X船舶代理公司发展战略研究摘要国际船舶代理业作为连接世界各地港口、船舶和货主多方的纽带和桥梁,它是国际航运业和国际贸易的派生产业,其自身的发展和壮大是伴随着国际海运事业和国际贸易的日益完善而实现的,它所呈现的作用除了体现在利于世界经济的发展之外,同时还提高了国际航运业的效率,实现了更完善地为国际贸易服务的目标,而国际船舶代理业最重要最关键的作用则是体现在对国际经济交往、国际运输事业和国际进出口贸易产生了积极的影响。客观环境和主观因素成为不断影响中国船舶代理业的因素。当今世界的潮流和趋势是服务和贸易存在着越来越紧密的联系性,经济一体化的进程也日益加快,在这样的大背景大潮流大趋势下,船东由海运承运人转变为综合物流经营的现象越来越多,只有完善和成熟的船代服务才能满足市场的要求,多样化的需求也就成为趋势。除了这样的客观环境,还存在着宏观环境,即当前我们正面临着的金融危机和中国加入WTO承诺的兑现,如此复杂和多变的外部环境使得不论是船舶代理企业经营者还是船舶代理企业本身,都面临着严峻的挑战和关于生存和发展的抉择。由此可见,顺势而为、审时度势,把握事变机遇是船舶代理企业生存下午的武器,另外,还需要睿智的智慧和深邃的目光,这样才能更好地为企业未来发展进行战略性谋划,更好地推动企业的迅猛发展。本文以宏观环境为出发点,把天津港地区的船舶代理企业作为典型的案例,介绍了关于船舶代理业务的定义,分析了其特点、概念和业务来源,还阐明了它的类别分别是大型船舶代理企业,中小型船舶代理企业。尤其是深入阐述了一个问题——船舶代理工作是非常非常重要的,当然,船舶代理企业在不断发展的同时也需根据行业环境认清存在的问题和企业的现状。船舶代理企业转型战略总体战略是通过战略选择制定出来的,而且还据此制定了促使投入扩张型转型战略、稳定发展型转型战略顺利实施的职能优化转型战略,除此之外还提出了相应的实施对策。本文提出,为了达到“公共代理人”向“港口物流服务提供人”和“航运交易平台经营人”顺利进行角色互换的目标,以确立地区船代行业领导者的角色,保证增长客户资源和业务量,使得航运交易平台经营人品牌能够被创建,用来推动第三方和第四方物流服务业务的发展,种种原因促成了船舶代理企业的第三、四方物流系统平台和一体化信息化平台的建立和形成。根据船舶代理企业在当前经济环境下的现状的认识,本文提出了能够给船舶代理企业实施转型战略提供决策依据的船舶代理企业转型战略,与此同时,这个战略也给船舶代理业的进一步发展指明了方向和对策,具有参考价值和现实意义。关键词:第三方物流;第四方物流;转型战略;船舶代理AbstractInternationalshippingagencyindustryaroundtheworldastheconnectionport,shipandcargomulti-partytiesandbridges,itistheinternationalshippingindustryandinternationaltradederivedindustry,itsowndevelopmentandgrowthisaccompaniedbytheinternationalmaritimeindustryandinternationaltrade,andincreasinglysophisticatedachieve,inadditiontoreflectingtheroleitpresentsconducivetoworldeconomicdevelopmentinadditionto,butalsoimprovetheefficiencyoftheinternationalshippingindustrytoachieveamoreperfectplaceforinternationaltradeserviceobjectives,andinternationalshippingagencyindustry'smostimportantandmostcriticaltheroleisreflectedintheinternationaleconomicrelationsandinternationaltransportationindustryandinternationalimportandexporttradehashadapositiveimpact.EnvironmentalobjectiveandsubjectivefactorscontinuetoaffectChinashippingagencytobecometheindustryfactor.Thetrendsoftoday'sworldistheexistenceofmoreservicesandtradeties,economicintegrationprocessisalsoaccelerating,inthisbackgroundtrendofthetrend,theshipownerbytheoceancarrierintoanintegratedlogisticsoperationofthephenomenonmoreandmoreperfectandmatureonlyshippingagencyservicestomeetmarketrequirements,diverseneedswillbecomeatrend.Inadditiontosuchobjectiveenvironment,thereisstillamacroeconomicenvironmentthatwearecurrentlyfacingafinancialcrisisandChina'sWTOcommitmentstobehonored,socomplexandvolatileexternalenvironmentmakesbothshipagencybusinessoperatorsorshippingagencybusinessitselfarefacingseriouschallengesandonthesurvivalanddevelopmentdecisions.Thus,theflow,thesituation,seizeopportunitiesIncidentafternoontheshipagencybusinesssurvivalweaponalsoneedwisdomanddeepwiseeyes,soastobetterservethedevelopmentofthecompany'sfuturestrategicplanning,bettertopromotetherapiddevelopmentofenterprises.Inthispaper,themacroeconomicenvironmentasastartingpoint,theTianjinPortAreashippingagencybusinessasatypicalcase,informationontheshippingagencybusinessdefine,analyzeitscharacteristics,conceptsandsourcesofbusiness,butalsotoclarifyitscategoriesarelargeshipagencyenterprises,smallandmediumshipagencybusiness.Especiallyintothedetailsofaproblem-shipagencyworkisvery,veryimportant,ofcourse,shipagencybusinessinthegrowingindustryenvironmentbutalsotobebasedonclearunderstandingoftheproblemsandthestatusofenterprises.Shippingagencybusinesstransformationstrategyoverallstrategyisworkedoutthroughastrategicchoice,butalsopromoteinvestmentwhichdevelopeddilatedtransformationstrategy,stablesmoothimplementationofdevelopment-orientedstrategictransformationfunctionsoptimizedtransformationstrategy,inadditiontothecorrespondingproposedimplementcountermeasures.Inthispaper,inordertoachievecommonagenttoportlogisticsserviceproviderandmaritimetradingplatformoperatorrolereversalsmoothtargetshiponbehalfoftheindustrytoestablishregionalleadershiproletoensurethegrowthofclientresourcesandbusinessvolume,makingshippingtradingplatformoperatorbrandcanbecreatedforthird-partyandfourthpartylogisticsservicestopromotethedevelopmentofavarietyofreasonscontributedtotheshippingagencybusinessofthethirdandfourthpartylogisticssystemplatformandintegratedinformationplatformestablishandform.Accordingshipagencybusinessinthecurrenteconomicenvironment,awarenessofthecurrentsituation,thispaperproposestoimplementtoshipagencybusinesstransformationstrategytoprovidebasisfordecisionmakingshippingagencybusinesstransformationstrategy,atthesametime,thisstrategyalsotothefurtherdevelopmentofshippingagencyindustryspecifieddirectionandcountermeasures,withareferencevalueandpracticalsignificance.Keywords:Third-partylogistics;Fourth;transformationstrategy;shipagency目录X船舶代理公司发展战略研究.....................................................................................1第一章绪论...........................................................................................................61.1选题背景..................................................................................................61.2选题意义.............................
