A2/O2郑 俊1,2, 李红丽1, 张诗华1(1.安徽工业大学建筑工程学院,安徽马鞍山243002;2.华骐环保科技发展有限公司,安徽马鞍山243061) : 采用A2/O2生物膜工艺处理焦化废水,分别考察了厌氧(A1)、缺氧(A2)、一级好氧(O1)和二级好氧(O2)反应器对污染物的去除效果。在A1、A2、O1和O2反应器的HRT分别为15.5、15、12、12h,水温为20~30℃,pH值为7.0~9.5,回流比为3.0的条件下,各反应器对COD的平均去除率分别为31.0%、27.6%、48.1%和8.2%;在A1中NH3-N浓度增加了25.2%,A2、O1、O2反应器对NH3-N的平均去除率分别为6.2%、46.7%和76.7%;系统出水COD、NH3-N的平均浓度分别为227、11.5mg/L,对COD、NH3-N的平均去除率分别为87.2%、94.1%。 : A2/O2工艺; 生物膜反应器; 厌氧; 焦化废水:X703 :A :1000-4602(2009)21-0005-04TreatmentofCokePlantWastewaterbyBiofilmReactorBasedonA2/O2ProcessZHENGJun1,2, LIHong-li1, ZHANGShi-hua1(1.SchoolofArchitecturalEngineering,AnhuiUniversityofTechnology,Ma'anshan243002,China;2.HuaqiEnvironmentProtectionScienceandTechnologyDevelopmentCo.Ltd.,Ma'anshan243061,China) Abstract: TheA2/O2biofilmprocesswasusedtotreatcokeplantwastewater,andtheremovalef-ficienciesofpollutantsbyanaerobicreactorA1,anoxicreactorA2,one-stageaerobicreactorO1andtwo-stageaerobicreactorO2wereinvestigatedrespectively.WhenHRTofA1,A2,O1andO2reactorsis15.5h,15h,12hand12hrespectively,thewatertemperatureis20to30℃,pHis7.0to9.5andthere-fluxratiois3.0,theaverageremovalrateofCODinthereactorsis31.0%,27.6%,48.1%and8.2%respectively.Theincrementofammonianitrogenis25.2%inA1reactor,andtheaverageremovalratesofammonianitrogeninotherreactorsare6.2%,46.7%and76.7%respectively.Theaverageconcen-trationsofCODandammonianitrogeninthesystemeffluentare227mg/Land11.5mg/Lrespectively,andtheaverageremovalratesofCODandammonianitrogenare87.2%and94.1%respectively.
