托运人Shipper中国对外贸易运输总公司北京BEIJING联运提单COMBINEDTRANSPORTBILLOFLADINGRECEIVEDthefoodsinapparentgoodorderandconditionasspecifiedbelowunlessotherwisestatedherein.THECarrier,inaccordancewiththeprovisionscontainedinthisdocument,1)undertakestoperformortoprocuretheperformanceoftheentiretransportformtheplaceatwhichthegoodsaretakeninchargetotheplacedesignatedfordeliveryinthisdocument,and2)assumesliabilityasprescribedinthisdocumentforsuchtransportOneofthebillsofLadingmustbesurrendereddutyindorsedinexchangeforthegoodsordeliveryorder收货人或指示Consigneeororder通知地址Notifyaddress前段运输Pre-carriageby收货地点PlaceofReceipt海运船只OceanVessel装货港PortofLoading卸货港PortofDischarge交货地点PlaceofDelivery运费支付地Freightpayableat正本提单份数NumberoforiginalBs/L标志和号码件数和包装种类货名毛重（公斤）尺码（立方米）MarksandNos.NumberandkindofpackagesDescriptionofgoodsGrossweight(kgs.)Measurement(m3)以上细目由托运人提供ABOVEPARTICULARSFURNISHEDBYSHIPPER运费和费用FreightandchargesINWITNESSwhereofthenumberoforiginalbillsofLadingstatedabovehavebeensigned,oneofwhichbeingaccomplished,theother(s)tobevoid.签单地点和日期Placeanddateofissue代表承运人签字Signedfororonbehalfofthecarrier代理asAgents海运提单（背面）B/LNo.1、DEFINIYIONWherevertheterm“Shipper”occurshereinafter.ItshallbedeemedtoincludealsoReceiver,Consignee.HolderofthisBillofLadingandOwnerofthegoods.2、JURISDICTIONAlldisputesarisingunderandinconnectionwiththisBillofLadingshallbedeterminedbythecourtinthePeople’sRepublicofChina.3、DEMISECLAUSEIftheshipisnotownedbyorcharteredbydemisetothecorporationbywhomthisBillofLadingisissued(asmaybethecasenotwithstandinganythingthatappearstothecontrary)thisBillofLadingshalltakeeffectonlyasacontractwiththeOwnerordemisechartererasthecasemaybeasprincipalmadethroughtheagencyofthesaidcorporationwhoactasagentsonlyandshallbeundernopersonalliabilitywhatsoeverinrespectthereof4．HAGUERULESThisBillofLadingshallhaveeffectinrespectofCarrier’sliabilities,responsibilles,rightsandimmunitiessubjecttotheHagueRulescontainedintheInternationalConventionfortheUnificationofCertainRulesRelatingtoBillsofLading1924.5、PACKINGANDMARKSTheShippershallhavethegoodsproperlypackedadduratelyandclearlymarkedbefpreshipment.Theportofdestinationofthegoodsshouldbemarkedinlettersof5cmhigh,insuchawayaswillremainlegibleuntiltheirdelivery.6、OPTIONALSTOWAGE(1)ThegoodsmaybestowedbytheCarrierincontainersorsimilararticlesoftransportusedtoconsolidategoods(2)Goodsstowedincontainersotherthanflats,pallets,trailets,transportabletanksorsimilararticlesoftransportwhetherbytheCarrierortheShipper,maybecarriedonorunderdeckwithoutnoticetotheShipper.Suchgoodswhethercarriedonorunderdeckshallparticipateingeneralaverage.7、DECKCARGO.PLANTSANDLIVEANIMALSCargoondeck,plantsandliveanimalarereceived,handled,carried,keptanddischargedatShipper’sorReceiver’sriskandtheCarriershallnotbeliableforlossthereofordamagethereto.8、FREIGHT(1)FreightandchargesshallbedeemedearnedonreceiptofthegoodsbytheCarrierandshallbepaidbytheShipperandnon-returnableandnon-deductableinanyevent.Freightpayableatdestinationtogetherwithotherchargesisdueonarrivalofthegoodsattheplaceofdestinationandshallbepaidbeforedeliveryofthegoods.(2)Forthepurposeofverifyingthefreightbasis,theCarrierreservestherighttohavethegoodsandthecontentsofcontainers,trailersorsimilararticlesoftransportinspectedinordertoascertaintheweight,measurement,valueornatureofthegoods.IncasetheparticularsofthegoodsfurnishedbytheShipperareincorrect,theShippershallbeliableandboundtopaytotheCarrierasumeitherfivetimesthedifferencebetweenthecorrectfreightandthefreightchargedortodoublethecorrectlessthefreightcharged,whicheversumisthesmaller,asliquidateddamagestotheCarrier.9、LIENTheCarriershallhavealienonthegoodsandanydocumentsrelatingtheretoforallsumspayabletotheCarrierunderthisBillofLadingandforgeneralaveragecontributionstowhomsoeverdueandforthecostofrecoveringthesame,andforthatpurposeshallhavetherighttosellthegoodsbypublicauctionorprivatetreatywithoutnoticetotheShipper.Ifonsaleofthegoods,theproceedsfailtocovertheamountdueandthecostincurred,theCarriershallbeentitledtorecoverthedeficitfromtheShipper.10、TIMEBAR，NOTICEOFLOSSInanyeventtheCarriershallbedischargedfromallliabilitiesunderthisBillofLadingunlesssuitisbroughtwithinoneyearafterthedeliveryofthegoodsorthedatewhenthegoodsshouldhavebeendelivered.UnlessnoticeoflossofordamagetothegoodsandthegeneralnatureofitbegiveninwritingtotheCarrierattheplaceofdeliverybeforeoratthetimeoftheremovalofthegoodsintothecustodyofthepersonentitledtodeliverythereofunderthisBillofLading,or,ifthelossordamagesuchremovalshallbeprimafacieevidenceofthedeliverybytheCarrierofthegoodsasdescribedinthisBillofLading.InthecaseofanyactualorapprehendedlossordamagetheCarrierandtheShippershallgiveallreasonablefacilitiestoeachotherforinspectingandtallyingthegoods.11、THEAMOUNTOFCOMPENSATION(1)WhentheCarrierisliableforcompensationinrespectoflossofordamagetothegoods,suchcompensationshallbecalculatedbyreferencetotheinvoicevalueofthegoodsplusfreightandinsurancepremiumofpaid.(2)Notwithstandingclause4ofthisBillofLadingthelimitationofliabilityundertheHagueRulesshallbedeemedtobeRMB.￥700perpackageo
