变电站构支架(技术规范通用部分)目次1总则·························································································································32技术要求标准···········································································································33生产进度··················································································································44图纸·························································································································45监造·························································································································46试验·························································································································47制造·························································································································48检验·························································································································49标志、包装··············································································································410资料交付················································································································411质量保证················································································································512技术服务················································································································5附录A供货业绩·········································································································6附录B主要生产设备清单····························································································6附录C主要试验设备清单····························································································61总则技术文件和施工图所包含的材料及制造工艺应符合国内先进的制造和装配实践。提供的所有构支架应是全新的,应能满足买方批准的施工图、有关文件加工。不能因施工和技术文件的遗漏、疏忽和不明确而解脱卖方提供最高等级原料和工作质量的责任。倘若发现不正确之处,卖方必须通知买方,在差异问题未纠正之前仍进行的任何工作,应由卖方负责。2技术要求标准2.1本构架的加工制作应遵照《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范(GB50205-2001)》,《建筑钢结构焊接技术规程(JGJ81-2002)》及其它有关现行的规范、规程、规定中相关条文执行。2.2构架的材料2.2.1钢管可采用折弯管或高频管。2.2.2焊接钢管、钢板、型钢采用Q235B、Q345B等钢材,技术条件按《碳素结构钢(GB/T700-2006)》执行。2.2.3钢梁弦杆、避雷针(φ200管)采用20号钢无缝钢管。钢的牌号及熔炼成份符合《优质碳素结构钢(GB/T699-1999)》的要求;其力学性能符合《结构用无缝钢管(GB/T8162-2008)》表6的规定。2.2.4焊条、焊丝等按《建筑钢结构焊接技术规程(JGJ81-2002)》规定执行。2.2.5螺栓强度等级除爬梯、走道、封顶板安装等次要部位采用4.8级外,其余采用6.8或8.8级,斜撑连接螺栓可用45号钢代替。螺栓标准采用《六角头螺栓C级(GB/T5780-2000)》。6.8级螺栓配6级螺母;4.8级螺栓配4级螺母,螺母标准采用《六角螺母C级(GB/T41-2000)》。2.2.6所有的钢构件采用热镀锌防腐蚀处理。热镀锌标准按《输电线路铁塔制造技术条件(GB/T2694-2010)》中有关条款执行。2.2.7构架梁柱为分段加工,现场拼、组装,采用法兰连接,要求法兰光洁度为V4-5,法兰连接后的间隙不允许0.8mm塞尺塞进。2.3钢管制作要求2.3.1卷制钢管前应按要求将板端开好坡口。2.3.2钢管坡口端面对管轴的垂直度应小于0.005R(R为钢管的直径);2.3.3要求长直线(L400mm),大直径(φ200mm)的焊缝采用自动焊机焊接。2.4钢管焊接要求2.4.1钢管焊接外观检查均应符合GB50205-2001第5.2条的规定;2.4.2焊缝坡口的形状和尺寸应符合JGJ81-2002第4.2条的规定;2.4.3构架柱(包括顶架、避雷针)的环向对接焊缝为一级焊缝,纵向焊缝及其它焊缝为二级焊缝,所有焊缝检查按JGJ81-2002规程中有关条款执行。其中,所有环形焊缝及纵向焊缝必须采用自动埋弧焊,焊缝均须作无损检验。无损检验采用超声波探伤。超声探伤按《钢焊缝手工超声波探伤方法和探伤结果分级(GB/T11345-1989)》检测。而对8mm以下的超声波探伤检测依据《管道焊接接头超声波检验技术规程(DL/T820-2002)》执行。2.5构架柱各段之间,柱顶与地线柱、避雷针连接法兰处用双螺母,螺母下必须加平垫圈。2.6买方有权按照GB50205-2001、GB/T2694-2010中的优等品要求及JGJ81-2002规程等要求,对构架首件以及批量生产后中间和出厂前进行质量监督检查验收。首件指标必须达到设计要求后方可进行批量生产,各项指标达到规范标准及设计要求并经验收合格后,才能办理移交手续。2.7所有产品采用的原材料、产品件均应提交质量保证书、检验合格证等相关文件和资料。2.8应提供现场组、拼装说明。3生产进度卖方应在买方提供图纸后15天内向买方提交一份详细的生产进度表。该表应以图表形式说明,包含材料采购、放样、样件制造、试组装、投产、工厂检验及装运等项目。4图纸:合同签订后7天内,买方向卖方提供三套加工图。5监造:产品制造过程中,买方和收货单位可随时派人到制造厂对卖方所进行的有关试验和生产过程进行质量监造,卖方应予以配合,但并不减轻卖方对试验结果和生产质量所应承担的责任。6试验所有用于产品的原材料均应送往具有资质的试验单位进行复检,并提供复检报告,费用由卖方自理。7制造7.1产品应根据现行标准、施工图以及有关批准文件进行加工。7.2产品制造用的钢材应符合设计和现行标准的要求,并附有质量保证书及合格的复验资料。7.3产品装配用的紧固件应符合施工图纸要求的强度等级,应符合现行标准的制造质量。7.4产品制造过程中凡与设计要求不相符的材质、材料的使用、代用必须事先经设计同意,有重大变更须征得买方同意。7.5制作所用的原材料应无损伤性缺陷,表面无锈蚀。7.6切割后构件四周应平整、光滑、无毛刺。7.7构件制弯后其边缘应光滑过渡,表面不得有明显的褶皱、凹面和损伤。7.8制孔时,制孔误差、锥度、同心度及平整度等需严格执行有关标准。7.9各部件节点的焊接构件在与构件连接时不得有空隙。焊接构件在热浸镀锌后,不得淌“黄水”。7.10对每一种产品在放样及试组装后需修改原设计的部位,应由卖方提出清单报买方,经设计单位修改,卖方再按修改的图纸、文件进行加工。对修改的部位在加工后,仍需进行试组装。如卖方未按上述程序加工,其后果由卖方承担。8检验8.1产品零部件加工完后进行试组装。8.2卖方在试组装前10天以书面形式通知买方,经买方验收合格后方可成批生产。8.3产品镀锌的均匀性、附着性及附着量,应做抽样检验,不符合GB/T2694-2010规范要求的为不合格。9标志、包装:9.1所有产品包装应符合GB/T2694-2010标准及有关技术规范的要求,并能保证运输工作的方便和安全。9.2产品零部件标记的钢印应排列整齐,字形不得有残缺,钢印深度根据钢材厚度应在0.5-1.0毫米,焊接部件的钢印不得被覆盖。9.3根据钢材规格大小包装若干捆,必须包捆整齐、牢固,每捆重量不超过3吨。产品应采用镀锌的槽钢、角钢及穿钉螺丝夹紧的方式包装。9.4火曲部件、米联板、紧固件应单独包装。构架的凸出部分,大件部分,应妥善固定,保证构件不变形、不受损。9.5在货物交付时应附有包装清单。10资料交付构架在出厂时应提供下列文件:(1)产品出厂合格证(含镀锌合格证书),一式四份。(2)钢材、锌锭及紧固件原始质保书一份、复印件三份、复验报告四份。(3)设计变更和材料代用说明各四份(含修改后的安装说明)。(4)检验项目的检验资料四套。(5)应提供现场组装说明书、加工清单各两份。(6)出厂后10天内交付按档案要求制作的竣工图二套。11质量保证:11.1卖方提供的产品在安装中发现原材料、加工工艺、制造等不符合质量要求时,在收到买方的书面通知后,应立即更换产品。11.2构架加工质量应为优等品。11.3产品投产之后的12个月内为质量保证期。12技术服务12.1合同签订后,卖方应指定负责产品制作的项目经理,负责卖方在产品制作全过程的各项工作,如原材料、制作、质量、图纸校核、包装运输、现场安装、验收等。12.2产品在安装过程中、卖方应派出工地服务代表,做好售后服务及现场技术指导工作。附录A供货业绩序号项目单位工程名称电压等级变电站构支架供货数量(t)合同签订时间投运时间联系人联系方式合计注1.投标人按照电压等级分别提供业绩。附录B主要生产设备清单序号设备名称型号数量购置日期1234附录C主要试验设备清单序号设备名称型号数量购置日期备注1234
