河南万基控股集团2×60万千瓦机组上大压小工程循环水系统蝶阀技术协议买方:万基控股集团有限公司卖方:铁岭铁阀集团有限公司设计单位:河南省电力勘测设计院2013年9月目录一.主机循环水系统液控蝶阀··········································································1附件1设备技术协议····················································································11总则···································································································12工程概况·····························································································13设计条件和运行条件··············································································24技术要求·····························································································25监造、见证及出厂验收试验·····································································56清洁,油漆,包装,装卸,运输与储存······················································57设备技术数据表····················································································5附件2供货范围··························································································7附件3技术资料交付····················································································81一般要求·······························································································82资料提交的基本要求··············································································9附件4质量保证及验收试验···········································································91概述···································································································92工厂检验···························································································103设备监造···························································································104设备的检查及试验···············································································11附件5技术服务和联络···············································································12附件6分包商与外购部件情况······································································14附件7大件部件情况··················································································14二.凝汽器进、出口及循环水泵入口电动蝶阀···················································15附件1技术协议·······················································································15附件2供货范围·······················································································26附件3技术资料及交付进度·······································································28附件4设备交货进度(以商务条款为准)·····················································30附件5监造、检验和性能验收试验······························································31附件6分包与外购····················································································35附件7技术服务和联络·············································································36附件8大件部件情况················································································391一.主机循环水系统液控蝶阀附件1设备技术协议1总则1.1本技术协议适用于万基控股集团2×600MW机组工程的主机循环水泵出口液控蝶阀的采购。本次供货范围为2台机组所配备的6台液控蝶阀。1.2本技术协议包括液控蝶阀及其附属设备的功能设计、结构、性能、安装和试验等方面的技术要求。1.3本技术协议提出的是最低限度的技术要求,并未对一切技术细节作出明确规定,也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文,卖方保证提供符合本技术协议和工业标准的优质产品。1.4在签订合同后,买方有权以书面形式提出因本技术协议所采用的标准和规程发生变化而产生的一些补充修改要求,具体款项由买、卖双方共同商定。1.5如果卖方没有以书面形式对本技术协议的所有条文提出异议,买方可以认为卖方提供的产品完全满足本技术协议的要求。1.6本技术协议所使用的标准如与卖方所执行的标准发生矛盾时,应按较高标准执行。1.7本技术协议为合同文本的附件,与合同正文有同等效力。1.8所供设备应在至少2个同容量机组及以上工程成功运行2年以上的经验。1.9卖方供货范围内所有设备及附件均采用本工程统一的全厂KKS标识系统。1.10设备采用的专利涉及到的全部费用均被认为已包含在设备报价中,卖方应保证买方不承担有关设备专利的一切责任。1.11卖方所提供设备的外购和配套厂家,必须提供三个以上厂家,买方有权予以补充。最终由买方确定配套厂家。2工程概况万基控股集团有限公司“上大压小”2×600MW机组工程(以下简称万基控股电厂)是以“上大压小”方式,建设2×600MW级超超临界机组。本期工程在已拆除的4×25MW+2×50MW+2×135MW机组场地上建设2×600MW2级超超临界表凝式间接空冷发电机组,预留1×600MW湿冷机组的扩建条件。万基控股电厂现有2×135MW机组+2×300MW空冷供热机组。本期间接空冷主机循环水系统采用单元制,每台机组配3×35%容量循环水泵、1座自然通风双曲线型空气冷却塔。3设计条件和运行条件3.1厂址条件万基控股电厂位于新安县城西北8km的铁门镇庙头村东,东距洛阳40km,西距义马17km,陇海铁路和310国道分别在厂区南、北通过,交通较为便利。场地为原有旧机组和新安水泥厂场地,地形北高南低,自然地面标高306.0~315.0m。厂址地震动峰值加速度值为0.05g,相应的地震基本烈度为6度。3.2气象条件多年平均气压985.4hpa多年平均气温14.5℃历年极端最高气温44.0℃(1966.6.20)历年极端最低气温-17.1℃(1969.1.31)多年平均相对湿度65.0%平均风速2.4m/s最大冻土深度18cm3.3设备安装运行条件安装地点:主机间冷循环水泵房内安装标高:310.0米(1956年黄海高程系统)环境温度:5~45℃循环水介质:除盐水水温5~75℃硬度~0电源电压:三相三线制380V,50Hz4技术要求4.1设备参数34.1.1设备名称及数量设备名称:蓄能罐式液控蝶阀设备型号:HD7Q42X-10C设备数量:共6台4.1.2设备主要参数公称直径:DN1600工作压力:1.0MPa联接型式:双法兰开阀时间:20~60s快关时间:2.5~20s,快关角度:70±8°慢关时间:6~30s,慢关角度:20±8°流阻系数:ζ≤0.125注:设备设计参数为暂定,最终参数由买方确定。4.2设备性能要求4.2.1阀门采用水平安装方式,电磁铁采用带电关阀。4.2.2电气接线要求可就地及远距离控制。4.2.3液控蝶阀应输出无源干接点,接点容量220VAC、5A;110VDC、3A,以满足联锁及保护的要求。4.2.4液控蝶阀能分阶段开、关阀,其开阀、快关、慢关时间及快慢关转换角度等参数均可根据需要现场整定。液控蝶阀开启方式:前15°快开,快开时间2.5~20秒(可调)。蝶阀打开到15°时,同时联锁启动循环水泵;后75°慢开,时间为6~30秒之间(可调)。4.2.5液控止回蝶阀关闭方式:前75°快关,快关时间2.5~20秒(可调);后15°慢关,时间为6~50秒之间(可调)。蝶阀关闭后,同时联锁关闭循环水泵。4.2.6循环水泵启动时,应先开阀(全开或部分开度)后启泵。4.2.7机组正常停机时,液控蝶阀能根据预先调定的不同程序分快慢两阶段关闭阀门,起到截止和止回的作用。4.2.8当机组紧急停机或突然失电等非常工况时,能自动按照预先调定的程序分快慢两阶段自动关闭,直至全关。4.2.9阀门既可实现单独开启和关闭,也可与水泵联动开启和关闭,能实现就地控制、远方控制、泵阀联动控制及通过计算机集中控制等功能。4.2.10蝶阀的操作机构有足够的力矩和刚度,以保证蝶板在启闭过程中平稳运行,4并留有合理的余度。4.2.11蝶阀的传动装置应有以下性能:阀门过载保护;阀门行程保护;应有阀门开度位置指示装置;应有阀门开、关触点,还应有中间行程(开启15度处)触点向外引出,以便与水泵电动机联锁,上述触点接线的引出应满足就地及远方控制室的要求。4.2.12液控蝶阀配供就地控制柜,就地控制柜应满足下列要求:采用PLC控制(至少为买方提供三家,其中包括施耐德Modican昆腾、ABB、西门子,最终型号由买方确定);应有手动/就地电动操作、远程操作(自动)切换装置;就地控制柜设开、关按钮。表示
