ChineseEducationVersusAmericanEducationAsweknow,thereareagreatmanydifferencesbetweencultureoftheEastandWest.BecauseIcan'tlistallofthedifferentaspect,IwilltakethedifferencesofteachingsysteminChinaandAmericaforexample.Firstofall,inChina,inthesameschool,classesaredividedtothekeyclassandordinaryclass.Thepurposeistofocusonstudentsinkeyclasses.Thelogicisthattomaximizetheuselimitedresourcestoimprovetheirenrollmentrate.IntheUnitedStates,thereisnodistinctionbetweenclasses.Thosestudentswhohavestrongabilitycanchoosemoredifficultlesson;theabilityinferiorcanchoosemorebasiccourses.Theschoolregularlydoesacomprehensivesummarytoeachstudentandtakesremedialmeasuresforthestudentswhohavepoorperformance.What'smore,Chinesestudentsalwayscomplainabouttheirhomeworkbecausetoomuchhomeworkhaslimitedthetimetoexerciseandrelax.Theyhavetorecitemanythingsastogetahighmark.Homeworkcomesthefirsttothem.However,thestudyinAmericaismoreinteresting.Teacherspayattentiontotrainingstudents'skillsinthinkingtherealisticliferatherthanemphasisontheimportanceofmemories.Inaddition,therateofgoingtoschool,thetuition,andthejobofgraduatesarequitedifferent,too.Fromwhathasbeenmentionedabove,wecandrawtheconclusionthatalthoughtwocountriesbothattachgreatimportancetoeducation,America'seducationsystemismoreconsummateandfreethanChina's.AsfarasI'mconcerned,ourgovernmentmusttakequickactionstoimproveitsteachingsystemandeachoneofusissupposedtodoeverythinginourpowertogivemorecheerstoourcountry.
