JHZG/QI.JD-02C层次文件B/0前言随着公司造船能力的不断提升,为确保船体建造精度水平不断提高,科学合理的衡量船体建造质量水平,参照我国的船舶行业标准CB/T4000-2005(中国造船质量标准)以及公司的企业标准《JHW船舶建造质量标准》,参考国外先进造船企业的有关精度标准,制定本《船体精度管理基准》,作为船体建造各工艺过程的精度控制指标值和评定船体建造精度质量的基本准则。本精度管理基准适用于公司生产的散货轮、原油轮等所有产品,特殊产品按照另行发布的专用标准。本精度管理基准中包括管理基准和许可极限,管理基准为正常控制、检验尺寸偏差满足精度造船的偏差范围,而许可极限为检验尺寸偏差时,允许少数偏差超出标准范围的最大偏差值。在试行阶段精度控制的基准为许可极限;通过一段时间的推广和应用,逐步达到管理基准的要求。本精度管理基准将根据公司设备设施条件的改善和工艺技术水平的提高每两年进行修改,以保持其先进性、合理性、可行性。本精度管理基准由精度管理中心提出并编写,由于编者水平有限,欢迎各部门提出宝贵意见,以完善该精度管理基准。本精度管理基准将于2011年4月1日起试行,试行范围为参与VLCC建造的生产和技术部门。精度管理中心有权对该精度管理基准修改或废止。精度管理中心2011年3月JHZG/QI.JD-02C层次文件B/0船体建造过程精度管理工作指南精度和质量控制是企业管理的重要组成部分。在船舶建造中推行精度管理是我公司生产的客观要求,也是确保船舶质量、实施生产管理、缩短造船周期、提高生产技术水平的重要手段。船体建造精度管理,是通过建立合理的船舶建造精度标准,采用科学的管理方法,辅之以改善设计与工艺,包括工装、设备的改进,以及防止施工误差的各种对策,对造船进行全过程的尺寸精度分析与控制,以保证船体工件在各个工艺流程阶段内所规定的尺寸精度,最大限度的减少现场修整工作量、提高工作效率。随着船体加工精度的不断提高,船体装配、焊接的精度也随之提高,这样就可靠的保证了船体建造的质量。精度控制技术是一项综合性技术,它不仅是技术项目,而且包含大量的管理内容。它是一项涉及面广且较为复杂的工作,应由设计、施工、管理和质检人员齐抓共管。在整个过程中,每一个环节都至关重要,缺一不可。在实际工作中,精度控制应受到相当的重视。使精度控制标准化、系列化,可以大幅度提高船舶建造质量,缩短船舶建造周期。JHZG/QI.JD-02C层次文件B/0目录1.外业精度管理基准··································································································1
