Page|1LetterofAppointmentPRIVATE&CONFIDENTIALNAME:Re:AppointmenttothepositionofWehavepleasureinofferingyouemploymentwithHongKongRelaxopsLimited(the“Company”or“we”or“us”)intheabovepositionwhich,subjecttoyouracceptanceofthisletteranditsconditions,willoperatecommencingfromthe“StartDate”.Setoutbelowarethebasictermswhicharetoapplytoyourengagement.Thesetermsaretobereadtogetherwiththeaward/agreement.Together,thesetwodocumentswillgovernyouremployment.Werecommendthatyouacquaintyourselfwiththisaward/agreementifyouhavenotalreadydoneso.1.StartDatea.Youemploymentwiththecompanywillcommenceon12February2018(the“startdate”)andyouwillhave3monthprobationperiod,yourcommencementofyouappointmentisconditionalandsubjectto:i.Ourcompletionofallpre-employmentscreeningprocessingtothesatisfactionoftheCompanyinitsabsolutediscretion,includingwithoutlimitationreferencecheckorverificationofthecertificatesand/ortestimonials/referenceinrelationtoyourpersonalbackground,academiceducation,professionalqualificationand/orpastemployment;andii.YousuccessfullyapplyingforandbeinggrantedallnecessaryandappropriatevisaspermittingyoutostayandworkinHongKongduringyourappointmentfromtheImmigrationDepartmentoftheHongKongSpecialAdministrativeRegion(the“visa”)and/oranyotherapplicableauthority.b.Ifyouareapprovedtocommenceworkpriortothefinalizationofthepre-employmentscreeningandunsatisfactoryresultorverificationisdiscoveredbytheCompanyafterward,youremploymentmaybeterminatedbytheCompanywithoutnoticeduringthefirstmonthofyourprobationperiod,ifany,andthereafteronseven(7)days’noticeorpaymentinlieuofnotice.2.PositionandDivision/DepartmentTitle:Division/Department:OperationDepartmentTheCompanyshallbeentitledtotransferorsecondyoutootherdivision(s)/department(s).3.DutiesPage|2Inthisemployment,youwillbeexpectedtoundertakesuchreasonabledutiesastheCompanyshallfromtimetotimedetermineinrespectoftheroleandresponsibilitiesofyourposition.Yourdutiesincludebutarenotlimitedto:.4.HoursofworkYournormalhoursofworkarefrom9:00a.m.to6:00p.m.or10amto7:00pmMondaytoFridaywithaonehourlunchbreaksperday(“yournormalweeklyhours”).5.Remunerationa.BasicSalaryYourbasicsalarywillbeHK$25,000permonthona13-monthperyearbasis.Thesalaryispayableinarrearsonthelastdayofeachmonth(oronanyotherdayasdesignatedbytheCompany).b.DiscretionaryBonusYoumaybeconsideredforanannualdiscretionarybonustobeawardedatthesoleandabsolutediscretionoftheCompany.Whetheryouwillbeawardedadiscretionarybonuswillbedeterminedbasedonanumberoffactors,includingbutnotlimitedtotheinternalhumanresourcespolicies,thefinancialperformanceofyourrelevantbusinessunit,departmentordivision,andyourownindividualperformancewhichwillbeassessedbyreferencetobothyourfinancialperformanceandothernon-financialfactorsincludingbutnotlimitedtoyourcontinuedcompliancewithallregulatoryandlegalrequirements,policiesandproceduresoftheCompany.Youacknowledgeandagreethatyoudonothaveacontractualentitlementtoreceiveadiscretionarybonusaward.Theawardofadiscretionarybonusinanyyearshallnotgiverisetoanexpectationofpaymentoramountofanybonusinanyfutureyearofemploymentandyouacknowledgethatyoumayreceiveanilbonus.TheCompanyreservestherighttoreview,amend,modifyandterminateitsdiscretionarybonusschemefromtimetotimeasitmayrequire.c.QuarterlyBonusEachquarterlybonusaroundHK6000Page|36.AnnualLeaveInadditiontothegeneralholidays(excludingSundays)publishedintheGovernmentGazetteinaccordancewiththeGeneralholidaysOrdinance,youareentitledtotakeupto8workingdays’paidannualleave(inclusiveofstatutoryannualleave)foreachcalendaryear,whichwillbetheleaveyear.Yourannualleaveentitlementwillbepro-relatedfromtheStartDate.AnnualleaveistobetakenattimesmutuallyagreedinadvancewiththeCompany.TheCompanyreservestherighttorequirethatannualleaveinexcessofyourstatutoryannualleavebetakenattimesdeterminedbytheCompany.Annualleave(otherthanstatutoryannualleave)maynotbecarriedforwardfromoneleaveyeartothenextunlessasnotifiedand/oragreedinwritingbytheCompany.Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,youwillbedeemedtohavetakenyourentitlementtostatutoryleavefirstinanyleaveyear.Nopaymentinlieuwillbepaidforannualleavenottaken.However,onterminationofyouremployment,youwillbeentitledtopaymentinlieuofanyaccruedleaveentitlementoutstandingforthatleaveyearcalculatedonapro-relatedbasis.IfonthedateofterminationyouhavetakenholidayinexcessofyouraccruedentitlementyouagreetoreimbursesuchexcesstotheCompany,calculatedonthesamebasis.7.Benefitsa.MandatoryProvidentFundScheme:YouwillbeeligibletoparticipateintheCompany’sMandatoryProvidentFundSchemeaftersixty(60)daysofemploymentoraccordingtothestatutoryrequirement.b.MedicalandDisability:YouwillalsobeentitledtoparticipatedintheCompany’smedicalbenefitsschemeandpersonalaccidentinsuranceschemesubjecttotheapplicabletermsandconditions.c.OtherbenefitswillbeprovidedinaccordancewiththeCompany’spolicyasamendedfromtimetotime.TheCompanyreservestheright,initssoleandabsolutediscretion,toamend,reduceorremoveanybenefitsreferredtointhisletterand/orotherrelevantinternalhumanresourcespolicesatanytime.Ifanyschemeprovider(includingbutnotlimi
