华中科技大学博士学位论文中国航天微电子产业评价研究姓名:江帆申请学位级别:博士专业:管理科学与工程指导教师:陈荣秋20040422I()()()()()()II()()PDMIIIAbstractThestudyonAerospaceMicroelectronicIndustryofChinaisanimportanttopicofdevelopmentplanningforChina’sAerospacescientificandtechnologyindustry,aneedforitsreengineeringandreorganizationandalsoatheoreticalaccordanceforitsspatialreallocation.Thedissertationclarifiestheconceptofprocessspecifiedindustry,representingaspecialvaluecreationmode,whileithasbeenviewedintermsofproductsorservicesseriesinappearances;ithasactuallyperformedaseriesofvalueprocess.Indifferencewithanenterprisesanditsinternalbusinessprocesses,anindustrialprocesscanbefulfilledbymulti-enterprisescooperativelyeachofthemperformsasingleprocess.Thoseenterprisearenotforcedororganizationalconstrictedintheirprocesslinkages,however,tobeamemberoftheindustry,allenterprisesmustkeepinmindacommonoperationanddevelopmenttarget;furthermore,theyobeyanunifiedactionstandardinmakingbehavioraldecisionandselection.ChinaAerospaceCorporation(CASC)anditsmemberenterpriseslikemicroelectronicdesigncompany,manufacturingcompanyandsoforth,aretypicalindustryanditsindustrialprocesses.Whenitcomestotakingonanaerospacemicroelectronicproduct,eachenterprisemayhaverelationshipofsupplyanddemandinsuchprocessasresearching,designing,producingandtestingprocesses,eachoneisanentityofvalueandprofit,andperformstherelevantvaluepayerandpayee.Butfromthemanagementofthecorporation’spointofview,alltheirproductiveactivitiesandmanagementgoalsaresubjecttothecorporation’sprofit.Afterhavingpossessedtheconceptsofindustryanditsprocess,andreferredtothematureinternationalvaluechainapproachinanalysisandtheideaofbusinessprocessreengineering(BPR)todescribetheChinaAerospaceMicroelectronicIndustry(CAMI),authorthuscreatedthevaluechainmodeloftheindustry.Thecreationofvaluechainmodelisauthor’sactiveandinnovativeexplorationintheoryofvaluechainandalsoacontributiontothefield.Inordertodefinetherelationshipbetweentheobjectandeveryindex,wecanthinkIVitasseekingtherelationshipbetweenmultivariablesinstatistics.Theobjectistheexplainedvariableandtheindexsystemistheexplainingvariable.Iftherewerelinearrelationshipbetweenthem,theremustbealinearregressionmodel.Bymeansofthesupportofdata,usingthemethodofmultivariablelinearregression,wecantestthelevelofsignificanceoftheexplainingvariable.Inthebeginning,wecancreatethemodelandthentoaccumulatedatatotesting.WiththeabovevaluechainmodelofCAMI,weusethedescriptionindexsystemofeachmemberenterprisethathasbeenchosentoevaluatetheundertakerofsub-process,namelyoperatingstateofeachenterprise.Likewise,accordingtothenotionof“virtualenterprise”,tolinkthewholeprocessesintheindustryconcept,toevaluatethewholeindustrybytheindustrydescriptionindexsystem,namelyoperatingstateofwholeindustry.Generally,conceptdesigncanonlyhavesomequalitativedescriptionorcoarsenumberindexofgoalsystem.Anditcannotbeusedtoguidetheimplementationofmoderatedecision-makingormicrodecision-making.Forevaluatingthecorecompetenceanddevelopmentstrategyoftheindustry,itisnecessarytochangedescriptivelanguageofgoaltoquantitativeindexthatcanbemeasured.KnowingquantifiedgoalsortreestructureandarrayofgeneralgoalsystemofdevelopmentstrategyofCAMIwithcertainalgorithmandprocessingeachcorrespondinglistorarray,wecanbringoutaquantifiedgeneralgoalvalueofdevelopmentstrategy.Themulti-objective(multi-attribute)evaluationmethodandtherelevantweightsumalgorithmhavebeenadoptedtoquantitativelyevaluateandforecastthedevelopingstateoftheindustry.Inthisway,itispossibletocomparetheevaluationresultsbetweentheformerandlatterindifferenttime,tojudgewhethertheindustryhastakenprogressesalongtheexpectedtrajectorydesignedbythedevelopmentstrategy.Hereafter,throughindexsensitivityanalysis,factorsthatinfluencedindustry’sdevelopmentpathandpacecanbefiguredout,andrevisionscanthenbecarriedout.Thisstudy,withadvancedtechnologyplatformofsoftwareandhardware,hasproducedanappliedsoftwaresystemforCAMIprocessandindustrialdevelopmentinversionofmulti-objectiveevaluation.ThisplatformsupportstheevaluationontheVefficiencyofcurrentoperationalprocessestomonitoringthepracticalprocesses.Utilizingtheplatform,CAMIstrategictargetdesignandimplementationcanbecarriedout.Infact,itisadecisionsupportsystembasedonproductsdatamanagement-PDMtechnology.WithenoughaccumulationofdatarelevanttoCAMIrealoperations,itispossibletorealizecomparisonsbetweendifferentprocessesorcomparisonsofthesametypeofprocesseshappeningatdifferentpointoftime.Thecomparisonoutcomecanbenumericallyinorderorelseanoptimalcanbechosen.Keywords:valuechaincorecompetencebusinessprocessreengineeringdevelopmentstrategymulti-objectiveevaluationevaluationindexsystemChinaAerospaceMicroelectronicIndustry_______111.1215019571196119674050200310165(SOC,SystemOnChip)1.1.110202WTO1.1.270%70%3(BusinessProcessReengineering,BPR)40()1.21.2.1()1.2.21-14(improvement)(stepimprovement)??51-21.2.3(effective)(efficient)(adaptable)1.2.46()()()1.2.57()//8(t)PDM1.3661-31235()1-33()()()()9410546112(ValueChain)(CoreCompetence)(BusinessProcessReengineeringBPR)2.12.1.1”(MichaelE.Porter)(
