FCITTechRegular/Temp:RegularHireType:NewPositionJobDescription:FCITTechwhoisproficientinallaspectsofsystemadministrationandengineering.Experiencewithawidevarietyofsystems(Linux&Windows)ispreferred;however,thispositionisforaFCITTech.Thispositionsupportscustomer-facingequipmentandrequiresprior24/7productionsupportexperience.AsuccessfulcandidatewillhaveknowledgeofTCP/IPnetworking,advancedperformanceanalysis,Linuxkernelarchitecture,Linuxsecurity,andcommonnetworkservices.AbilitytoscriptwithPerl,shellishighlydesired.Thispositionalsorequiresstronginterpersonalskillsandasuccessfultrackrecordofcoordinatinganddrivingprojectstocompletion.Responsibilitiesinclude:monitoringandmaintainingcriticalsystems;implementinghighlyavailableandefficientsystems,includingobtaininganunderstandingoftheapplicationsrunningonthesystems;participatingincapacityplanningreviews;owningprojects,interactingwithvendors,customersandteammembers;andprovidingLocalon-calltechnicalsupportandtechnicalconsultationtoAmazon.comChinainternalcustomers.Requirements:1.Linux&Windowssystemadministrationandapplication(SendMail/Exchange,Postfix,Bind,Proxy,Firewall,Apache/IIS,ADArchitecture),requirementofdesksidesupportwork.2.English–cancommunicatewithnativespeakersfluentlyontechnicaltopic.3.ScriptandprogramminginPerl,shell.4.Basicknowledgeonnetwork.5.PreferredDegree:ComputerScienceorrelatedmajor.6.YearsofExperience:3-5Yearssystemsadministration/engineering,experienceofinternationalorganizationanddifferenttimezoneishighlydesired.FCIT工程师岗位职责描述：FCIT工程师应精通系统管理及工程各方面的知识，具备使用过多种不同系统(如：Linux&Windows)的经验。该职位将为服务客户的设备提供支持，要求以前具有24/7不间断提供技术支持的经验。最终被录取的候选人应该熟悉TCP/IP网络系统、进行性能分析、并对Linux内核架构、Linux安全和一般网络服务比较了解。同时，最好具备Perl,shell等编程能力。此外，我们要求应聘人员具有较强的沟通、协调和推动项目完成的能力，其具体职责包括：对关键系统进行监控和维护，实施高可用和高效的系统部署，深刻了解系统上运行的各种应用；参与容量扩充计划工作；主持项目的实施，与供应商、客户和团队成员保持密切的互动关系；为亚马逊公司内部用户提供中国范围内的技术支持和咨询。要求：1.精通Linux及Windows系统管理和应用（SendMail/Exchange,Postfix,Bind,Proxy,Firewall,Apache/IIS,ADArchitecture），愿意承担桌面支持工作；2.能够与母语为英语的人员就技术方面的问题进行流利的交流；3.掌握在Perl,shell环境下的编程；4.具有网络方面的基本知识；5.计算机科学及相关专业毕业；6.工作经验上，要求具有3-5年从事系统管理/工程技术方面的经历，有国际机构及跨时区工作经验优先。
