装配式混凝土住宅设计指引(试行)(2017年版)恒大地产集团住宅产业化中心二零一七年十一月1【编制目的】指导集团装配式混凝土住宅项目的设计。【编制依据】规范1、《装配式混凝土建筑技术标准》【GB/T51231-2016】2、《装配式混凝土结构技术规程》【JGJ1-2014备案号J1736-2014】3、《工业化建筑评价标准》【GB/T51129-2015】4、《钢筋套筒灌浆连接应用技术规程》【JGJ355-2015】5、《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》【GB50204-2015】6、《混凝土结构工程施工规范》【GB50666-2011】7、《钢筋连接用灌浆套筒》【JG/T398-2012】标准图集8、《预制混凝土剪力墙外墙板》【15G365-1】9、《预制混凝土剪力墙内墙板》【15G365-2】10、《桁架钢筋混凝土叠合板(60mm厚底板)》【15G366-1】11、《预制钢筋混凝土板式楼梯》【15G367-1】12、《装配式混凝土连接节点构造(楼盖和楼梯)》【15G310-1】13、《装配式混凝土连接节点构造(剪力墙)》【15G310-2】14、《预制钢筋混凝土阳台板、空调板及女儿墙》【15G368-1】15、《装配式混凝土结构住宅建筑设计示例(剪力墙结构)》【15J939-1】16、《装配式混凝土结构表示方法及示例(剪力墙结构)》【15G107-1】【使用说明】本设计指引是在集团《住宅设计要求及标准》基础上延伸出的装配式住宅设计要求,本指引未作规定的,应按现行国家标准《装配式混凝土建筑技术标准》(GB/T51231-2016)、行业标准《装配式混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ1-2014)及集团《住宅设计要求及标准》的有关规定执行。1、《住宅设计要求及标准》是针对住宅普通户型使用,本设计指引是针对装配式住宅使用。2、本设计指引为装配式住宅特有设计指引,与普通住宅设计要求相同部分参照《住宅设计要求及标准》内容执行。3、文中粗黑体字部分除带“应”、“原则上”等条文应严格执行外,其余在设计过程中应着重考虑,引起重视。4、本设计指引自2017年11月1日起实施。5、《装配式混凝土住宅设计指引》原则上每半年修订一次。【编制部门】地产集团住宅产业化中心联系人:曾晓东、林坚源联系电话:0755-81994182E-mail:hd-zzcyhzx@163.com23目录1、总则„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„11.1环境条件„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„11.2技术条件„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„11.3成本约束„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„12、术语„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„23、建筑集成设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„43.1总平面规划设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„43.2装配式混凝土结构建筑的平面形状„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„53.3装配式混凝土结构建筑平面的标准化设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„63.4装配式混凝土结构建筑面积计算„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„103.5装配式混凝土结构建筑的立面设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„103.6装配式混凝土结构建筑的层高设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„123.7装配式混凝土构件设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„144、结构系统设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„164.1一般规定„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„164.2设计内容„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„164.3结构材料„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„174.4楼盖设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„174.5剪力墙设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„184.6预制混凝土夹芯保温外墙板设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„204.7预制阳台设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„214.8预制楼梯设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„234.9外挂墙板结构设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„255、外围护及内隔墙设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„265.1一般规定„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„265.2外围护设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„265.3内隔墙设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„296、设备与管线系统设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„336.1一般规定„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„336.2给水排水系统及管线设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„336.3电气系统及管线设计„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„366.4供暖、通风、空调及燃气„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„401一、总则1.1环境条件1.1.1抗震设防烈度装配式混凝土结构建筑适用于抗震设防烈度为8度及8度以下的地区。1.1.2构件工厂与工地的距离所在地附近没有装配式混凝土构件厂,工地现场又没有条件建立临时工厂,或建立临时工厂代价太大,该工程就不具备装配式条件。(当运距在100Km以内时,装配式混凝土预制构件的运费约为装配式混凝土预制构件价格的4%~7%;当运距达到200Km时,装配式混凝土预制构件的运费约为装配式混凝土预制构件价格的7%~12%。)1.1.3道路如果预制工厂到工地的道路无法通过大型构件运输车辆,或道路过窄、大型车辆无法转弯调头,或途中有限重桥、限高天桥、限高隧洞等,会对能否实施装配式或装配式构件的重量与尺度形成限制。1.1.4装配式混凝土结构构件工厂生产条件装配式混凝土工厂的生产条件,如起重能力、固定或移动模台所能生产的最大构件尺寸等,是装配式混凝土结构构件拆分的限制条件。1.2技术条件1.2.1高度限制现行行业标准规定,装配式建筑的最大适用高度比现浇混凝土结构要低一些,如剪力墙装配式结构就比现浇剪力墙结构低10~20m。1.2.2形体限制装配式建筑不适宜形体复杂的建筑。不规则的建筑会有各种非标准构件,且在地震作用下内力分布比较复杂,不适宜采用装配式。1.2.3立面造型限制建筑立面造型复杂或造型不规则,可能会导致以下情况:模具成本很高;复杂造型不易脱模;连接和安装节点比较复杂。所以,立面造型复杂的建筑采用装配式要审慎。1.3成本约束模具费用是装配式混凝土结构建筑成本大项,模具周转次数少会大幅增加成本。一栋多层建筑,若一套模具周转次数只有几次,则不宜实施装配式建筑。若有多栋一样的多层建筑,模具周转次数提高了,成本则会降下来。高层建筑就模具成本而言比较适合装配式建筑。2二、术语2.1.1装配式建筑assembledbuilding结构系统、外围护系统、设备与管线系统、内装系统的主要部分采用预制部品部件集成的建筑。2.1.2装配式混凝土建筑assembledbuildingwithconcretestructure建筑的结构系统由混凝土部件(预制构件)构成的装配式建筑。2.1.3建筑系统集成integrationofbuildingsystems以装配化建造方式为基础,统筹策划、设计、生产和施工等,实现建筑结构系统、外围护系统、设备与管线系统、内装系统一体化的过程。2.1.4集成设计integrateddesign建筑结构系统、外围护系统、设备与管线系统、内装系统一体化的设计。2.1.5协同设计collaborativedesign装配式建筑设计中通过建筑、结构、设备、装修等专业相互配合,并运用信息技术化手段满足建筑设计、生产运输、施工安装等要求的一体化设计。2.1.6结构系统structuresystem由结构构件通过可靠的连接方式装配而成,以承受或传递荷载作用的整体。2.1.7外围护系统envelopesystem由建筑外墙、屋面、外门窗及其他部品部件等组合而成,用于分隔建筑室内外环境的部品部件的整体。2.1.8设备与管线系统facilityandpipelinesystem由给水排水、供暖通风空调、电气和智能化、燃气等设备与管线组合而成,满足建筑使用功能的整体。2.1.9部件component在工厂或现场预先生产制作完成、构成建筑结构系统的结构构件和其他构件的统称。2.1.10部品part由工厂生产,构成外围护系统、设备与管线系统、内装系统的建筑单一产品或复合产品组装而成的功能单元的统称。2.1.11装配式装修assembleddecoration采用干式工法,将工厂生产的内装部件在现场进行组合安装的装修方法。2.1.12干式工法non-wetconstruction采用干作业施工的建造方法。2.1.13模块module建筑中相对独立,具有特定功能,能够通用互换的单元。2.1.14标准化接口standardizedinterface具有统一的尺寸规格与参数,并满足公差配合及模数协调的接口。2.1.15装配式隔墙、吊顶和楼地面assembledpartitionwall,ceilingandfloor3由工厂生产的,具有隔声、防火、防潮等性能,且满足空间功能和美学要求的部品集成,并主要采用干式工法装配而成的隔墙、吊顶和楼地面。2.1.16管线分离pipe&wiredetachedfromstructuresystem将设备与管线设置在结构系统之外的方式。2.1.17同层排水same-floordrainage在建筑排水系统中,器具排水管及排水支管不穿越本层结构楼板到下层空间、与卫生器具同层敷设并接入排水立管的排水方式。2.1.18预制混凝土构件precastconcretecomponent在工厂或现场预先生产制作的混凝土构件,简称预制构件。2.1.19装配式混凝土构件precastconcretestructure由预制混凝土构件通过可靠的连接方式装配而成的混凝土结构。2.1.20装配整体式混凝土结构monolithicprecastconcretestructure由预制混凝土构件通过可靠的连接方式进行连接并与现场后浇混凝土、水泥基灌浆料形成整体的装配式混凝土结构,简称装配整体式结构。2.1.21混凝土叠合受弯构件concretecompositeflexuralcomponent预制混凝土梁、板顶部在现场后浇混凝土而形成的整体受弯构件,简称叠合梁、叠合板。2.1.22预制外挂墙板precastconcretefaçadepanel安装在主体结构上,起围护、装饰作用的非承重预制混凝土外墙板,简称外挂墙板。2.1.23钢筋套筒灌浆连接groutsleevesplicingofrebars在金属套筒中插入单根带肋钢筋并注入灌浆料拌合物,通过拌合物硬化形成整体并实现传力的钢筋对接连接方式。4三、建筑集成设计3.1总平面规划设计装配式建筑的总平面设计应在符合城市总体规划要求,满足国家规范及建设标准要求的同时,配合现场施工方案,充分考虑构件运输通道、吊场及预制构件临时堆场的设置。3.1.1装配式建造楼栋应选取套型少的建筑平面,套型平面应尽量简单规则,有助于减少预制部品件的模具数量,降低预制部品件的制作难度及成本。在满足各种使用功能的前提下,采用套型模块标准化设计,确定套型模块后,可任意拼接不同的套型模块,灵活性强,标准化程度高,易组合形成多种模式,适用度高。图3.1.1装配式住宅套型平面拼接示意3.1.2在前期规划与方案设计阶段,各专业应充分配合,结合预制构件的生产运输条件和工程经济性,考察预制构件生产地到施工现场之间道路的路况、荷载、宽度、高度等条件,统筹考虑预制构件的规格、重量、运输成本及道路临时加固等因素,并确定构件运输的施工现场进出口位置。3.1.3总平面的道路交通设计,要考虑与建筑构件施工运输的方案相结合
