-20050525版本-第1页共2页关于产品中不使用有害化学物质的保证书LetterofGuaranteeforRestrictiononHazardousSubstancesinProducts本公司(包括本公司的子公司，其它各有关公司)就本公司直接或通过第三方向海尔集团所属各公司（以下称“海尔“）提供的全部产品(包括但不限于产品本身、附件、包装材料、跟其它产品同时交货的材料)中符合欧盟RoHS指令的规定作出如下保证：Thiscompany(includingitsbranchesandanyotherrelatedcompanies)herebyguaranteesthatalltheproducts(includingbutnotlimittotheproduct,accessories,packingmaterialsandothermaterialsrelatingtothedeliveryofthesaidproducts)providedeitherdirectlyorindirectlythroughathirdpartytoHaier’smembercompanies(hereinafterreferredtoasHaier)conformtotheTheRoHSDirective.本公司明确知悉：欧盟的RoHS指令规定禁止对环境和人类有害的化学物质为：ThiscompanyunderstandsthatthefollowingsubstancesareharmfultotheenvironmentandhumanbeingsandanyuseofthesesubstancesisbannedbyTheRoHSDirective:1)铅及其化合物Pbanditscompounds2)镉及其化合物Cdanditscompounds3)汞及其化合物Hganditscompounds4)六价铬化合物Cr6+compounds5)溴系阻燃剂：多溴联苯（PBB）和多溴二苯醚（PBDE）PBBandPBDE注：(1)即使是没有明文的规定，如果各国或地区的法令规定禁止使用或限制使用某些有害物质时，本公司也将遵守这些法令。Note:(1)Evenifnoproclaimedinwriting,ifsomenationorregionspecifysomehazardoussubstancesinthelawsorregulationsforrestrictiononthesehazardoussubstances,thecompanywillstillabidebytheregulationsandusenosuchhazardoussubstancesinproducts.(2)本公司保证，从即日起，按照上述标准改善本公司所供产品，并承诺2006年1月1日后，在海尔提出要求时,供应给海尔的所有产品中上述六种有害物质的含量有能力保证完全符合海尔标准(标准限值见附表)。如果违反了这一标准，由此所造成的一切后果由本公司承担（包括但不限海尔因此遭受的罚金、处理事故的花费以及因此受到的损失）。此外，本公司明确表示海尔有权根据本公司所供应的原材料和零部件的环保性能进行调整配额，并有权选择其他更符合标准的供应商。Thiscompanyguaranteesthatfromnowon,thecompanywilltakemeasurestoimprovetheproductqualityaccordingtotheabovementionedcriteriaand,ifHaierrequestsafterJanuary1,2006,contentofthesaid6hazardoussubstancesinanyproducttobeprovidedtoHaierwillcomplywithTheRoHSDirectivelatestregulations-20050525版本-第2页共2页onthemaximumresiduallimitsofthehazardoussubstancesinproducts(thelatestresiduallimitslistedinthetablebelow).Shouldthecompanyviolatethisregulation,thecompanywillbearalltheresponsibilitiesthereof(includingbutnotlimittothepenaltyandtheexpensesHaierhastopayasaresultofthecompany’sfaulttosettletheincident).Additionally,thecompanyiteratesthatHaierwillhavetherighttomakeadjustmentofdeliveryquantityandselectmorecompetentsuppliersaccordingtotheenvironmentallyfriendlypropertiesoftherawmaterialsandpartsprovidedbythecompany.有害物质Hazardoussubstances限值/产品Limitvalue/product镉及其化合物Cdanditscompounds75ppm铅及其化合物Pbanditscompounds800ppm汞及其化合物Hganditscompounds800ppm六价铬化合物Cr6+compounds800ppm多溴联苯PBB800ppm多溴二苯醚PBDE800ppm有害物质Hazardoussubstances限值/包装Limitvalue/packing铅+镉+汞+六价铬Pb+Cd+Hg+Cr6+100ppm注:Note:1.欧盟RoHS指令中豁免的除外ThosecoveredbyimmunityofTheRoHSDirectiveareexcluded.2.本保证书中英文对照,以中文内容为准.ThisGuaranteeiswritteninChineseandEnglish,theChineseversionistheOfficialversion.公司名称：盖章Company(officialseal):负责人签字：Manager(Signature)承诺日期：年月日Date:
