EMPLOYMENTCONTRACTContractNo.:AWG2012008Employer(PartyA):AccessWorldGroupLimitedEmployee(PartyB):ZiboWangThisEmploymentContractismadeandenteredintoonthedayofFeb.8th,2012byandbetweenAccessWorldGroupLimited(hereinafterreferredtoas“PartyA”)andZiboWang(hereinafterreferredtoas“PartyB”).ArticleIGeneralProvisions1.Partyresponsiblefortheimplementationoftheproject,PartyBbasedengineeringcompanyprovidingservices.2.Thiscontractsigningdate,untilallremainingissuesbetweentheparties,includingthedateofthefinancialproblemdisposedonly.Articlestaff1.BAnnexItothiscontract,thecompanyshouldprovideservicesListandAnnexIItotheagreedproject,thenumberoftechnicalconditions,tosendthedateanddurationofwork,fortheProjecttosendtheirauthorizedrepresentatives,technicians,workers,managementandservicepersonnel(hereinafterreferredtoasstaff).2.AnnexesIandIIbasedpartofthecontract,itscontentinthesignatureofthiscontractshallnotbechangedafterthecommencementofageneral.InexceptionalcircumstanceswhenanemployerwantstochangebytheBcompanyagreedtothefollowingprovisionsshallapply:(1)Forachangeofpersonnelbeforedeparture,thePartyshouldchangethecontentofonemonthinadvancewrittennoticetoPartyB,PartyAchangeofplans,suchasfailuretonotifytheBcompany,BCompanywasplanningtoconcentrateandOrdertickets,PartyAshallpaytheresultinglosses.(2)staffworkbeforetheexpirationoftheperiod,Forterminationofemployment,theemployershallterminatetheemploymentinthemonthspriorwrittennoticetoPartyB____.(3)Forstaffworkingtermextension,PartyAshallbe____monthsbeforetheexpiryofawrittennoticetoPartyB.3.PartyauthorizedrepresentativeresponsiblefororganizingthestaffonsitetofulfillthecontractobligationsofChinesecompanies,andisresponsibleformanagementofinternalaffairs.Articlevisasandotherdocuments1.PartyBshallhandletherelevantprovisionsoftheChineseGovernmentpersonnelentriesintoChinaallthenecessaryformalitiesandbearthecosts.2.PartyshouldbethehostoftherelevantprovisionsoftheGovernmentofficersandstayoutofthehostcountry,workpermits,motorvehicledriver'slicenseandothernecessaryformalitiesandbearthecosts.Partyforthestaffhandlingtheprocedures,shouldbeputforwardbyPartyBtoprovidespecificandclearallthenecessarydocuments,asaresultofPartyA'srequirementsareunclearandleadtoinadequatedocumentationresultedinstaffcannotenterorunabletoobtainresidenceandworkpermitstheBirresponsible.3.IfthePartyfailstogiveofficersinthehostcountryofresidence,workpermitsandmotorvehicledrivinglicense,ErShistaffcannotworkduetostaffsalariesduringthisperiodofthecontract.Ifofficerswereforcedtoreturn,theemployershouldpaythereturntravelofstaff,andpayper____monthcontractsalaryincompensation.
