密级:四川大学工程硕士专业学位论文(设计)题目XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX作者XXX完成日期XXXX年X月培养单位:四川大学商学院指导教师:XXX副教授指导教师:XXX高级工程师工程领域:XXXXXX授予学位日期:年月日四川大学xx级工程硕士(ME)学位论文第2页共60页XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX工业工程专业研究生:XXX导师:XXXXXX摘要随着市场经济的不断完善,产品质量作为企业参与市场竞争特别是国际市场竞争的一项重要手段,其作用已越来越为众多企业所重视,我国产品质量水平经过多年的努力已有明显的提高,随着一系列标准的贯彻和按照该标准开展的质量体系认证工作的日益普及,企业的质量管理水平也有了明显的提高。但有部分企业却不同程度地存在着重认证轻实施的问题,把通过认证作为目的,而不是作为提高管理水平的手段,即使对执行与实施重视的部分企业中,在贯彻标准过程中,往往也因对检测工作在控制产品质量中的作用认识不足或虽有认识却因相关知识的欠缺而无法有效地发挥其作用,致使在企业产品质量控制中,往往会因计量检测手段的配备不合理或检测过程的控制不完善,使产品质量出现不稳定。本文系统深入的研究了这些问题,建立一套成熟有效的检测方法,重点把关关键环节,从全局着手,基于全部检测过程,认真详细分析;合理选配检测中使用的计量器具,保证计量器具性能要求合格,同时也可以降低检测成本;重视测量过程中的控制,减少因测量失控而造成的损失,有效控制测量的准确性和可靠性,保证产品质量。在研究了产品质量控制里的计量检测的性质、特征和作用之后,还采取世界通用的计量科学与管理理论、统计控制理论以及最新获得的测量不确定理论的成果,研究了计量检测过程中合理选配计量器具及对计量检测过程的控制问题,在以下两方面有所突破。一是解决了合理选配检测用计量器具的问题,并进行了应用实践。对有公差要求的被测对象开展检测工作,并归纳得出了误判风险、公差、加工过程能力与所选配计量器具MPE值之间的关系;对仅有测量结果的允许误差要求的被测对象,推导出了计量器具的MPE值与规定的对被测对象允许误差的关系。二是根据对最新版的“ISO10012:2003标准”中理解测量过程控制的一些内容,在实际操作中分别对两个企业选取的测量过程进行了控制,获得了一定的成功。关键词:计量检测;产品质量;质量控制;计量器具选配四川大学xx级工程硕士(ME)学位论文第3页共60页XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXIndustrialEngineeringGraduateStudent:XXXXSupervisor:XXXXXXAbstractWiththeconstantimprovementofmarketeconomy,theproductqualityasenterprisetoparticipateinmarketcompetition,especiallyintheinternationalmarketcompetitionisanimportantmeans,itsfunctionismoreandmoreattentionbymanyenterprises,productqualitylevelinChinaaftermanyyearsofhardworkhasobviouslyimproved,withaseriesofstandardimplementationandinaccordancewiththestandardtocarryoutpopularizationofqualitysystemcertification,theenterprisequalitymanagementlevelhaveobviousimprovement.Butsomeenterprisesexistindifferentdegreesfocusonislightontheimplementationofcertification,throughthecertificationasthepurpose,ratherthanasawaytoimprovethelevelofmanagement,eventoexecuteandimplementattachesgreatimportancetothepartoftheenterprise,intheprocessofimplementingstandard,oftenduetoinsufficientrecognitionroleinthecontrolofproductqualitytestingworkorknowanybutduetothelackofknowledgecannoteffectivelyplayitsrole,causesintheenterpriseproductqualitycontrol,oftenbecauseofthemetrologicaltestingmeanswithunreasonableorprocesscontrolisnotperfect,andtheproductqualityisnotstable.Systemin-depthstudyoftheseproblems,thispaperestablishesasetofmatureandeffectivedetectionmethod,thekeycontrolkeylink,fromtheglobal,basedonthewholetestingprocess,carefullydetailedanalysis;Reasonableselectingmeasuringinstrumentsusedinthetest,guaranteethemetrologicalinstrumentperformancerequirement,atthesametimealsocanreducethetestcost;Valuemeasurementintheprocessofcontrol,reducethelosscausedbymeasurementisoutofcontrol,effectivecontrolofmeasurementaccuracyandreliability,toensureproductquality.Fromastudyofthenatureoftheproductqualitycontrolinthemeasurementtest,characteristicsandrole,alsotakingtheworldgeneralmeasurementscienceandmanagementtheory,statisticalcontroltheoryandthelatestresultsofthetheoryofuncertaintyinmeasurement,themeasurementtestintheprocessofreasonableselectingandmeasuringinstrumentsformeasuringcontrolproblemintheprocessofdetection,abreakthroughinthefollowingtwoaspects.Oneissolvedtheproblemofreasonableselectingdetectionusingmeasuringinstruments,andapplytopractice.Ofmeasuredobjectwithtolerancerequirementsto四川大学xx级工程硕士(ME)学位论文第4页共60页carryouttheinspectionwork,anditisconcludedthattheriskofmiscarriage,tolerance,processingabilityandtherelationshipbetweenthematchingMPEvaluemeasuringinstruments;Requirementsforonlythemarginoferrorofmeasurementresultsofmeasuredobject,deducedtheMPEvalueofmeasuringinstrumentsandprovisionsontherelationshipbetweentheerrorofmeasuredobjectallows.Second,accordingtothelatestversionoftheISO10012:2003standardinunderstandingsomecontentsofmeasurementprocesscontrol,intheactualoperationoftwocompaniesselectedmeasurementprocesscontrol,acertainsuccess.Keywords:measurementtest;Thequalityoftheproduct;Qualitycontrol;Measuringinstrumentsmatching四川大学xx级工程硕士(ME)学位论文第5页共60页目录摘要..................................................................................................................................................................2Abstract.............................................................................................................................................................3目录..................................................................................................................................................................5第1章绪论........................................................................................................................................................71.1问题的提出...........................................................................................................................................71.2国内外研究现状...................................................................................................................................71.3本文的主要内容与研究路径.............................................................................................................111.4论文的创新点...................................................................
