广西师范大学硕士学位论文企业核心刚性的作用机理及其治理姓名:曾鹏申请学位级别:硕士专业:企业管理指导教师:阳芳20070401-I-20042090-II--III-TheFunctionalMechanismandGovernanceofEnterprisesCoreRigidityZengPengMajorBusinessAdministrationResearchDirectionBusinessstrategyAdministration2004InstructorsYangFangAssociateProfessorAbstractSince1990s,withtheexpeditionoftechnologyinnovation,theexquisitechangesofindustryenvironment,theembedmentofworldeconomicintegrationandtheincreasingdiversificationofcustomerdemands,noenterprisewasaroutineerandtheywouldnttreatthecompetitionlightly.Enterprisescansurviveinnewenvironmentonlybyadjustingtheirsurvivalstrategiesactively.Ithasbeenprovedbyadvancedinternationaltheoriesthattheadvantagesofcorporationsoriginatefromtheimprovementofenterprisescorecompetenceinmarketeconomycompetion,especiallyforthebigcompaniesandbiggroups.However,duringthemanagementpractice,theprocessofimformingenterprisescorecompetenceisgoingwiththebirthofcorerigidity.Enterprisescorecompetenceandcorerigidityaretwosidesofacoin,corerigiditywillblocktheinnovationofenterprisesandmakethemloseadvantages,evenmakethemdisused.Whatsmore,thebirthofcorerigidityisalong-termandadynamicdevelopmentprocesswhichisfromrecessivetodominance.Manyenterprisesrealizetheirrigidityonlywhentheyareabandonedbytheirowncustomersorwhenthemarketvaluefallsrapidly.Therefore,theissueofcorerigidityhasbeenreceivingincreasingattentionbytheoryandpracticeboundariesathomeandabroad.Thepresentresearchismainlydevelopedfromtwoaspects,thetraditionalstrategicmanagementtheoryandthecorecompetencetheory.Onthebasisofcorecompetencetheory,thispaperstudysonthefunctionalmechanismandgovernanceofcorerigidity.Thepaperincludesfiveparts.Thefirstpartisenalysingthecorecompetence,thinkingthatitistheheadspringofenterprisescompetitionadvantages.Thispartfirstlystudysonthecognitiveprocessofenterprisescompetitionadvantagesheadspring,thendelimitstheconceptionofcorecompetence,andprobesintothatthefunctionsandaffectsofcorecompetence,astheheadspringofenterprisescompetitionadvantages,ismainlyreflectedinfouraspects,decidingstrategyofenterprise-IV-development,makingenterprisegetexcessprofits,maintaininglong-termcompetitionadvantages,andincreasingtheadvantagesofmarketcompetition.Thesencondpartanalysescorerigidityandpointsoutthatcorerigidityblockcorecompetenceistheheadspringofpersistingenterprisescompetitionadvantages.Thispartfirstlystartswiththatcorecompetenceandcorerigidityaretwosidesofacoin,anddelimitscorerigidityasacomplexcouplingsystemofblockingcorecompetenceastheheadspringofenterprisescompetitionadvantages.Thenstudysonthatcorerigidityaremainlycuasedbyknowledgerestrainingactivities,suchasthedependenceofenterprisesgrowthpath,thelimitationsofhuamanlinearmadeofthinking,therestrictionofspecialassetstransformingcostandtheover-listeningtocustomers.However,themainsignificanceandharmnessofcorerigidityreflectinfiveaspects.Forexample,enterprisevalueconceptturnedintodoctrine,oldenterprisestragtisticdesignstyle,inflexibleenterprisemanagementprocedure,beinglackofenterpriseennovatingpower,complexsocialrelationships,etc.Thethirdpartstudysonthefunctionalmechanismofcorerigidity,raisingthatcorecompetenceandcorerigidityareco-existinginvariousstagesofenterprisegrowth,andtheirmechanismsofperformanceandfunctionsaredifferent,corerigiditycannotbeguardagainst,butonlycanbegovernedafteroccurrence.Thispartfirstlyintroducesthreetheoreticalmodelsaboutfunctionalmechanismofcorerigidity,theyareGlobularmodelofenterprise,lifemodelofenterpriseanddrivingmodelofenterprise,andthensyntheticallyapplysthemodelstoanalysethefunctionalmechanismofcorerigidityinventureperiod,growthperiod,maturityperiod,declineperiod,anewventureperiod(metamorphosisperiod)duringenterprisegrowth.Theforthpartisresearchingonmechanismofcorerigidityadministration.Threemechanismtypesofcorerigidityadministrationisdifferentinsolutions,however,allofthemarebasedonrevolutionforenterpriseaccumulatedknowledgesystemandmanagementways.Thispartexplainsthecorerigidityadministrationtheoriesofendogeneticmechanism,exogenousmechanismandrevivedmechanismseparatelyandapprovedbyrelativecasesofIntelCorp.,WangAnComputerCorp.,HPCorp.andLenovoCorp.Thefifthpartprobesintosolutionsforcorerigidityadministrationandprovesthatcontinuouscorerigidityadministrationcankeepenterprisecurrentcorepowerandconstructnewcorepower.Thispartpresentssomesolutionstokeep-V-coreregidity.Forexample,executedynamicmanegementandsetupstudytypeorganizationtopushenterprisetostudy;inertialmanagementandrevivestrategytomakeenterpriseenrichresourceandrenewstratedgyresource;updatelegalentitymanagementandadministerpeoplerelatedtoprofictstocomeupbalancedenterpriseprofitsbetweenshorttermandlongterm;inspireprineeringmanagementandinstructpositiveeffectofinformalorganizationandmakethemcoworkwithformalorganization;buildcombinedenterpriseknowledgeanduseoutsideresoureandexpandedcapacitytostrengthencompetiveenterprisepriority.Thisthesisisspecialiseandprineerinthreeaspects:firstly,thistopicisfullofforesightness,theoryandpracticalsignificence.DuetothereisrarecoreregidityreasearchinChina,ex
