兰州交通大学毕业设计(论文)1摘要随着经济的发展和科学技术的进步,高速动车组在我国必将得到更广泛的使用。转向架是动车组的关键部件之一,其性能好坏对动车组运行安全性具有十分重要的影响。所以对高速动车转向架的标准的研究也是非常必要的,同时标准化是一项综合性的技术基础工作,通过标准的制定和组织实施,可以有效地保证和提高产品质量和工程质量,是组织现代化生产和进行贸易的技术准则,是科学管理的重要组成部分。本文简要介绍了国内外包括日本新干线、E系列和欧洲TGV、ICE还有国内CRH系列等高速动车组转向架的发展概况和发展方向,并简述了高速动车组转向架的主要组成零部件的特点与要求。通过对转向架构架的国内标准(TB/T2368-2005)、JIS标准(JISE4207-2002)和UIC标准(UIC615-4-2003)的详细分析和研究,国内标准和UIC标准主要包括列车在超常载荷和模拟运营载荷下的试验方法,JIS标准则对其设计的通用条件及载荷试验方法进行了规定。最后对三个标准进行综合比较和对比研究,找出了它们之间的差异性和存在差别的原因,对TB/T2368-2005提出改进意见。同时本文针对转向架轮对的国内外标准包括《200km/h及以上速度级铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定暂行规定》(以下简称暂行规定)的轮对标准部分、UIC510-5-2003、EN13103-2001、EN13104-2001和JISE4505-1995做了研究与分析,建议按照规定更为严格的欧洲规范进行轮对强度设计,同时应该根据实际运用经验对其进行修改完善,尽快制定出符合本国高速动车组转向架轮对强度的计算标准。最后本文研究了弹簧悬挂装置的国内标准,并将其与其他国外标准进行分析和比较,可以得出国内空气弹簧标准应当吸取既有JIS与EN弹簧标准中合理的内容,结合中国轨道车辆运行情况和运行条件,提出修改的建议。关键词:转向架;构架;轮对;弹簧;标准兰州交通大学毕业设计(论文)2AbstractWiththedevelopmentofnationaleconomyandscientificandtechnologicalprogress,high-speedelectricmulti-units(EMU)isboundtobemorewidelyusedinChina.ThebogieisoneofthekeycomponentsoftheEMU,itsperformanceisgoodorbadtohaveanimportantimpactofEMUrunsecurity.Standardofhigh-speedmotorbogieisalsoverynecessary,whilestandardizationisacomprehensivetechnicalfoundationwork,implementedthroughthedevelopmentofstandardsandorganizationscaneffectivelyensureandimproveproductqualityandqualityoftheprojectistoorganizemodernizationofproductionandtrade-relatedtechnicalstandards,animportantpartofscientificmanagement.Thispaperintroducesthedomesticandforeign,includingJapan'sShinkansen,theSeriesEandtheEuropeanTGV,ICE,aswellasdomesticCRHseriessuchastheoverviewofthedevelopmentanddirectionofdevelopmentofhigh-speedEMUbogieandamajorcomponentofhigh-speedEMUbogiepartsofthecharacteristicsandrequirements.Bydomesticstandardsonthebogieframe(TB/T2368-2005),JISstandard(JISE4207-2002)standardsandUICstandards(UIC615-4-2003),thedetailedanalysisandresearch,nationalstandardsandUICstandardsprovisions,includingthetrainunderextraordinaryloadsandsimulatedoperationalloadtestmethods,generalconditionsofJISstandards,itsdesign,andloadtestmethods.Finally,thethreecriteriatocompareandcontraststudiestoidentifythedifferencesbetweenthemandthepresenceofthedifferenceisduetosuggestionsforimprovementofTB/T2368-2005.Inthispaper,thebogiewheelonthedomesticandinternationalstandardsincludingtheInterimProvisionsof《200km/handabovespeedclassrailwayvehiclestrengthdesignandtestevaluation》(hereinafterreferredtoasInterimProvisions)ofthewheelonastandardpartoftheUIC510-5-2003,EN13103-2001、EN13104-2001andJISE-4505-1995,doresearchandanalysis,proposedmorestringentEuropeanregulationsinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheroundonthestrengthofthedesignshouldbebasedontheexperienceofthepracticalapplicationofrevisedandimprovedassoonaspossibletoworkoutaccordingtotheirownhigh-speedEMUbogiewheelonthestrengthcalculationstandards.Finally,thispaperstudiedtheInterimProvisionsofthespringsuspensionofdomesticstandards,andotherforeignstandardsforanalysisandcomparisoncanbedrawnfromthe兰州交通大学毕业设计(论文)3domesticairspringsstandardshouldlearnthecontentsofbothJISandENspringstandard,combinedwiththeChinesetrackvehicleoperationandoperatingconditionspresentedarevisedproposal.Keywords:bogie;framework;wheelset;spring;standard兰州交通大学毕业设计(论文)I目录1.绪论.....................................................................................................................................11.1国内外高速动车组转向架的发展概况......................................................................11.2高速动车组转向架的组成及基本要求......................................................................21.3论文研究的意义..........................................................................................................41.4论文研究的主要内容..................................................................................................42.国内外高速动车组转向架构架标准及规范.....................................................................62.1转向架构架概述..........................................................................................................62.2TB/T2368-2005的研究...............................................................................................62.2.1超常载荷............................................................................................................72.2.2模拟运营载荷....................................................................................................72.2.3试验方法............................................................................................................82.3UIC615-4-2003的研究..............................................................................................102.3.1超常载荷的静强度试验..................................................................................112.3.2模拟主要运行载荷的静强度试验..................................................................122.3.3模拟特殊运行载荷的静强度试验..................................................................142.3.4疲劳试验..........................................................................................................152.4JISE4207-2002的研究........................................................................
