吉林化工学院信息与控制工程学院生产实习报告学生学号:学生姓名:专业班级:指导教师:职称:起止日期:2013吉林化工学院JilinInstituteofChemicalTechnology吉林化工学院信息与控制工程学院生产实习报告-I-目录第1章生产实习的目的································································································1第2章下厂实习内容···································································································22.1生产实习地点简介·····························································································22.2实习目的及日程安排··························································································22.3安全教育··········································································································22.3.1厂级安全教育···························································································22.3.2车间级安全教育························································································32.4工厂实习内容····································································································42.4.1DCS系统介绍···························································································42.4.2测量仪表介绍···························································································52.4.3调节阀的介绍···························································································6第3章仿真实习·········································································································83.1仿真目的及时间安排··························································································83.2仿真软件介绍····································································································83.3锅炉工艺系统介绍·····························································································93.4三种控制方案··································································································113.4.1单冲量控制系统······················································································113.4.2双冲量控制系统······················································································113.4.3三冲量控制系统······················································································113.5仿真步骤及曲线分析························································································123.5.1工业锅炉的冷态开车················································································123.5.2上汽包水位的干扰实验·············································································133.5.3过热蒸汽温度值的干扰试验·······································································15结论·························································································································17参考文献···················································································································18吉林化工学院信息与控制工程学院生产实习报告-1-第1章生产实习的目的生产实习是培养本科生实践能力的主要教学环节,对于促进理论联系实际、了解学科专业发展现状、增强实践动手能力、提高学生综合素质具有十分重要的作用。1.通过接触实际、了解社会,使学生对本专业生产、设计和相关研究课题等建立感性认识。2.巩固所学理论知识,同时获得生产实际知识和技能,学习先进的生产技术和企业组织管理知识,培养分析和解决工程实际问题的初步能力。3.了解社会和国情,直接向工人和工程技术人员、管理人员学习各种相关的实践知识,增强劳动观念,培养学生事业心和责任感,为今后走向社会打下良好的基础。吉林化工学院信息与控制工程学院生产实习报告-2-第2章下厂实习内容2.1生产实习地点简介吉化乙烯厂隶属于中国石油天然气股份有限公司年产30万吨乙烯。聚乙烯厂乙烯装置采用德国林德专利技术,由韩国三星工程公司负责工程总承包,吉林化建承建,原设计乙烯生产能力为30万吨,主体装置占地面积5.32公顷,总投资(包括动力锅炉部分)为32.9亿元乙烯装置于1993年11月破土动工,于1996年9月16日一次化工投料开车成功乙烯装置采用90年代先进地乙烯生产技术,并在2001年进行了一期挖潜改造,使乙烯装置生产能力在年操作8000小时地条件下,可产乙烯38万吨,丙稀18万吨。2004年将开始二期扩能改造。按年操作8000小时计,本装置的设计规模达到年产70万吨聚合级乙烯;9万吨聚合级丙烯;26万吨化学级丙烯。2.2实习目的及日程安排实习目的:1、掌握进厂实习安全需知,熟悉厂区三级安全知识;2、了解乙烯厂的发展历史和目前的状况;3、认识DCS控制台,操作台以及盘柜,了解它们之间的联系,知道其在生产过程中的作用;4、学习控制仪表在生产过程中的相关知识以及仪表安装注意事项;5、学习讨论监控室设备的相关知识,了解自动化仪表的工业应用方式。日程安排:本次生产实习从2013年9月16日开始到吉林石化公司乙烯厂实习,至9月18日结束下厂实习。具体日程安排如下:9月16日:进行下厂安全教育并签订安全责任书。工作人员带领我们进行厂外设备及厂区建设的总体参观。9月17日:深入工厂内部,由工作人员带领进入生产现场的控制车间,并由专业负责人员进行DCS控制流程及ESD的讲解,并在培训室进行测量仪表及调节阀的介绍。9月18日:由实际设计生产的工作人员通过PPT为我们讲解该工厂的主要生产产品、产品规格及生产流程主要技术。2.3安全教育根据规定,每一名新员工、外单位来实习培训的人员,大中专技校毕业生进厂必须要经过厂级、车间级、班组级安全教育。教育不合格者不准进入生产岗位。2.3.1厂级安全教育该厂建厂时只有6套个生产装置,目前投入使用的共有9套生产装置。该厂是甲级防火,Ⅱ区级防爆单位,生产过程中的原料、中间产品具有常温下能自燃或爆炸,能产生可燃气体并引起燃烧或爆炸,经撞击、摩擦易引起燃烧爆炸,本生产设备处于高温、高压、高转速、低温真空状态运行,吉林化工学院信息与控制工程学院生产实习报告-3-露天装置多。故该厂规定以下主要注意事项:1、不准在易燃爆区域使用手机、照相机、铁质工具等非防爆器具;2、汽油等有机溶剂擦洗设备、工具、衣物会造成产生静电,引起燃烧烧伤本人,燃烧失控会引起爆炸的后果;3、严禁堵塞消防通道及随意挪用或损坏消防设备、防火防爆设备;4、触电时应切断电源,用木棒、皮带、橡胶制品等绝缘物拨开;5、进入工厂必须按要求穿戴劳动防护用品,其中包括防静电(或棉质)工作服,戴安全帽,不带铁钉的鞋;6、佩戴安全帽应该主要帽壳于帽衬之间要有一定的空间距离,必须系紧颌带,长发应盘放在安全帽内。7、上班前饮酒会给身体带来动作笨拙异常,导致受伤、嗜睡、容易引起高空坠落,加重中毒;8、身体和眼睛被化学品灼伤后应该用大量水冲洗。2.3.2车间级安全教育仪表车间最大的危险源是厂罐区罐内有限的空间作业。电焊作业是产生的有毒有害气体主要成分是氮氧化合物。在狭小的地方使用二氧化碳灭火器容易造成缺氧事故。施焊场周围应清除可燃、易燃易爆物品或覆盖隔离。在高处作业时,不要穿底面钉铁件的鞋子。当作业场所发生突发性火灾时,应当立即报警并及时扑灭初起火灾。动火分析项目的取样点有动火所在单位的当班班长、组长或化工岗位操作人员提出。动火中断30分钟后重新动火时,需要重新进行可燃气体分析。动火时动火人、看火人和施工单位动火人应该分别留存一份动火证。安全带低挂高用,特殊情况下也可以用绳子代替安全带使用。不能在带压或存有物料的设备及管线上工作,将其压力或物料泄尽后方可进行工作。不可以用汽油等易挥发溶剂擦洗设备、衣物、工具及地面。电气操作时不可以使用电笔代替螺丝刀作业。高处作业严禁站在不坚固的结构物上进行作业。工作临时用火现场环境发生变化时,需要继续用火时应重新检查确认现场环境。有限空间执行双人监护制度。在木板式地面上使用梯子时,梯角应有金属防滑器,在混凝土式光滑地面上使用时梯角应有橡胶套合成纤维防滑垫,应有专人扶持。仪表车间主要采用的灭火器材有2公斤干粉灭火器、2公斤干粉灭火器和1211灭火器。现场用火人员应严格执行安全用火管理制度,做到“四不用火”即:用火作业票未经签发不用火,用火作业票提出的安全措施没有落实不用火,用火部位、时间与用火作业票不符不用火。酸碱岗位操作时应该佩戴防酸减手套,穿防酸碱工作服,佩戴防酸碱面罩。如果易燃化学品发生泄漏,在泄漏扩散区
