SinopecInternationalPetroleumServicesCorporationDocNo.HSE-DOMDRILLINGOPERATIONMANUALVersionSSK001Issuedate2009-08-08Page1of46.24回压阀安装/取出程序6.24.1回压阀安装程序A.检查井口，进行压井作业。B.申请安装BPV的工作许可。C.检查回压阀（BPV）安装/取出器所有的密封和阀门，确保状态良好。D.检查并核实以下数据：从套管头到采油树顶部的高度/所需BPV的尺寸和类型/采油树压力/采油树顶部联接的类型和尺寸/所需安装工具的类型和尺寸。若使用T-bar，需在T-bar上标记，以确保BPV安装到位。E.检查所有所需工具是否齐全（扳手、试压泵等）。F.BPV安装/取出工具试压。G.将BPV联接接头装到BPV安装/取出器的光杆上，将BPV装到联接接头上。H.关闭采油树侧向闸门，停止放压。I.打开采油树上下主闸门和抽吸闸门，检查采油树压力。J.关闭抽吸闸门，放掉采油树顶部压力，拆下采油树顶部大由壬帽（或法兰）。K.将BPV安装/取出器吊起在采油树顶部，并与采油树顶部大由壬联接，打紧。L.操作BPV安装/取出器，平衡压力。M.缓慢打开抽吸闸门。N.检查BPV安装/取出器各联接部件有无刺漏。如有刺漏，关掉抽吸闸门，放掉取出器内部压力，紧固有漏失的联接。O.重新打开抽吸闸门。P.用扳手旋转下放取出器光杆，直到走不动为止。Q.缓慢右旋光杆，直到感到轻微一跳。重新反方向打扳手，左旋并下压光杆，将BPV旋入阀座中。R.感到扭矩上升后，继续左旋下压，直到转不动为止。此时，BPV已经完全旋入到套管头的阀座中。S.上提光杆，将卡销从U型槽中提出，继续左旋光杆，将联接头从BPV中退出。（此时井内压力已经被隔离开）T.缓慢放掉取出器中的压力。U.继续左旋上提光杆，直到完全从采油树中退出。V.关闭抽吸闸门，完全卸掉BPV安装/取出器中的压力。W.卸掉BPV安装/取出器与采油树顶部大由壬（或法兰）的联接。X.将采油树顶部大由壬帽子（或法兰）装上并打紧。6.24.1BPVInstallationProcedureA.WellshallbekilledpriorinstallingBPV.B.ApplicationofPTWforBPVinstallation.C.Checkallsealsandvalvesoflubricatoringoodconditionbeforeuse.D.Checkandconfirmthefollowinginformation:heightsfromtheTubingHangertothetopoftheTree/sizeandtypeofBPV/pressureofthetree/sizeandtypeofconnectortothetree/sizeandtypeofrunningtool.confirmitisinstalledcorrectlyandthethreadsofBPVhadgonefullyinside.E.Checkalltoolsareinhand（wrench/testpumpetc）.F.PressuretestBPVlubricator.G.AttachtheR&RtooltothepolishedrodandscrewtheBPVontotheR&RTool.SinopecInternationalPetroleumServicesCorporationDocNo.HSE-DOMDRILLINGOPERATIONMANUALVersionSSK001Issuedate2009-08-08Page2of4H.Closethewingvalvestostoptheflowinthetree.I.OpentheBottomMaster,UpperMaster,andSwabValveandcheckthePressureattheTopoftheTree.J.ClosetheSwabValve,bleedoffPressureanddisconnecttheTreeCapconnector(orflange).K.SuspendtheLubricatorovertheTreetoconnecttotheTreecapandtightit.L.EqualizePressurewithinthelubricatorandpressureinthetopoftree.M.OpentheSwabValveSlowly.N.CheckforanyleaksaroundthePackingGlandsoflubricator,ifaleakispresent,closetheSwabValve,bleedpressurefromtheLubricatorandtightentheGlandNuts.O.ReopentheSwabvalve.P.RotatethePolishedRodandpushdownuntilyoufeelitstop.Q.Turntherodtotherightslowlyuntilyoufeelitjump.Afteritjumps,removetheWrenchandreattachittoturnthepolishedrodtotheleftandpushdowntoscrewBPVintotheTubingHanger.R.Whenfeelanincreaseintorqueandnolongerabletoturnthepolishedrod.ThismeansthattheBPVisfullyseatedintheTubingHanger.S.PulluponthePolishedRodtoallowthePintodisengagefromtheU-Slot.KeeprotatingleftandtheToolwillretractfromtheBPV.（pressureinthewellwasisolatedfromtree）T.Bleedoffpressureinthelubricatorslowly.U.RetrievethePolishedRodbyrotatetheRodtotheleftwhilepullinguptillthePolishedrodbefullyretracted.V.Closetheswabvalveonthetree,andbleedoffthepressureintheAdapterEndoftheLubricator.W.DisconnecttheLubricatorfromtheTreeCap(orflange).X.ReassembletheTreecap(orflange)andtightit.6.24.2回压阀取出程序A.取BPV前，进行压井作业。在取出单向BPV后，若安装双向BPV间隔时间长，还需多次压井。并将压井量记入DDR。B.申请取出BPV的工作许可。C.使用前检查取出器所有密封和阀件，保证状态良好。D.检查并核实以下数据：从套管头到采油树顶部的高度/所需BPV的尺寸和类型/采油树顶部联接的类型和尺寸/所需取出工具的类型（如果回压阀不是本队所装）。根据套管头到采油树顶部的高度，在lubricator上做好BPV位置标记。E.检查所需工具齐全（扳手、试压泵等）。F.BPV安装/取出器试压。G.将BPV联接接头装到BPV安装/取出器的光杆上。H.检查采油树压力。I.关掉采油树两侧闸门。J.打开上下主闸门和抽吸闸门，检查采油树顶部压力。K.关掉抽吸闸门，放掉采油树顶部压力，卸掉大由壬帽子（或法兰）。L.将取出器吊起并与采油树顶部联接并上紧。M.缓慢打开抽吸闸门。N.打开取出器上所有针阀，排气。O.用扳手左旋并下放光杆，直到触到BPV。SinopecInternationalPetroleumServicesCorporationDocNo.HSE-DOMDRILLINGOPERATIONMANUALVersionSSK001Issuedate2009-08-08Page3of4P.关闭取出器上所有针阀。Q.缓慢左旋取出器的光杆，直到感到轻微一跳。如果感觉不到跳动，继续左旋并加力下压。R.感觉到跳动之后，反向重新打扳手并右旋下压，将联接头旋入BPV中并下压柱塞。此时井内压力经过BPV与采油树联通并进入取出器。S.检查取出器各联接部位有无泄漏。如有泄漏，则从BPV中退出联接头，放掉压力并修复泄漏部位。如果没有泄漏，则继续右旋光杆，将BPV从套管头阀座中旋出。上下活动光杆，确保BPV已经取出并确认平衡压力。T.确认BPV已经从阀座中取出后，关掉取出器联通管下针阀，缓慢放掉取出器中的压力。U.旋转并上提光杆，直到提不动。V.关掉抽吸闸门并完全放掉采油树顶部压力。W.卸掉取出器与采油树的联接。X.将采油树大由壬帽（或法兰）重新接好。（注：只有在封井器测试正常后，才将BPV和联顶节一起取出。）6.24.2BPVRemovalProcedureA.B.ApplicationofPTWforBPVremoval.C.Checkallsealsandvalvesoflubricatoringoodconditionbeforeuse.D.Checkandconfirmthefollowinginformation:heightsfromtheTubingHangertothetopoftheTree/sizeandtypeofBPV/sizeandtypeofconnectortothetree/sizeandtypeofrunningtool.(ifBPVwassetbyunknownRig)MarkBPVpositiononthelubricatoraspertheheightfromthetubinghangertothetopofthetree.E.Checkallneededtoolsareathand（wrench/testpumpetc）.F.TesttheBPVLubricator.G.AttachtheR&RTooltothePolishedRodH.CheckpressureofthetreeI.ClosetheWingValve(s)tostoptheflowintheTree.J.OpentheBottomMaster,UpperMaster,andSwabvalveandcheckthePressureattheTopoftheTree.K.ClosetheSwabValve,bleedoffpressureanddisconnecttheTreeCapconnector(orflange).L.SuspendtheLubricatorovertheTreetoconnecttotheTreeCapandtightit.M.Openswabvalveslowly.N.OpenallNeedleValvesontheLubricatortoallowairtoflowthroughthetool.O.AttachtheWrenchtothePolishedRodandturnittotheleftwhilepushingdown.Untilyoufeelitstop.Whenthishappens,youhavereachedtheBPV.P.ClosebleedoffNeedleValveoflubricator.Q.Turntherodtotheleftslowlyuntilyoufeelitjump.Ifitdoesnotjump,trytopushitdownfurther.R.Afteritjumps,removetheWrenchandreattachittoturnittotheright.RotatetheRodtotheright,theR&RToolwillpu
