiftingWorkforEngineeringArchitecture工程建设起重施工规范;②SpecificationofSafeOperationforLiftingWork起重吊装安全操作规程;③StandardofConstructionTechniqueforLarge-sizedEquipmentLiftingWork大型设备吊装工程施工工艺标准;④PerformanceListofConveyingflatbedtrucks,cranes运输平板车、吊车性能表;⑤ManagementSystemofSafeOperationofCranesIssuedbyBayerCompany拜耳公司有关吊车安全作业管理制度;⑥AllconcreterequirementsforliftingworksetoutbytheOwnerandEngineeringSupervisor.业主和工程监理对吊装工程的各项具体要求。三、Liftingexecutionprocedure吊装施工程序3.1、Constructionprocedure施工步骤1、Fieldandgroundbasetreatment场地及地基处理a、ThemainroadforthePlantshallkeepunblocked.装置的主干道始终保持通畅。b、Ensurethecranelegshavesufficientbearingareas.Bayerprovidetheareaandtheconcealedworkdocument.保证吊车支腿有足够的承压面积(业主提供此区域隐蔽工程资料)。2、Craneshallenterintositeandbeinpositionasperdrawings.(seeliftingdrawingsfordetails)汽车吊车进入现场,按图站位(详见吊装示意图)。3、Writtenconsentbytheownerandmanagementcompanyshallbeobtainedbeforeremovingexistentironbalustradeifnecessary.需要拆除原有铁围栏或其它原有设施前要经过由业主及管理公司方面的书面许可。4、Lay-downdirectionofcontainerissubjecttotherequirementofconstructioncompanywhenloading5containersontotransportingvehicles.Trucksloadingcontainersshallbeparkedonindicatedunloadingareaafterenteringintosite.集装箱装车时的摆放方向按施工单位要求作业,装集装箱的卡车进入现场,停靠在指定卸车位置。5、ThehoistspreadingpositionshouldbeapprovedbyBayer&TJU.吊车的站位应得到业主及管理公司的确认。6、Craneshallbehookedandstartlifting.Liftthecontainerapartfromthetrucktotheworkarearadiusandstayfor5minutes.Inspectthesupportofcrane,ground,cablewire,clampandbodyofcontainer.Liftingshallbecontinuedafterwrittenconfirmationwiththeowner.汽车吊车挂钩,起吊,当集装箱离开车体后将设备吊至吊装的工作半径,静止5分钟,观察吊车支腿、地面、钢丝绳、卸扣以及设备本体,经业主确认无误签字后,继续起吊。7、Afterfinishingofliftingwork,theOwnershallsignandapprove.吊装结束以后,业主签字确认。8、Arrangementofperiodforcraneapplication吊车台班时间安排。Oneworkingperiodofcraneis2days.汽车吊吊车工作台班为2天.3.2Technicalpresentationalreadydoneandpreparedliftingplanapprovedbytheowner.已经进行吊装施工技术交底工作,并编制吊装施工方案已报得业主批准。3.3Containerliftedinposition集装箱吊装就位Regardastheemptycontainers(eacharound9t)transportedintosite,50tcraneinthedesignatedpositioninsidetheironbalustradeshallbeappliedtoliftthosecontainersinpositiondirectly.RegardasthecontainersfullofHTSsalt(eacharound20t),whichshallbedividedinto2groups,subjecttotheactualposition,200tor300tcraneshallbeappliedtoliftthosecontainersinpositiondirectly.(seeattachedliftingdrawings3/4/5/6)对先行运输进场的空集装箱(约9t)采用50吨汽车吊进入铁围栏内指定位置进行直接吊装就位。装满导热盐的集装箱(每个约20t)分两批次根据站位不同情况采用200t和300t吊车直接吊装就位(详见附件吊装示意图3/4/5/6)3.4.50tliftingParameters50t吊装参数3.4.1Containerparameters集装箱参数Overalldimensions外形尺寸:5.90x2.34x2.38mWeight集装箱重量:9tLiftingweight吊装重量:G=Q+Q’)=9+0.5=9.5tIntheformula式中:6G-Liftingweight吊装重量Q-Containerwei
