附录附录A:外文资料翻译-原文部分TheneedsofthedevelopmentoftheChineseanimationWhythedevelopmentofculturalindustriessuchasanimationandgame?WhoisthemodelforthedevelopmentofanimationandgameindustryinChina?ByfollowingthesurveyreportinJapanandtheU.S.canbeseen,animation,gamesandotherculturalindustriestoeachcountrytobringmuchbenefit.Notugly,socialprogress,toacertainperiodoftime,thedevelopmentofculturalindustriesisinevitable.Japan'sanimationindustrycanbedescribedasamodel,andthereforethereferenceobjectandcatchupwiththetargetofChina'sanimationindustry.However,reportersfoundthataseriesofdataontheJapaneseanimationindustryisalsoconfusing,especiallybackinfiveorsixyearsago,anumberofwidelyciteddatatodayseemsveryabsurd.Inmanyarticlesin2006,reportersfoundthatwhentheoutputvalueoftheglobalanimationindustrybetween$200,000,000,000to$500,000,000,000,theannualoutputvalueofJapan'sanimationindustrytoreach230trillionyen,Japan'ssecond-pillarindustry.Accordingtothe2010releaseinJapanthisyearJapan'sgrossdomesticproduct(GDP)atcurrentpricesof479.1791trillionyen,whileJapan'seconomicgrowthinrecentyearsisnot,youcanestimatewhentheJapaneseanimationindustry,theproportionofGDPislikelytoexceed50%!ThemostpopulardataistheJapaneseanimationindustryshareofGDPover10%,thisestimate,theJapaneseanimeindustryoutputshouldbeabout48trillionyen,whichis$800,000,000,000.WhichisbasicallytheglobalanimationindustryanditsindustrialoutputvalueofderivativesandtheUnitedStatestoppedthelistwheretheshelter?AccordingtotheJapanAssociationofdigitalcontent,theWhitePaper2004ofthedigitalanimationindustryasanimportantpartofJapanesecultureandcreativeindustries,theoutputvaluein2004reached12.8trillionyen,accountingforJapan'sgrossdomesticproduct2.5%,ImagingProducts4.4trillionyen,1.7trillionyenofthemusicproducts,booksandperiodicalspublished5.6trillionyen,1.1trillionyenofthegame,morethanagriculture,forestry,aquaticproductionvalueof10trillionyen.Andcommunications,informationservices,printing,advertising,appliancesandotheraggregate,itisuptothescaleof59trillionyen.Onlyinthiswaythescopeoftheanimationindustrygeneralized,soastoachieve10%oftheproportionofdomesticwidespread.Theintegrationofinformationseemsrelativelyreasonable,WhitePaperondigitalcontent2004todatareleased,withsomereferencevalue,thatis,Japan'sanimationindustry'sshareofGDPshouldbebetween2-5%.Thisway,thedomesticanimationindustryisalsoalotlesspressure,buttherunner-uppositionintheglobalanimationindustry,isthetotalGDPhasexceededJapan's,Chinaisstillbeyondthereachofbeingtheso-calledeffortswillbenecessary.About20%ofGDPoftheU.S.culturalindustries,especiallyfollowingasetofdataappearmostfrequentlyinavarietyofarticles:2006U.S.GDPwas$13.22trillion,theculturalindustriesforthe$2.64trillion;culturalproductsoccupy40%ofinternationalmarketshare.TheUnitedStatescontrolled75percentofglobalproductionandproductionoftelevisionprograms;theAmericananimationindustryoutputaccountedforalmost30%oftheglobalmarkettoreach$31billion;filmproductionintheUnitedStatesaccountedfor6.7percentoftheworld,butoccupied50%oftheworldscreeningtime;Inaddition,thetotalsizeofthesportsindustryintheUnitedStatesisabout$300000000000,accountingfor2.3%ofGDPwhichonlyNBAa$10billion.However,wecanseethatthisso-calledAmericancultureindustryoutputisincluded,includingsportsandrelatedindustries,itsscopeisgreaterthanthedomesticculturalindustryclassification.LastarticlepublishedonthewebontheproportionofculturalindustryintheUnitedStates,theearliestdatingbacktotheEconomicDailyNewsOctober27,2000publishedintheChineseculture,industry,academicYearbook(1979-2002Volume)culturalentrepreneurshipspaceistheremuch.MentionedAccordingtostatistics,18-25percentoftheU.S.culturalindustriesaccountedforthetotalGDP,the400richestAmericancompanies,thereare72culturalenterprises,theU.S.audioandvideohavebeenmorethantheaerospaceindustryranksexportstradefirst.Sincethen,theconceptofculturalindustriesintheResearchOfficeofCPCCentralCommitteefrom2002releaseof2001-2002:ChinaCulturalIndustryDevelopmentReport,theofficialpresentationofitsbackgroundarticleisthefirstofficialdocumentreferencethedata.Now,theEconomicDailyNews,thedatafromwherehasbeenuntraceable,however,haspassed10years,thedataarestillwidelyvariousarticlesandgovernmentdocumentsreferenced,justalittlefloating,suchasto1/3ordroppedto12%,thevalueratioof72culturalenterprisesinthepast10yearshasneverbeensubjecttochange.Atleastthedata,has11years,thereisaproblem.Thedefinitionofculturalindustries,theclassificationsystem,statisticalmethodsandculturalenterprisesrelatedtothecomposition.CultureResearchCenteroftheChineseAcademyofSocialSciences,deputydirectorZhangXiaoming,inaninterviewwithreporters:toalargeextent,today'sAmericancultureindustryismorefrommultinationalcompaniestooperatethesemultinationalcorporationsmajorityofUnitedStatesasthemainbody.Thisseemstobeonekindofparadox:Americancultureindustrybackedbymultinationalcompaniestobenefitfromallovertheworld,buttheultimateholdingcompanyliesinthehandsofthemerchantsofothercountries,althoughthecountryisstillthebiggestbeneficiarytheUnitedStatesduringtheGDPstatis
